Stayed 2 nights

The layout of the room was very descent, the air conditioning in the room was very cold, just the way I like it. However, the sheets, towels and wash cloths had stains on them, the toilet seat had pee stains on it, the tub looks like it hadn’t been cleaned, the microwave didn’t work. It was hotter in the hallways and lobby than it was outside. After asking for help multiple times with no help, I checked out early and moved to a different hotel.

The room was extremely filthy, tub looked like it hasn’t been washed in years. The hotel had a horrible smell , plus there supposed to be smoke free, but the hotel reeks of cigarettes and gave me a bronchitis attack. Although the older Lady that checked me in was nice, other than her, my stay was uncomfortable and I will never go back. You also can’t reach the hotel for anything, they never answer. The Tv also didn’t work and there was no breakfast , which I heard it was supposed to be. HORRIBLE experience overall and I would like a total refund

Overall, it was a descent stay. The staff was limited but pleasant. Due to not having staff (I saw one person cleaning and one desk attendant who was also running around doing everything that needed doing) things were addressed very slowly. But again it was due to no help. The place was clean but very hot. The air conditioning units in the hallway and bedrooms were not turned on. It felt like a sauna. When I got to my room (5:30)it was 88 degrees in there. It took til after 9 for the room to cool to the mid 70s. And the bed was very hard. Pillows were nice though. Three big fluffy pillows. The hotel was quiet and very safe. Just outside the property (separated by a fence) was a neighborhood. People left garages open with no concern. Plenty of places to eat within walking distance as well (although I drove to a nearby store). I’d stay again if necessary. But I’d definitely book in advance and ask that they pre cool the room. Oh… there is a fridge in the room but nothing else. Microwave is in common area and coffee downstairs as well. The main complaint was the television… they don’t mention when you check in that there is a special remote or process needed to get the tv to do anything. So I couldn’t use it til almost 9 when I went down a third time to find someone to ask/bring the remote to set it up. By then it was too late. So I didn’t get to relax and watch anything. If they have more staff you could have a really nice stay. Otherwise it might not be for you.

Stayed 3 nights

Photos are very deceiving; we have stayed at other Sonesta properties before and were overjoyed. This property is more like a Motel 6 or cheaper hotel, we asked to view a room, and the key was to someone else room and they were in the room. Manager was accommodating but the room viewed the bed comforter had a hole in it and the sofa was torn.
