The hotel is really nice and modern, only thing is the pool is small and didn’t look very clean.

Excellent service, clean , love the pool table and games they have. Indoor awesome pool.

I had a wonderful stay on 6/12-6/14/2025. Rooms were clean, staff was friendly and the front area was perfect to hang out at. Thanks aloft for making our stay enjoyable.

Housekeeping was attentive; before I even called for fresh towels someone knocked to ask if I needed anything. Parking was simple and stress free. Breakfast was delicious. The rooms were both beautiful and well lit. The bedding was surprisingly comfortable and every area was spotless and streamlined. Staff were consistently present and welcoming, especially near the elevators, which made the whole experience feel safe and well managed.

I love this hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful. The beds are super comfortable. Rooms are clean.

My stay was excellent although in the middle of the night it was very loud and instead of being charged only 100$ in deposit the ended up charging me 136 and I asked why and they said they didn’t know which I felt was unprofessional in my restroom the failed to clean it right the trash even still had creamers open from previous from previous people but overall it’s very comfortable and the staff is amazing.

I really liked the scent as i walked in to the lobby. New hotel, hall way design is pleasant, black out roll down shade, room is very clean, bed and pillow is very comfy.

The shower leaked into the bathroom. The walls were also thin so we could hear everything, 11pm people running up and down the hallway.

The rooms were nice, clean and new but if you're looking for a quite place snd not so much foot traffic thos is not the place. This is a more family friendly and may not be suitable for someone looking for a more quite relating place.

It was a unique hotel. It was very nice. I would’ve liked if the bathroom had more privacy, but overall it was a good stay

Room wasnt ready. Took 30 min to get a room. Then i get to my room and maintenance is in there. wont stay here again

First time staying at an Aloft hotel. It was very nice and modern. Bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. Great stay. Rachel at the front desk was friendly. Highly recommend this hotel

48 hours after my short 12 hour stay at the hotel, I was charge 2 additional charges. When I called the hotel to question this, I was informed it was due to room damages. When I had ask for what she was unable to tell me. I had ask to speak to a manager but none was available. I left my name and number but did not get a return call back. I tried calling 1.5 hours later with no answer in which I left another message for a manager to call me back regarding false damages done to the room. I did not get a return call, I then call back 1.5 hours later at which time I did get to speak to a manager. She was able to tell me that 1 charge was due to missing hairdryer but unable to tell me about the other charge. It was absurd to charge me for something but unable to identify what the damages were. After asking for an escalating process we ended the call. I did reach out to Hotels.com to assist me with the incident. They were reassuring and helpful. I was notified shortly after by management that the additional charge was a miscommunication between a third party and it would be refunded back but not the charge of the missing hairdryer. The misguided information and easily accused of room damages was inappropriate and unprofessional. They can’t even fathom the idea that they messed up by first accusing me of room damages then it’s a miscommunication from a third party. Do not recommend going to this hotel for your stay, you’ll leave with unexpected charges without proof.

This is our go to hotel when in Mcallen, Tx. The receptionists Rachel Cohen was very nice and outstanding.

Room wasn’t ready until after 5pm. Check in was at 3

The hotel itself was fine but they definitely have issues with charging you extra things to your card after you check out of a prepaid room. I called them and they can’t seem to find and record of it. Then just said to call back another day.

The staff are friendly, room was fresh when I arrived, excellent choice for someone going to an event at the McAllen Convention Center. Will definitely go next time I go to STXCC

Great location, easy access to expressway. Reception was very pleasant, engaging and easy to talk to. Bed and pillows very Comfy. Only suggestion was the showers spill out water onto the floor in bathroom. I placed a towel as a rug and it got drenched. Easy fix would be a better seal.
