Beautiful clean and tastefully decorated hotel with fantastic views. Rooms were large and bedding was very comfortable. Location was good but required a walk or drive to local amenities. Hotel had a restaurant with meals that were tasty but very expensive. Limited options for me as a gluten free guest. The Wifi was not working throughout our stay either in room or lobby area. But, overall, this hotel was very comfortable.

Friendly staff, room was adequate, and a good view of downtown. but the wifi in the room only worked 1 of the 4 days we were there. And there were no glasses in the room, only paper cups that were tucked away in a cupboard. Within walking distance of Downtown and UT.

Firstly, we opted out of the parking because it was $52 a day. Then, when we first checked in we were not given our breakfast vouchers that I paid extra for. Then, for breakfast, the host at the front register was very rude and did not bother to explain what my vouchers entailed. I also paid for a breakfast upgrade just to be told my options on what I can order are limited. I also asked for several pastries and she just threw them at me and did not even asked if i wanted them warmed up. when i asked them to warm it up, they had an attitude and then proceeded to take 15 minutes. For the majority of our time the internet didnt work and the pool was very dirty.

Fun hotel, love the pool area. Caesar at concierge was amazing. Good food options, reasonably priced. Front desk staff was not friendly or helpful. Terrace and swim club bars supposed to both be open at 11. Neither have staff, bar tender ignored me 3-4 times before finally acknowledging I was waiting. ?short staffed vs not friendly.

Trying to be cooler than it really is. Rooms pretty small. Hardly any room to even open up two suitcases. Clean. Location not bad. Being able to park in local parking garage (paid separately) and not valet was a big plus for downtown

We loved the fun and unique design of this hotel, and the Morningbird cafe was delicious! However, the room temperature was uncomfortably warm, and adjusting the thermostat didn’t seem to change anything. No fan in the bathroom left the room even warmer and muggier after a shower. The ambiance in the room was a cool idea, but the vanity lighting was too dark and made getting ready difficult.

Loved the retro vibe at the hotel. Pool is a little small compared to the size of the hotel, but it's fine. Lastly, i literally think they forgot to put drawer space in the hotel rooms. While they offer "roll in drawers', noone at the front desk knew about these. It was s struggle to get settled and figure out where to put your clothes when you're there for 4 nights.

The room was too warm. We tried to adjust the thermostat but it never cooled off. The window shade was broken and would not go up more than two inches from the bottom. There are very few lights in the room so our room was very dark since we couldn’t open the shade. We were given a handicapped room which we did not request. The shower leaked water all over the bathroom floor. One of the beds was against a wall which made sleeping uncomfortable. When our room was cleaned they did not replace toilet paper (We almost ran out.) nor replace dirty towels we left on the floor. We had to call to get more.

Check in was amazing because they emailed me the day before and I checked in early and my room was ready early. But then the concierge made a point to give me a hard time about them not usually allowing early check in for people who booked through EXPEDIA with a bunch of attitude like it was his hotel? I paid $220 for my room. I guess I’m a cheapskate. I got an email directly from the hotel the day before to check in and did so. If you want to discriminate about who gets to do that, plan better or shut up about it. Also my TV was broken but by the time we figured it out and called, their “engineering department” was gone for the day.

Solid hotel. Close to Airport. Close to Franklins. 10 min walk to 6th street. Very nice room with a view, and the pool was a great added treat to enjoy the hangovers by the pool. I’d defo stay here again

The entire stay was awesome. Its location is near everything I had planned. The bar always has great drinks and food options. The pool was awesome for a night time dip. All in all, a great place for solo or group trips. Highly recommend!!

The only thing I think the hotel could improve on is having firmer pillows. Otherwise everything was great, the atmosphere, and all the dining options. The gym was clean and well maintained. The rooms were clean. It’s a place that encourages guests to relax and have fun. Also really disappointed I didn’t try the food there until my last day. They are amazing! The staff is extremely helpful and accommodating

Bless this hotel's heart. Pros: check in was easy and staff was super friendly. Fun vibe in the lobby with plenty of grab and go options. Cons: it's an old, musty hotel and no amount of paint is going to fix damp carpets, a dank AC system, and rusty vents. Irritatingly, the website lists in-room dining as an amenity (so does the phone in the room) but they don't offer any such thing. For the price there are way better options downtown.

Pros: convenient to where I needed to be, newly renovated Cons: 1. Cafe ran out of coffee and a fruit cup at 7:15 a.m. 2. Cafe service very slow and unfriendly. 3. "Restaurant" hard to find and very uninviting. Theme is dining in an empty swimming pool. 4. Service very slow for bar service and food,, though there were only 3 tables occupied
