Great stay! The double bedroom suite was almost the size of an apartment! Showers were nice, and there was enough space for everyone. The only downside was that there are three floors but no elevator.

Property was new and well-laid out. However, the property has THREE STORIES AND NO ELEVATOR. My wife is in a wheel chair, and if I could not get a first floor, I could not have stayed at the hotel. We arrived early, and were able to get a first floor room, but we were lucky.

Rooms were nice and beds were comfortable, was just very disappointed because they advertised a working hot tub and I even called ahead to make sure it was working and when I got there to the pool area the hot tub was not even warm!

Our family enjoyed the outside area chairs and fire pit. Disappointed that advertised transport within 5 mile radius, but told they have no drivers. Cost us a number of Uber trips not planned. Disappointed that advertised bar and throughout our week stay it was only open 1 night. You need to take these off your advertisements.....as they were perks that drove us to your hotel. Staff for the most part were friendly!!

The Hyatt House is a very nice place to stay except for one item. It doesn't have any elevators but have 3 floors. So elderly or people with physical issues will have a very difficult time unloading their items and luggage if they are on the 2nd or 3rd floor. The breakfast was excellent. You can get an customized omelet if you desire.

Loved the quiet neighborhood; front desk (night crew) were not helpful and took almost 40 min ringing us up for two soda and two bags of chips. No towels at the pool. Will stay again but will make sure we’re better prepared to fend for ourselves.

Checking in no one was a the desk for a few minutes. Unfriendly attendant when arrived. Room was spacious. Dirty diapers in trash in bathroom. Hair on floor in shower, both pockets doors to bathrooms don’t work. One was impossible to close being that it was broken. Freezer smelled unhealthy. Water damage in bathroom on door and walls.

First time staying here, the check in was great I showed up a little early and I was checked in immediately, the parking was close, the room was a good size mostly clean but I was a little disappointed with the couch bed it had old trail mix and dust on it witch made me believe the they do not clean thoroughly, over all an ok place to stay I mite give it another try on our next trip

The property looked nice, but unfortunately we found a cockroach in our room, so we vacated the room and cancelled our stay. The front desk staff was very understanding and helped process the refund after a little bit of difficulty (I got the runaround between the hotel and the third party, but eventually succeeded in getting a complete refund). The only reason for my 2 star rating was because the staff was so nice and helpful, and the room looked clean, cockroach aside.

My room smelled like ciggarette so bad it hurt my mothers chest she had no pre-existing conditions it was that bad i went to the desk informed them and they asked if it was okay someone went in there to verify to change me rooms but thrn changed how they preceded to contact me to phone instead. Without me knowing to wait on a call they told me it v was myvfault for not answering my phone and that i would have no leanacy. By night two she could not handle it anymore. I went down to the front desk again they gad us clean out our room at 6 am just to sit in the lobby 30 mins to change rooms. They did not want to accommodate us at all so i went to corporate and im expecting a call back soon. Terrible customer service when making a reasonable request that was out of their ordinary requests.

When we first checked into our hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating to our needs. However once we checked into our room the first thing we saw was a cockroach on the floor and multiple flies. After looking further we saw dog food on the floor as well. We felt disgusted since we were traveling with a baby and toddler. So we asked for a switch of rooms. Staff was very understanding and gave us another room. The second room did have a fly but you could smell it was cleaner. The next morning we walked out to get breakfast and right outside our hotel room was 3 cockroaches!!! This hotel has a BUG issue and really needs to get the rooms and the outside cleaned of bugs. We’ve NEVER felt this disgusted staying at a Hyatt before and will not be coming back. The breakfast was okay. Eggs were like powdered eggs. But the other items were decent. The two stars are just for the staff as they were very nice and accommodating. This place needs a full on clean.

I was pleasantly surprised by the stay. A tremendous value and a comfortable setting. The rooms are spacious and the beds comfortable. They come with a full kitchen and all the items you need for an extended stay.

I liked the two room accommodation. However the bed was much to hard for a comfortable sleep. I quickly developed pain in my low back and hips. I had to sleep on the couch the first night. The next night we got a heavy comforter from housekeeping and used it for additional padding. It helped but was not ideal.

The set-up of the room was fantastic for our family of five to spread out (two bedrooms with a king bed in each, and a pull-out couch in the living room). The breakfast the next morning was also delicious- a lot of options, including omelets! I would definitely recommend the Hyatt House and would look to stay again.

Beds feel worse than just sleeping on the ground. The room I was in had two rooms the front room could hear every step anyone took on the stairs until 3am. Lights out side did not work at all so it was very hard to find our room at night in the dark and definitely did not feel safe due to the lack of light you would be unable to tell who was at the door.

Maybe I missed that this was more of an extended-stay hotel, which in itself would not be a problem as the room itself was nice and spacious. But my problem with this hotel is that is was extremely noisy, so if you are looking for a location for a business trip, I can not recommend this location if you may need to work in your room. Note the following, there are no elevators, so if mobility is an issue, keep this in mind. There may be a school or field of some sort across the road from the hotel and all afternoon you can hear children and someone on a loudspeaker for several hours. The woman who initially checked me in was pleasant, but the woman after her and who was at the checkout was indifferent to what good customer service might be. Om Friday morning, it sounded like dumpsters were being emptied around 6:30 AM. And last but not least, I had a hotel worker (I assume that\'s who he was) knock on my door at around 8:15am asking me "what time are you leaving". Sir, check out was not until 11, why are you even bothering me. I would not recommend or stay at this location again.

This was the scariest and most uncomfortable stay I’ve ever had. When we checked in and got our room keys we went to the room assigned only to find out someone else was in that room not only did we scare them but I was afraid the whole trip that someone could walk in on us the same way.

Check in took a very long time, 30 minutes, only 1 person working at 3pm check in and the line was very long. Wouldn't it be practical for 2 people to work start working the kiosk at 2:30. Frustration seen on many faces.

Wanted to find a comfortable location for my family during a sporting tournament. The location was great and rooms spacious. The temp outside was over 100 degrees during our stay. When our AC stopped working, front desk quickly sent maintenance to fix. Daily breakfast was great. Would stay again

Parking was easy and secure. Staff was not helpful when we asked for a pack and play. They said it was put away in storage and I later found out that it was there all along at check in.

The suite itself suited exactly what we needed for the stay. I messaged the hotel via Expedia but never ever heard back from the hotel at all, first time was 5 days out requesting possibly early check in, 2nd time 2 days out, never got a response from the hotel.

The staff at Hyatt House Pleasanton was absolutely lovely! Every single person I interacted with was friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and the lobby area is nice. The pool outside was clean and in a centralized area. It was also heated, which was a great touch. My family really enjoyed the free breakfast in the morning, everything was fresh and the staff was kind and welcoming. To top everything off, the hotel is in a nice area and there is plenty of parking. The only thing I would suggest, is updating some of the rooms. Overall, great property and wonderful experience!
The staff at Hyatt House Pleasanton was absolutely lovely! Every single person I interacted with was friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and the lobby area is nice. The pool outside was clean and in a centralized area. It was also heated, which was a great touch. My family really enjoyed the free breakfast in the morning, everything was fresh and the staff was kind and welcoming. To top everything off, the hotel is in a nice area and there is plenty of parking. The only thing I would suggest, is updating some of the rooms. Overall, great property and wonderful experience!

When checking in ( about 15 minutes after regular check in time) the staff member wasn’t too friendly. I asked for a 1st floor room & she said they were all taken?! Another party checking in the same time as us were accommodated with a 1st floor room?! Later that night the parking lot wasn’t full so I doubt there wasn’t a 1st floor room available! I don’t know why we couldn’t be accommodated for what were asked for? However, the room was clean & spacious & the area was quiet.

The receptionist Donald was extremely rude,mean and racist. He told us that we can leave the hotel when we asked him for some assistance. I asked him what kind of service is this and he told us that we should leave and go somewhere nice because we are not welcome there. We left right away even after paying for the hotel. Check-in was easy, staff were courteous, and room was clean. Most importantly the bed was very comfortable and small kitchen had the right amenities. Neighborhood around the property is safe and you can walk over to a small strip mall area where there is a Starbucks and a couple of other restaurant options. Other options are also close by many within half mile or less

We arrived at 4pm no room was a available, was told to come back in a hour. They gave us a room on the first level as requested, no internet available was told to us the in the lobby. NO. Asked about the restaurant, they didn’t have one as advertised. They moved us to a room with internet but had a queen bed we paid for a king, no compensation. The free breakfast was watery eggs and bacon floating in grease, coffee had bubbles in it. Overall will never stay at a Hyatt hotel again

Our family enjoyed the outside area chairs and fire pit. Disappointed that advertised transport within 5 mile radius, but told they have no drivers. Cost us a number of Uber trips not planned. Disappointed that advertised bar and throughout our week stay it was only open 1 night. You need to take these off your advertisements.....as they were perks that drove us to your hotel. Staff for the most part were friendly!!

This is not a typical Hyatt House. It's an older motel that has been converted. Exterior entrances to rooms. Food selection at the bar is limited. Still, nice sized rooms and the staff was friendly.

The set-up of the room was fantastic for our family of five to spread out (two bedrooms with a king bed in each, and a pull-out couch in the living room). The breakfast the next morning was also delicious- a lot of options, including omelets! I would definitely recommend the Hyatt House and would look to stay again.

This was the nicest accommodation I have stayed in in a long time. More like an apartment. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. However, the breakfast needs an upgrade. The quality of the hot food was very ho hum.

Room was clean and quiet, and included a full kitchen and a walk-in closet that really helped avoiding clutter. Breakfast was just ok, and the breakfast room was a bit cold, with overhead fans running even though it was cold outside.

I didn’t realize this hotel did not have an elevator, and that I was going to have to go up to the third floor using stairs with three toddlers under the age of 3+ all of our junk Also had to walk around the building to the other side or back through the lobby in order to get to the pool Nice size unit. Clean. Could’ve used more blankets and pillows.
