Check-in was a breeze even had parking space for my huge RV. Room was clean and comfortable bed with microwave and fridge. Hot breakfast was a nice bonus and view from my room was great!

Rebecca at check-in was very efficient. She provided details & what to expect. The FULL breakfast was just that - many options, worth the stay! The gym was a plus, though we didn’t get to use it due to our schedules. There are casual & fast food restaurants, a mall & general shopping nearby. It's an older bldg (definitely not upscale), but it met all our needs. Staff was friendly, it was clean, comfortable with nearby amenities. We'd book here again.

The man that checked me in was extremely nice, the room was ok kinda outdated and some of the things the room just looked dirty- they had only 1 small trashcan the ice machine did not work on our floor. The pool and hot tub you couldn’t enter without the key but didn’t work? Stayed for 2 nights the bed was big but the bed was uncomfortable and hard with only a few pillows. If you are bothered by noise you will hate it cause the freeway is right there

Rooms was ok but my truck was stolen from parking lot. They claim to have overnight security but I never saw them. Must sleep in there car. I suffered a 30k loss at this place. I will never stay here again. Staff was not helpful. I’ve considered contacting a lawyer. If you value your car or property look elsewhere.

Staff was very helpful and responsive to questions. Shower control was not user friendly. No grip bar on wall in shower. Pillows were very hard to lie upon. Trash cans were not in plain sight. Elevator first floor button was broken. Had to walk downstairs carrying suitcase.

Great stop just off the freeway. Lots of parking and food options nearby. Good breakfast and room comfortable. Only down was hot tub was full of leaves so we weren’t able to use it.

Was really impressed with this hotel. The outside was nice and clean. Enough parking (free). Plenty of markets, food places a few steps away. Friendly staff. Free breakfast was awesome! Our room was right next to the pool, and nxt to the freeway, which was a little loud even after 10pm. But the hotel provided us with ear plugs and that helped a lot. Beds were very comfortable, but do bring your own pillow if you want something of better quality. Overall, really happy with our stay.

This hotel is close to the freeway, so our room was very noisy from traffic. There were packets of earplugs in our room. So that was our clue of what to expect. The AC that cycled on/off also was noisy. As soon as we entered our room, we noticed the very nauseating odor of cigarettes. This is supposed to be a nonsmoking hotel. If it had not been so late when we checked in, we would have asked for a different room. I really wished this hotel had dispensers for soap instead of the bar soap. Such a waste. Staff at front desk and in the dining area were friendly. Breakfast was mediocre. Eggs maybe powder? Sausages were crunchy, and the color of them didn't look natural. A posted sign said there was bacon; but there was no bacon.

It was noticeable that the property was updated. Though it was clean, there were small water roaches around the fridge, the room had a stuffy, musty odor which is easily remedied by an aerosol spray, and the shower head was not great for a short person.

The hotel is next to the freeway. So the traffic noise is loud. We aren’t used to that. But the motel provided ear plugs and that helped. Otherwise, the room was very clean and maintained well. The staff was friendly and professional.

Clean, check in was easy, staff were friendly, positive and willing to provide any customer services. Comfortable beds, clean rooms, definitely not new, but kept up nicely. Breakfast was nice and many choices. Only downside was the noise from the freeway was a bit more than desirable, but they provided ear plugs on the bedside table! Ha! Overall the property was clean and nice. The two members of the staff I worked with were AWESOME. The only issue i had was the AC in our room. It literally did NOT work it was a million degrees in room 113 - and i should have complained to get another room but it was one of the concierges first or second day and i was exhaaaaaaausted from 12 hours driving. And it was only gonna be 2 nights. We ended up opening the window and jept the lights off it was cool enough. I would definitely stay there again for sure. Just not in that room. I hope they get the AC fixed.

**BEWARE - Do Not Stay Here*** Upon arrival, there was a man running the front desk who was completely intoxicated. He was struggling to stand, unable to speak in a coherent manner, and acting highly unprofessional. There were two people in front of me waiting to check in - and I asked them if they thought he was intoxicated, to which one said "most definitely". When the regularly scheduled front desk clerk came in, she apologized profusely for him, and said "yeah, we need to talk to him about that". Needless to say, I didn't feel safe after witnessing this mans behavior, nor did I want him having access to my personal info, room #, etc. The hotel mgmt. refused to refund my $500+ dollars when I explained the situation - and this was even after Expedia tried reaching out several times as well to explain the situation. Save your money - and go to the Four Corners across the street - which is where I ended up going. It's MUCH nicer, and just slightly more money per night. Small price to pay for a little peace of mind.

The property was well maintained. The staff was friendly and attentive. The breakfast was alway hot and plentiful. I can’t think of anything sub-standard about this hotel. I really enjoyed my stay. Lalika was always very friendly and quick to resolve any issues that were brought to her attention and always made sure the breakfast patrons were satisfied with their meal and their stay.

Service, room and breakfast were fine. I liked the location being very close to BART so that I could easily get to the city. However being so close to the highway made it difficult to sleep. I put towels along the bottom of the door but there were gaps around the sides so I couldn’t dampen the noise. They do give earplugs out for those who can sleep with them in. There is a Tesla charger in the shopping area across hopyard so that was convenient and a bonus.

Travelled for business trip, location was close to office and in safe neighborhood. Only drawback is hotel is right next to busy highway. Thanks to ear plugs provided by the hotel, I was able to sleep. Breakfast had a large spread of options, was very good, one of the best I have had in hotels.
