Hyatt House Pleasanton

Excellent aver all

Room was clean but Front door seemed like it had been kicked in before or something and the only thing holding it together was the exterior was the sheet metal exterior skin door flexed in the middle extensively when opening and closing the breakfast ran out before the end of bfast time and staff was rude about it! My wife and I love staying at Hyatt house in pleasant hill but it was booked so we tried the pleasanton location we didn’t spend much time at the hotel tho so we didn’t complain much but definitely won’t be going back to this location!!!

I didn’t had time to eat breakfast but, staffs were nice, room were super clean and i will come back for my business trip thank you

Clean room, heated pool, great staff, good breakfast

Great price for a hotel that was quiet, clean and close to our event. Nice breakfast too.
