Property was overall great, the only complaint is the laundry. It cost a total of $8.50 to do a load and the staff would not let me get cash back in quarters, so I had to leave the property to an atm for dollars, then exchange for quarters. Also stained a couple of my lighter clothes and had a really bad smell after. So wouldn’t recommend if you’re traveling long and need to do laundry.

Nice and clean place to stay. Breakfast was typical. Only downside was the TV didn't work. Great BBQ restaurant across the street. Safeway and other restaurants within walking distance.

Our room was nice and spacious and we had 2 bathrooms. The hotel was clean but tired and old. There was no workout room like advertised. A water filling station would be fabulous due to the outdoor nature of the area and high temps.

The room and the hotel itself was clean. Has a decent continental breakfast. Pool area needed some attention. There were only four lounge chairs and two of them were broken. Umbrella for one of the tables was falling apart. Night shift front desk lady was not super friendly. All in all a decent hotel and would stay again.

The laundry room should stay open later. I went there around 8:30 pm to do my laundry. The sign shows it opens until 10:00 pm. When I asked the lady at the front desk for change of quarters, she told me the laundry room closed at 8 pm. When i told her the sign says it opens until 10 pm, she told me that the management changed the time.

Nice clean, quiet and reasonably priced inn. They provide breakfast. Their pool was out of service which was a bit of a letdown but otherwise and enjoyable experience for the price.

Definitely needs a renovation. Carpet is missing at our room doorway entrance. 2nd floor hallway needs to be repaired. It feels like there are rotten boards underneath. Not happy with this stay.

It was inconvenient using the laundry part for guests as well as our bed sheets were full of pubes/ random short hairs as if they weren’t washed. It was actually disappointing.

It was okay. Overpriced for what it is. The caulking near the tub and tiles had mildew, so did a corner of the ceiling in the bathroom. The linen and towels were clean, the room was mostly clean (some small debris under the desk). Overall, disappointing considering I spent almost 200 dollars (including pet fee) on a week night. Would not stay here again.

Our stay was great! The only reason I gave a 4/5 on cleanliness was because the carpet felt somewhat damp/foamy. Hard to explain but I think a good clean will fix that easily. We loved our stay and the staff were very sweet.

The rooms were not completely clean, had to return a pillow with cereal crumbs to the front desk. The lady smiled and didn't say much. There were bird feathers all over the staircase, the front desk staff said it gets blown in by the wind. It never got cleaned up.

Overall, the hotel is nice and as advertised in the pictures. The room was spacious, there was hot breakfast available, location is fine too. The only problem: The hotel walls are paper thin. You will wake up as soon as your neighbor (in the next room) wakes up. The hotel helpfully provides ear plugs, but I am not sure if one would like to sleep with ear plugs shoved in. The whole point of a hotel is to have a good night's sleep... without earplugs!

It was perfect for a quick overnight stay. Convenient to everything we wanted to do. Within walking distance to restaurant and stores. I knew as soon as I walked into the room that were going to be issues with noise because they had earplugs on the dresser. The only noise that I heard though that was louder than normal was walking around in the room above us. You could hear every single creek in the floor. Earplugs were appreciated.

Room # 300 must be the worst room in the hotel. Tiny room, too much furniture, cramped, noisy and all around terrible. Can't use the sink without the corner of the bend pressed into your leg. The AC sounds are amplified in such a small room. It appears to have been a storage closet that was turned into a room. Awful!!!!!

I enjoyed my stay at this property. The staff was very pleasant and I really appreciated Heidi for making this stay very positive. She was at the front desk and greeted us with a smile, was very helpful and made us feel comfortable right from check in. I saw her at the bar and again, she was very nice, friendly, and made us feel comfortable and helped us to enjoy our stay.

We arrived just past 1am after driving all day. Upon arrival the front desk had a sign posted stating that they are closed from 1am-6am and for any assistance to call the Holiday Inn Express located 5 minutes down the road. Once calling we were told that we would need to go to the Holiday Inn to check in and the come back for our stay. This was annoying and I wish we would have known this BEFORE our arrival but it was not stated anywhere upon or after booking the stay. The real kicker was when we arrived at the other hotel for check in. The employee who assisted us was short with us and after providing my name which the stay was under, she rudely replied “where”, I told her it was me, and she repeated my name back to me like I was trying to trick her. After more of this back and forth she took my ID and allowed us to check in. After driving back to the hotel for our stay we found that one of the two keys that were provided to us did not work. As it was now 2am and there was no one at the front desk we did not bother to get our other key activated. They also provide two sets of ear plugs as “sometimes the hotel is noisy”. We did not have any issues with noise, but if we had I would disappointed with their solution. I would have loved to talk to someone about our experience upon checkout however at 11am (their stated check out time) the front desk was once again unattended. The facility itself was fine but if you need assistance with ANYTHING it is hard to find.

You could see the hallway carpet dirty wear pattern. Paint was chipping off the elevator. The only front desk worker was also the only bar tender. We were double charged for snacks. Not just our card charged twice. The front desk called our room and said our card didn’t go through and made us bring cash. I ask for a receipt and was told the printer was broken. When we checked out the printer was working and the charge had went through on our card.

My room was very clean and comfortable, and contained everything I needed. Sadly, there were a few mishaps. I was provided with a document indicating that my room would automatically be cleaned after I had been there three nights. I was at Clarion Inn for five nights, and no one ever came to clean. I asked about it at the front desk, but found the individual at the front desk to be very vague and unhelpful. According to her, I would have had to ask for services, in order to have the room cleaned. I also told the front desk person that the air conditioner in my room made unpleasant humming and grinding noises, and was told that maintenance would take a look. If they did, I was never told, and nothing changed. My room card key had to be reset twice - my friend's needed to be reset four times. While the staff was always pleasant, it felt as if they weren't well trained, and it also felt as if they might benefit from some help with their communication and customer service skills.

The hotel was fine - rooms were clean and stocked with shampoo, etc. However, maid service was not provided at all during a 5 night stay. When addressed at the front desk, the first person we spoke to was clueless and barely apologized. The second person we spoke to, during our checkout, was apologetic but did not offer to remedy the situation in any way. In fact, the first person did not offer to have our rooms cleaned the following day which would have been helpful, polite and considerate.

We stayed at one night at this hotel on the way to up to Utah. it was very convenient to access to grocery store, ships, and a famous stakehouse. The parking is also very easy and enough space. highly recommend it.

Our stay was very comfortable. It was only one night but our room was very spacious, had 2 bathrooms and felt like home for 1 night. There was a large group of tourists which made the breakfast run out very quick and by the time we went down there was barely anything left. I understand this but why no one was there trying to refill the finished breakfast items is beyond me. We even waited but then gave up. Besides that, everything else was fine

The hotel has ample parking, so parking is not a problem. The check in was fast & smooth, we arrived before 8pm, they will ask for your ID to check in. Our room smells clean & fresh, as well as the bathroom. They have nice breakfast selection, make your own waffles are the best, coffee was good & they have different kinds of fruit juices. I recommend this place.

We stayed in a family room with 3 beds. Toilet and bathroom was small. Basin was in the bedroom area. Room was noisy overnight, we could hear other guests as they arrived, toilets flushing, showers running. Breakfast area is too small for the number of guests accommodated. We ate breakfast in the reception area others sat wherever they could. Breakfast itself, basic like all other hotels. Nothing special but does the job.
