We really loved this hotel. It is located in a great location, was safe and it was nice that it had a restaurant.

Ok property but elevator was out of commission on the morning of leaving. Close to acropolis and shopping.

Location was great. Service was ok, they tied up with a nearby restaurant and they were really hospitable. The airport transfer is 55eur and not inclusive in the stay. Expect noise at night.

The room is barely bigger than the bed but the location is unbeatable. You are literally right around the corner from Monostraki square. A 3 minute walk from the metro station opening. The front desk isn't manned 24/7 so if you need to leave at something like 8am, you'll need to let the front desk know and they will arrange to have someone there at that time. Would stay at the Icon again without hesitation.

They were doing renovations and did not notify us until after we checked in about the noise and the non available areas .. good enough but our room was too small and it felt claustrophobic.. looking at the other rooms they were beautiful and with balconies facing acropolis .. great and centric location ! Right next to Starbucks and major attractions

El hotel es muy bonito y está convenientemente ubicada cerca de plaza monastiraki ,calle Ermou , acropolis (un poco más lejos pero igual llegas caminando), calle adrianou, lo recomiendo ampliamente si quieres dar un paseo por la zona de Plaka, solo contemplar que no tiene recepción 24 hrs a pesar de esto no hay inconveniente,yo llegué por la noche y no tuve inconveniente con la clave de acceso que me proporcionaron.

The staff are excellent. We got to the hotel quite a bit early, but they were able to accommodate and get us in the room about 3 hours before checkin. I'm not going to say that is guaranteed, but if they have the space and your room is ready it seems like they are happy to help. The rooms are comfortable, stylish and exactly what we were looking for to meet our needs. It is about 150-200 meters from the Monastraki metro station and Square. It's about 600 meters to Syntagma Square and Plaka neighborhood. The Acropolis is a short walk from Plaka and worth the stroll to the Acropolis. There's everything you can want or need within walking distance. Take the metro from the airport to Monastraki station and walk to the hotel as it is faster and much cheaper than a Uber or taxi. There are also buses that run very frequently for about 7 euros. The hotel itself is older but has been updated. The soundproofing is not the best, but honestly it was not a problem for us. The my noise stopped about 12-1230 every night and we were usually out and about until then anyway. My only complaint is that the balcony door was stuck and would not open, and I specifically booked a room for the balcony, but it was minor and we didn't even mention it to the staff. For the price and location, this is a wonderful hotel. Note, the hotel itself doesn't have a bar or restaurant so you're going to have to venture out into the neighborhood, oh darn.

The room was beautiful, the location was ideal, and the shuttle was simple to set up and on time!

Very nice place to stay they are very accommodating. They were able to book a car to take us to the airport.

Sizi gayet soğuk karşılayan yerinden kalkma nezaketini bırakın, bacak bacak üstüne atmış ve indirmeden pasaportlarınıza dahi bakmadan işlem yapan bir Resepsiyonist.. Ayrıca banyosunda ve yataginda bizden önceki misafire ait kıl döküntülerinin olduğu bir otel.. Ayrıca saat 15:00 check in ve 11:00 check out çok saçma. 4 saat dahil odayı temizlemeye yetmemiş.

We had such a great time at the Athens Icon Collection! The location couldn’t be better — right in the middle of everything, which made it super easy to get around. Management was very responsive — when we had an issue with our key card, someone came to fix it in just a few minutes. The bathroom could’ve been cleaned a little better, but honestly, it wasn’t a big deal and didn’t affect our stay. Overall, we really enjoyed it and would definitely come back!

Perfect location to be central to Athen attractions, restaurants and shopping. There is traffic around the area but you can easily walk to everything. Room was clean and staff were super friendly and kind.

Really annoyed at what I ended up with here, and truly stumped how the reviews Re so good. Yes the location is handy and rooms hVe been upgraded, but ours was esssntially a windowless box, very claustrophobic. No spoons for coffee, no bedside lighting, no lobby and no attention from staff. You can get far better for the same money.

This hotel was cute and great for staying near the square. Our room was very small so it made it difficult to open our suitcases and access clothing. We also didn’t have windows with any view (the windows opened to a construction courtyard with no view of any sky etc. Otherwise, did the trick for a short stay

This hotel has a surprisingly elegant interior! The rooms are modern and nicely designed. It’s super conveniently located, only minutes from Monastiraki Station (where we arrived from the airport and also left to go to the ferry port). The staff are very friendly. My main issue was that you can hear every time someone enters or exits the hotel. You can hear every conversation in the communal areas. It makes it very difficult to sleep when you have an early ferry to catch the next day. One other thing to note is there wasn’t natural light in our room but that wasn’t an issue as we spent very little time at the hotel.

Room was tiny yet great location

The receptionist went over and above to help us! I read the room is small it’s not huge but perfect for my wife and I. The hotel is in a perfect spot for everything.

Quarto apertado, chegamos às 23 hs, sem lugar para colocar as malas. O atendimento presencial. Diziam que o atendimento presencial seria das 9;00 às 17;00hs, porém a recepcionista chegou às 9;20hs, no dia seguinte. Falaram sobre suporte 24 hs, tentamos acessar ,porém ninguém respondeu. Não tinha o número de toalhas, nem travesseiros para o número de clientes. Extremamente barulhento, e o q foi fornecido foi protetor de ouvido para piscina, pelo preço deveriam ter janelas anti ruídos. Enfim a localização é boa, só isso.

We came after hours and the hotel knew this. They never communicated to us how to enter after hours or that we needed a code. I called the number they gave us and they were able to give us the code to enter where our room key was waiting behind the desk. They had a brochure of all the amenities they offered and laundry service was one of them. When I went to the front desk and asked how we do laundry service, the girl at the front desk said we don’t have laundry service. So just a few inconsistencies.

Was yelled at upon arrival because our driver was waiting but I did not receive a text. Receptist said he called but no record on my phone. No name tag so cannot even write a complaint. It was awful after a long day of travel. Will not recommend to our friends and family

Odalar temiz ancak inanılmaz soğuktu. Otel personeli farklı alternatifler sundu hatta çabuk çözüm için birilerini de buldular ancak sorun çözülmedi, iyi niyetlilerdi. Çok gürültülü bir otel, zaten odalarda kulak tıkacı bulunmakta, buna hazırlıklı olun. Avantajlı kısmı ise inanılmaz merkezi bir yer ve her yere taksi vs. kullanamdan rahatça gidebiliyorsunuz.

Great location and hotel was wonderful

Beautiful and comfortable room. Well situated property to walk to sights (acropolis 15min), transit (monistiraki station 3mins) and many restaurants, cafés, and shopping. It is noisy at night because it is such a busy area with buskers and nightlife but the hotel does thoughtfully provide ear plugs. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Overall, a fantastic stay!
