O Hotel tem uma praia particular maravilhosa com cadeiras , guarda-sóis , chuveiros e banheiro . Tem um custo de barco de ida e volta por 20 euros ou de uber no nosso caso que não tínhamos alugado carro. Quartos confortáveis. Um agradecimento especial ao Carmelo do restaurante que foi muito atencioso e simpático com toda a nossa família

Great hotel and staff. Only issue i had is that there was no iron in the room. So I had to go to dinner with clothes totally wrinkled. Called front desk and they said they have laundry service and do NOT provide irons to guests? I was in shock. Had dinner in 35 mins and no iron!! Only complaint Front desk was rude when telling me this Otherwise great hotel. Terrace on roof is spectacular, staff there beyond good! Location ideal.

Breakfast was outstanding as was the property. Staff was very attentive and helpful. The view every morning on the roof top while eating breakfast was wonderful. Would absolutely stay there again. There was a safe in the room.

Hotel is very good and the staff and amenities are excellent. Great rooftop restaurant and bar with a great view. Our room was rather small and the bathroom was barely manageable because it was so small and they crammed in the bidet and shower. But, that is probably our fault as we booked a basic room. The wifi also was very weak and not effective most of the time. Breakfast was very good and parking was very convenient.

Location, location, location! Great location, many Americans staying here end of June, not why we booked, still very Italian hotel. Reception staff are professional and kind, upgraded one of our two triple rooms but we had booked sea view rooms and we did not receive this, we let it slide without mentioning. Breakfast was above average and the servers were outstanding, lovely view and fresh food, good coffee. We had drinks at the roof top bar one evening, great service but over priced drinks, paying for the view, expensive spritz is too much. The spa was wonderful, we had booked three Acqua express treatments and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience, very professional service in a charming venue, don’t miss the small museum next to the spa room with Ancient Greek ruins! Parking was the best, right across the street from the hotel, safe and easy, 15€ per day was economical for Ortigia. Our only mention is the bathroom had mold on the marble walls, just a small bit but I am allergic, though we kept the door closed and it was ok. The nightly cookie service was a treat, so try the almond bites! We will stay here again!

The bathroom had a leak bubbling up from beneath the tile floor and your feet got wet if you went in there. We told someone and they did nothing to solve it. The wifi was very poor. And, the beach they show is miles away and closed for the season.

Beautiful hotel right on the waterfront with parking (paid) just in front. Excellent service and breakfasts. Room elegant with high ceilings but would benefit from air conditioning for the summer months. Easy walking to seafront and around Ortigia.

The hotel is immaculate with very friendly service. Being able to park the car across the street is an extra bonus. The location can’t be beat. You’re a two minute walk from the best parts of Ortigia. The rooms are spacious. We loved our stay.

역사가 오래된 호텔이에요. 당시 아르누보 양식을 그대로 유지하고 있어 호불호가 있을 듯 합니다. 저는 이런 앤틱한 감성 좋아해서 즐기면서 머물렀어요. 호텔은 매우 청결하고 직원들도 늘 친절로 맞아줍니다. 위치는 말 할 필요없이 좋으며 창 밖으로 보이는 뷰에 기분이 좋아요. 주차는 하루 20유로로 호텔 바로 앞에 위치해 있어 매우 편리합니다. 루프탑에서의 조식은 음식 가짓수는 한정적이고 샐러드 종류가 없다는 것이 아쉽지만 환상적인 커피와 뷰로 충분히 보상 가능합니다.

Quiet an outdated hotel. You feel like you’re on a boat with nothing to look at. Rattling air conditioner and basic bedding. Had to bring all my own luggage in and then back out. I wouldn’t book again.

This is not a 5 star hotel. Since you walk in no one helps you with the bags, there is no hospitality and people are extremely rude and not helpful. The rooms smell like an old perfume store and it’s extremely noisy. Don’t make the same mistake i made! There are better options

What a beautiful property transporting you back in time. Excellent hotel staff kindly arranged a breakfast box to go as we were leaving early. We did not even ask for it. How generous and kind. We shall return.

This hotel is well-known in a good location. Overall it is a nice hotel. But it is not up to the expectation for the price and "reputation" . When I arrived in the morning to leave my luggage, the desk person gave me the information about the city bus but did not check the schedule, nor did not call to confirm. So I waited at the station just across the street from the hotel almost an hour. So I returned to the desk and he called the bus office and found that the bus was not running into the station that day because of some special event. When I returned to the hotel, another person at the desk did not give me any information about breakfast , wifi and etc. he said that my luggage was in my room, but it wasn't. Breakfast menu could include more fruit and vegetables.

This is not a 5 star hotel. Since you walk in no one helps you with the bags, there is no hospitality and people are extremely rude and not helpful. The rooms smell like an old perfume store and it’s extremely noisy. Don’t make the same mistake i made! There are better options

The service is outstanding—consistently outstanding over five visits. The hotel itself is beautiful and the location is wonderful—right on the harbor and within east walking distance to primary tourist attractions to include a World UNESCO site.

The hotel is immaculate with very friendly service. Being able to park the car across the street is an extra bonus. The location can’t be beat. You’re a two minute walk from the best parts of Ortigia. The rooms are spacious. We loved our stay.

Lovely hotel at the north western tip of Ortigia. The whole island is easily walkable and it only yook us 20 minutes ir so to walk to the archealogical park on the mainland. The staff at the hotel were all very polite, friendly and really helpful especially with our airport transfer at 4.30 am! They even packed us a fantastic breakfast to take with us. Would definitely stay with them again should we return to Sicily.

Location, location, location! Great location, many Americans staying here end of June, not why we booked, still very Italian hotel. Reception staff are professional and kind, upgraded one of our two triple rooms but we had booked sea view rooms and we did not receive this, we let it slide without mentioning. Breakfast was above average and the servers were outstanding, lovely view and fresh food, good coffee. We had drinks at the roof top bar one evening, great service but over priced drinks, paying for the view, expensive spritz is too much. The spa was wonderful, we had booked three Acqua express treatments and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience, very professional service in a charming venue, don’t miss the small museum next to the spa room with Ancient Greek ruins! Parking was the best, right across the street from the hotel, safe and easy, 15€ per day was economical for Ortigia. Our only mention is the bathroom had mold on the marble walls, just a small bit but I am allergic, though we kept the door closed and it was ok. The nightly cookie service was a treat, so try the almond bites! We will stay here again!

The staff was very helpful with all our needs. The food and views from the hotel roof were outstanding. Everyone was very friendly as well. However, the steps into the hotel were a challange for me as I have mobility issues. At least there were hand rails.

Hotel is very good and the staff and amenities are excellent. Great rooftop restaurant and bar with a great view. Our room was rather small and the bathroom was barely manageable because it was so small and they crammed in the bidet and shower. But, that is probably our fault as we booked a basic room. The wifi also was very weak and not effective most of the time. Breakfast was very good and parking was very convenient.

This is a fabulous old style hotel brought up to date in a really good location for Ortigia. The rooftop restaurant and terrace have a beautiful view and breakfast has a very large choice and is very good. The staff are extremely attentive and all seem to have the freedom to chat to guests like human beings and not "5 star robots". A welcome change.
