Property is in shambles. No gym, no ice machine. Construction, debris, trash everywhere. Good for only a bed to sleep in which had cigarette burns in the blankets. Smoke detector was removed and bathroom light didn’t work. Hardly anything stocked for breakfast, spoiled milk.

DO NOT STAY HERE. Poop, pubes, and grime not cleaned from the last guest before us. Broken toilet, broken phone, broken tv. No service what so ever from the staff. Nothing cleaned once. Trash stacked up on every trash can ar the facility, and the pool that they say is one of the amenities looks like its filled with sewage. I'm not exaggerating in any way. A health inspector needs to shut this place down.

Room was dirty :-(. I went to the store and purchased a can of cleaning wipes. Used all 75 of them on every surface in the room…and I do mean all surfaces…floors, walls, doors! It was by no means clean, but at least tolerable. The coverlets were stained as was the shower curtain. I was not expecting lux and new I was paying for location close to the Master’s but still for $300/night I expected at least clean. There was a blanket missing off one of the beds and I was grateful when the staff brought me two new blankets (I pulled them out of the sealed bag myself). I slept a little better knowing they were new. The bathroom door did not close properly and the inside of it looked like it had been clawed and chewed by a dog. We parked a very nice rental car in the lot and I said a prayer that it would not be damaged in the morning. It gratefully was not. Anyway, that’s our story. Cheers!

This was the absolute worst hotel stay I have ever had. Hotels.com doesn’t even have the correct photos up of this filthy place. The door shuts half way, the ceiling was leaking onto the bed, hair everywhere, dust, filth.

Worst hotel we ever stayed at. Rooms were filthy, toilet seat wasn’t attached to base, smoke detector was faulty and they were simply okay saying leave it unplugged. Pillows were flat and they said they had no pillows. The wall had grime all over it. This hotel shouldn’t even be on hotels.com.

As soon as we walked in it smelled liked someone had been chain smoking cigarettes in there moments before. Then, we noticed mold on the ceiling and then a mystery substance on the walls. There were huge holes in walls both near the sink and in the bathroom. While I was laying down, my buddy noticed a cockroach and another bug in the sink. I had mentioned moments before that my legs had felt like they were bitten and when I pulled off the blanket, there was a cockroach beteeen my legs in the bed. One of the beds was not on a platform and had a moldy base. When I brought the cockroach to the front desk we said we would not be staying there. He said we would be refunded but have still not been reimbursed yet. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

Room is filthy, stains everywhere, holes in the walls, moldy, tv doesnt work, drap falling off, light in bathroom dim, nothing in decent working order. The furniture handles are rusty and furniture in poor condition. On the way to and from the room, you'll encounter, clothing, garbage on the walkway, balcony, steps, etc. Tried calling the front desk and kept getting hungup on with no success of talking to anyone. Didn't go to the front office in person becuase there are people roaming around outside. For a little more goes elsewhere.

The property was in a awful shape. Sheets were not clean, towels had brown stains and the floors were dirty and felt like it was not cleaned for days. The A/C was making terrible noises the entire night. Outside passage ways had all kinds of stains. My job requires lots of traveling and I am accustomed to all types, categories of hotels. This was absolutely the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. There are a lot of better options for the same price point. If you have an option, please stay away from this hotel. The hotel staff are absolutely unfriendly.

The room was dirty smelled like mildew and musk. Everything was dusty spider webs on coffee maker. The tub knob was broken and only the shower turned on and water went all over. Refrigerator didn't work. Sheets stained.

A few years ago when we stayed it was great. Fast forward 4 years and it is terrible. First room we were put in was already occupied the next room had water on the floor that came from the leaky ceiling the room was not clean. Just overall disappointing!

Room was okay not the cleanest but not the worst. Beds were hard as a rock. Prostitutes and drug addicts all over the place. Man at the bus stop in front of the hotel laying in the turning lane. Cops just drive right past. Women walking all over parking lot with hardly anything on. Five guys sitting in a parking space with multiple cases of beer. Not a safe area.

Although the staff were very friendly and helpful the fridge was not working in the room (surprising it wasn't checked first) although it was replaced. The walls between the rooms were very thin and it was uncomfortably easy to hear almost every word spoke in the next room -- as a noisy family with boys aged around 9 or 10 arrived late - the noise was terrible! The hotel was well positioned with lots of restaurants and Starbucks nearby. But the walls should be better soundproofed!

I had paid for my trip with Expedia I show up to check in and I’m told no rooms available I showed I’d already paid and was offered a “room that wasn’t ready” it was ok but the door wouldn’t accept a key card. I was told to come back by the front desk the next day. The issue persisted and they had me change rooms. I ended up in a smaller room that was dirty and had no hot water I went to the front desk multiple times and asked finally I was told it wouldn’t likely be back until the next day. So we ended up checking out per Expedia and the front desk guy gave me a hard time. It was awful.

Tried to cancel reservation and receive a refund but they wouldn’t give me my refund saying that I had to contact hotel.com. Hotel.com said that I had to contact the property. The property said that I had to receive my refund from you all. Also when I called about reservations and more information the receptionist was rude and he hung up on me. I arrived and tried to get a room he was rude once again and stated that there wasn’t anything available.

The customer service was terrible and the two late night employees had me wait at the counter for 15 minutes to check in even though there were no other customers there. The room was filthy. The air conditioner didn't work. There was exposed wiring in a long broken light fixture in the bathroom next to the shower which must be a code violation. The grounds were filthy and had a lot of garbage everywhere you looked. This was the worst hotel I have ever stated at.

Paid for 3 nights in Feb. Tried to check in on 4/9 and was told there were no rooms available. "Sorry, we are overbooked, and it is first come basis." No alternatives were presented or provided. This is unacceptable and we are still trying to get our refund.

Took 2 moves to get into a room, paint and patch falling off walls. Area is quiet and good location off highway. Police touring parking lot frequently, not sure if that’s good or bad, but felt my truck was safe from break in

What I did not like? The building is outdated, the desk in #117 is about to fall extreme damage, the bed mattress is not safe, unacceptable, and need immediate replacement. Tenants or homeless individuals constantly walk along the walkway right outside of our room often times talking very loudly until approximately 2am- not a safe environment; there was real concern how safe was my vehicle thus I did not sleep much. At checkout the clerk did not inquiry about our stay so I did not mentioned my dissatisfaction and decided to wait to complete the survey.

One of the worst. Stayed during Masters. $400 per night. No room number on door was first clue Toilet handle completely broken off. Had to manually open tank to flush toilet. No new towels daily. Beds no make. Otherwise it was close Augusta National

Everyone of the staff were great. They really made me feel welcome. At times other guests were quite noisy but that that was not to be blamed on the staff. The only thing I did not like was the homeless people hanging around and the amount of drugs being used

Sadly this hotel is in decline. It has a good location, (close to Augusta National GC) and is larger than others in the area. But, it is simply rundown with an accompanying lack of cleanliness and overall good management. I had to look at 3 rooms before finding one that was somewhat acceptable. Parking lot is full of dirt and debris, and breakfast is almost non-existent. Sorry to be so critical. Hopefully my review will spur change with resultant success.

I am a resident of the UK and check in staff wanted a state ID which I didn't have. Web site said there was a business center but there isn't one and the breakfast options is only a bagel and coffee when web site said breakfast included.

They advertise breakfast but when I get there they said they just had some pump burst and destroy the kitchen so all they had for breakfast is bagels and cereal. My room was way in the back where it is primarily long term stays, which let's them know I am a short term stay made me as a older female somewhat vulnerable. The room issues were toilet didn't flush properly I had no smoke detector and the bathroom light didn't work. I should have known the property was kinda sketchy when the manager was carrying a gun. I couldn't even get coffee packets for the coffee maker in my room. I feel like there should be some notation about the percentage of long term occupancy so I can choose whether I want to stay there or not.

The front desk stated that breakfast was from 6 to 9 when my husband and I went to eat there was nothing left so we basically did not receive any breakfast that morning from the hotel we paid for. We stay there a lot but I didn’t like the fact that she didn’t tell us to come early
