You have to pay to park your car in the parking lot which is crazy and the elevator was broken the entire stay so had to get all luggage up and down 3 flights of stairs.

Please inform customers when amenities like the jacuzzi are out of order before they check in.

The room was very clean and well-maintained, The breakfast was tasty , the staff were all very friendly and professional. My only complaint is that the elevator was down.

Good room layout & fairly quiet despite nearby freeway. Checkin could have been better - I had messaged via Expedia that we would be arriving in the evening, with a designated time frame. While in transit, well before the designated arrival time I received a call from the hotel wondering if we were coming- they had not checked the messages. When we arrived (.at the time we had designated) we learned there was no elevator service and rooms avail only on 2 & 3rd floors. We were comped the parking charge but asked for a $25 damage deposit- refundable. We were given poor instructions to the stair and had to return to the front desk to again get better instructions for the stair location. It turned out that related signage only faced 1 direction of travel on the corridor and was not visible if coming in a side door from the parking lot that had been suggested for our use. Other than these snags - rest of stay was nicely accommodated for this type of hotel

In the swimming pool, we need more towels but they said 30 minutes wait for moor towels

Clean, comfortable, good security, nice pool. I would stay here again. My only complaint is the $10 / day parking charge.

Jacuzzi was under construction .

Great location, clean room and friendly staff. The only bad thing was the elevator situation. Only one there and it was out of service often which was very inconvenient when your older and on an upper floor.

I loved how spacious the room was. The hotel was nice and good priced. The carpet at the common areas was sated and not very clean. The breakfast was not great. The bar equipment was not very good. E.g The toast burned 2x; paper and plastic utensils not nice. It’s a good place for a short visit.

I have always loved Hampton Inn. So I do not have anything negative. But………the room was clean not the smell, it smells as if the carpet and furniture have absorbed food, sweat odors. You need to keep air freshener available at front desk that way patrons can ask to spray horrible stench.

It was okay, not a place I’d come back to it was a bit dated and a little dirty. For example when my wife pulled the hair dryer out of the bag it was covered in a sticky substance. The carpets are a little dirty and corners of the bathroom walls were peeling and dirty. It was fine for a short stay when we wouldn’t be in the hotel much, but nothing special and not a place we’d likely come back to. The employees were kind, the breakfast was good as well. But again, everything pretty average.

The hotel is clean and has many amenities. The room wasn't serviced by house keeping during out stay; the no service door tag was not on the door so we were disappointed about that. They do offer a good amount of towels. The beds are very comfortable and rooms a generous size. The free breakfast offers a good variety and the area is cleaned and monitored by staff. Overall, really great hotel. Will definitely book here again.

Convenient location to family. Facility lobby and hallways were clean. Room was comfortable but had cobwebs along ceilings and debris along bathroom baseboards and in crevices. I am not trying to be critical,just pointing out a few observations. We did not spend any time in the room aside from sleeping and getting ready to go out with family locally. We did not have a vehicle onsite which evidently saved us $10.00 per day?

Only ate the breakfast once. Was not impressed. Omelet and sausage cold. I choose the Hampton because I thought we would not have to spend money on breakfast but landed up going out the 3 other mornings for a good breakfast. Coffee in pots downstairs were not hot and not a good variety of creamers. The staff were friendly, and the room clean and quiet.

The room restroom was dirty and old. The shower had soap build up on the doors. The elevator was not working. It was supposed to be fixed the day after and it wasn’t.

We understand that the hotel needed to be one of the hotels for California fire which we appreciate. The sad part was as the hotel who made the guys jump through hoop to get into their rooms. They should’ve been taken care of ahead of time by the hotel staff we understand that people do you have to travel with dogs, however barking dogs every time you flush the toilet is ridiculous. The rooms carpet used to be updated as well as the bathroom fixtures had mold on them.

Yes, room was spotless and bigger than expected.

I found dirt clods next to the bed, which I thought weren’t that big of a deal, but nevertheless that shouldn’t happen.

My room was on the 2nd floor across the hall from the laundry room. Occasional loud noise upset my dog, but I couldn’t ask for much more. I had good quality sleep for 4 nights in a row. Room came with a small refrigerator. No microwave though would have been cool. Thank you!

This hotel is overpriced. The walls/ceiling are paper-thin. There’s no microwave in a $300/night room! Requested extra blankets for my son on the sofa bed, which were never brought. The only good thing was breakfast. I’ll never stay here again. They charged me again because I was delayed in arriving. I’m still working on getting a refund.

Rooms are in serious need of a refresh. Been staying here for years but it’s all looking old and tired. The sofa in my room was ripped and the charging ports are so old they don’t hold a cable tightly. The lamps are awful and are falling off the wall. Please do a refresh!!

convenient, large room

Check in was great, got to the room which was handicap accessible and first noticed the bed was only about 22” high and the mattress really soft. No microwave and asked the nice employees at the front desk about this and was told some rooms had them but they would deliver one which was completed in a timely manner. Breakfast was ok but got there towards the end and many items were gone with a “to bad were out” attitude. Did not even go down the next day. Room was also dark even during daylight hours.

This hotel is showing its age. Carpet in the room and bath room and elevator are showing wear and tear. Breakfast is average.

My husband and I have stayed here many times in the past and loved it. We had a different experience this time, though. It is in a lovely area, we felt safe and there are many places to eat which are very close. These are the pluses. Our main complaint was that we got a very dated room. The mattresses were so very uncomfortable. Neither one of us got a good night's sleep on the two nights we stayed. We would both wake up in the middle of the night with just horrible back aches. We had two beds and each slept in one, so they were both bad. We left the whole second day to go to a funeral and thought we would arrive back to nice clean towels, etc. Apparently you have to request maid service now. I will say it is in a great area, the staff seem nice enough, but, oh, those mattresses! Time for new ones! The room overall just seemed to need some refreshing. The shower and sink worked, but definitely needed some "modernizing". They do have free coffee on every floor, so if you wake up early like I do and need some fresh coffee, you can pad down the hall in your slippers and get a fresh cup of coffee. That was nice!

Very bad experience at Chek-In; reservation was not found;we confirmed 3:00 for check-in, but wasn’t ready. I have contact Expedia to solve this delay. Row was completed @5:150m

I had an amazing stay here. The staff were all extremely friendly even if you were just passing them in the hallway or elevator. The room was very comfortable and clean. Loved the soaps and shampoo/conditioner dispensers. The product was amazing and kept the bathroom organized and clean. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and more than I expected from a hotel service. This hotel was centrally located and made it easy to get anywhere I needed to go very quickly. I will be staying here many times in the future when visiting my aunt who lives in the area.

Elida was incredible and helpful when getting checked in. I forgot to get the names of the other front desk employees but all were wonderful! Would definitely come back here.

We arrived more than an hour after check-in time and they informed us it would be a 5 minute wait for our room because house keeping was running behind. We just drove over 5 hours from another state, in time to get ready and go to a surprise party. We needed the room to get ready. But 5-10 minutes, ok. I ended up doing my makeup and hair in the lobby restroom while my husband waited for the room. Finally, over 30 minutes later, I approached the desk to ask about the status of our room. First of all, she forgot who we were, so clearly wasn't prioritizing getting us into our room, even though we were waiting only a few feet away from her in a fairly empty lobby. Then she said our room was still not ready! ...But she could get us one similar. Ok. Fine. It was actually a downgraded room from what I paid for. But we needed to finish getting ready quickly. She then proceeded to check us in, and do all the things she could have started processing earlier, like a parking permit, etc. She took nearly the longest I have ever experienced checking in. She still proceeded to nickel and dime, charging for parking and everything else, despite being downgraded and waiting so long after check in. There was no offer to compensate or discount despite one of the worst hotel check in experiences ever.Really poor customer service. Paying for parking in suburb like that was also ridiculous. Room had weird smell and signs of wear and tear/ water damage. Not terrible but not ideal.

Great staff and a quick pre stay call got me the room I wanted.

Horrible services! No maintenance services after 5pm, so we had to go without a working sink for 10 hours. We agreed to accept limited housekeeping, however they assured us that did not exclude trash pick up or other general room services. However after 3 days without any services, we called to have our overflowing tiny trash cans emptied. They told us there was no one from housekeeping available. They finally told us they would bring us some trash liners, but when they came up they would not take the trash bags that were full, telling us it was not their responsibility and walked away while we were trying to find out what we were suppose to do with the trash. THAT SHOWED TOTAL DISRESPECT FOR THEIR PAYING CUSTOMERS. We had to go down to the front desk to get toilet paper, coffee, cups for the bathroom, after three days with no service, so we would have what we needed for our last night. Went down to lobby at 10am one morning and the lobby had just been mopped ( extremely dangerous with so many people coming and going during the day), and took our luggage cart out to our car, and there were no ramps on the sidewalks adjacent to the parking lot for the cart, nor for a wheelchair! When you pay this much for a hotel room, none of this is acceptable!

This was a great hotel! We were a little sad we weren’t staying more than one night. The room layout was great for the five of us, my teens loved that they could walk to McDonald’s and get after dinner ice cream! The staff were kind and helpful and went out of their way to make sure we were good. Breakfast was great, loved the biscuits and gravy! We also really enjoyed the pool and spa! Overall I highly recommend this hotel, 5 stars!

Overall, the stay was great. The complimentary breakfast was not anything to write home about. Potatoes were undercooked each morning.
