It was a good stay, the only setback is that the indoor pool and gym are great but opens at 10am which technically makes no sense as you will miss breakfast, it would be ideal to open only the gym from 7/8am

Hotel moderne avec des chambres propres et équipements neufs. Néanmoins, la configuration est telle qu'il n'y a pas de vie dans cet hôtel (hormis le petit déjeuner et la piscine). Il n'y aucune animation, on dirait un hôpital. On doit se déplacer obligatoirement en voiture pour aller manger car le restaurant (à l'autre bout de la résidence) offre une carte très simpliste et un cadre qui n'est pas à la hauteur du reste de l'hôtel. Le personnel est sympa. Pas de fontaine à eau dans la salle de sport. L'espace bien être est payant. Ils facturent la serviette (piscine ou salle de sport) si vous ne rendez pas mais attention, ils ferment de 13h à 15h. De même, la salle de sport n'ouvre qu'à 10h (même heure que le petit déjeuner) - donc pour ceux qui veulent allez au sport avant le petit déjeuner, ce n'est pas possible. Donc organisez bien votre emploi du temps.

Das Hotel ist sehr veraltet und hat keine schöne Umgebung, Kinderspielplatz unsicher (Anlage zum Teil nicht befestigt und kippt um, zum Teil kaput; im Gras gab es tote Vögel); Frühstücksbuffet bereits um 8:30 halb leer und nicht nachgefüllt (obwohl die Öffnungszeiten zw 7.30 und 10.30 waren) - Tische wurden nicht gereinigt, selbst wenn die Leute seit 30 Minuten weg war stand Geschirr am Tisch und die Kellner haben gefrühstückt (von Hotel Buffee das Essen genommen gegen 9.00 Uhr anstatt die Tische für andere Gäste vorzubereiten); Außenpool Ende Mai noch zu, Innenpool - nur mit Schwimmkappe möglich und man zahlt Kaution für die Badetücher... große Enttäuschung

Bellissima struttura prospicente l ippodromo del mediterraneo. Dotata di piscina coperta e scoperta idromassaggio gratuiti. Presente anche centro benessere campi da tennis e calcetto. Ampio il posteggio. Situato in posizione strategica fra noto e siracusa ed ideale per chi vuole cambiare spiaggia ogni giorno andando dalla mattina alla sera. Veramente perfetta la colazione. Ottima anche la cena all interno di un bellissimo giardino, per chi non vuole uscire la sera.

Zimmer sauber, groß und Bett sehr bequem. Alles modern eingerichtet. Zimmer mit Blick auf die Pferderennbahn oder Parkplatz. Toller großer Pool mit bequemen Liegen und einer Poolbar und Toiletten. Leider konnte man erst ab 10 Uhr in den Trainingsraum mit Geräten. Nicht gerade ideal für Frühaufsteher. Frühstück war reichhaltig, aber es ist immer alles sehr schnell ausgegangen und man musste immer warten, bis Nachschub kam. Somit musste man immer mehr Zeit für das Frühstück einplanen. Abends gab es leider keine Bar, wo man sich Getränken holen konnte

Room was missing details for a 4 star hotel. Did not have a coffee maker or kettle in the room. Had to ask reception to provide us with two normal glasses and a coffee cups. Smell of damp in the bathroom but other then that room was clean. Breakfast not enough staff to cater for restaurant size. Items take too long to be replace when finished . Indoor pool needs to be warmer as was cold .

Dieses Hotel hat niemals 4 Sterne Niveau. Beim Frühstück hat ständig Besteck gefehlt oder war verschmutzt. Auf Nachfrage wurde Besteck gebracht, allerdings nur, wenn der Mitarbeiter englisch sprechen konnte. Die Scheiben zur Pferderennbahn könnten eine Reinigung gebrauchen. Auf dem Spielplatz lag überall Hundescheiße und diese durften wohl auch überall hin pinkeln. Die Zimmer waren sauber und geräumig. Je nach Reinigungskraft. Im Pool fand man noch Chlor Rückstände. Im Großen und Ganzen war der Aufenthalt ok.

Accoglienza garbata. Struttura vecchia che necessita di manutenzione. Colazione tragica, a voler essere buoni. Igiene delle stanze accettabile. Scarsa l’igiene in sala colazione. L’addetto con un unistraccionpuliva decine di tavoli senza mai sciacquarlo o cambiarlo. Cibo di qualità scadente. Le uova strapazzate emanavano cattivo odore. Le macchine del caffè spesso bloccate.

Personale molto cordiale, la struttura é tenuta bene e pulita. Le camere, anche se non più nuovissime, sono carine, spaziose, silenziose e comode. La colazione è di ottima qualità, ha moltissime opzioni. La struttura è un po’ fuori mano se non si ha un mezzo proprio con cui spostarsi, ma con un’auto, una moto, uno scooter o anche una bici, si arriva alle località balneari e turistiche in pochi minuti di tragitto. Sono già due estati che soggiorno in questa struttura, e credo che riserverò anche per l’estate prossima.

Do not use the baby cots, they are not safe, the mattresses are smaller than the cots and they don't have cot sheets, they use single bed sheets instead. Our baby got trapped under the mattress, with the sheets. The hotel did nothing to solve the problem apart from proposing an even worse fitting mattress, and still made us pay a supplement for the cot that could have killed our baby. We also had a leak in the bathroom, brown water from the tap, and the outside pool is closed.

Non posso lamentarmi, esperienza molto positiva, pulizia top! Attenzione al ristorante, hanno provato ad addebitare il costo di 2 menù fissi a 70€ mentre avevamo preso solo 2 piatti di pasta. Colazione ottima e molto ampia.

We stayed here for one night and wish we could have stayed longer. We didn’t have time to use the spa but we did go to the outdoor pool for a bit. The pool was amazing and the outdoor bar was a nice touch. The breakfast was very good and the room overlooked the race track so you can watch the horses warm up in the morning. It was an overall excellent hotel for the price.

We stayed here for one night and wish we could have stayed longer. We didn’t have time to use the spa but we did go to the outdoor pool for a bit. The pool was amazing and the outdoor bar was a nice touch. The breakfast was very good and the room overlooked the race track so you can watch the horses warm up in the morning. L'albergo è bellissimo e pulitissimo solo che tutta la notte ho sentito un rumore fastidiosissimo che proveniva dal soffitto della mia camera essendo posizionata all'ultimo piano e attaccata al vano tecnico delle pompe dell'aria condizionata e per questo non ho chiuso occhio tutta la notte ,alle 06,15 quando hanno riacceso le pompe il rumore è scomparso ed anche il mio sonno!!!!

hotel was good,very clean and good breakfast. WIFI was very weak and sometimes with no internet at all. Rooms would be better if equiped with a kettle, coffee and tea.

It’s amazing if you have your own car and are able to move around. Breakfast is good, the rooms are a little old but they are comfortable and clean, the staff is very kind. I’ve stayed at this hotel for the last 4 or 5 summer vacations. It’s an amazing place to stay if you want to explore the area.

Flott hotell og masse parkering. Helt perfekt for reiser til byene rundt. Bassengene inne og ute er helt nydelige, men det er ingen mat eller drikke tilgjengelig utenom måltidene. Ikke helt heldig om man ankommer sent. Store rom og veldig fint over alt

Zimmer sauber, groß und Bett sehr bequem. Alles modern eingerichtet. Zimmer mit Blick auf die Pferderennbahn oder Parkplatz. Toller großer Pool mit bequemen Liegen und einer Poolbar und Toiletten. Leider konnte man erst ab 10 Uhr in den Trainingsraum mit Geräten. Nicht gerade ideal für Frühaufsteher. Frühstück war reichhaltig, aber es ist immer alles sehr schnell ausgegangen und man musste immer warten, bis Nachschub kam. Somit musste man immer mehr Zeit für das Frühstück einplanen. Abends gab es leider keine Bar, wo man sich Getränken holen konnte

Do not use the baby cots, they are not safe, the mattresses are smaller than the cots and they don't have cot sheets, they use single bed sheets instead. Our baby got trapped under the mattress, with the sheets. The hotel did nothing to solve the problem apart from proposing an even worse fitting mattress, and still made us pay a supplement for the cot that could have killed our baby. We also had a leak in the bathroom, brown water from the tap, and the outside pool is closed.

L’hôtel est bien, le personnel parfois désagréable malgré nos efforts pour parler Italien. Bonnet obligatoire pour le Spa, qu’on ne manque pas de vous faire payer, les serviettes prêtées au niveau du spa avaient une réelle odeur douteuse.

Non posso lamentarmi, esperienza molto positiva, pulizia top! Attenzione al ristorante, hanno provato ad addebitare il costo di 2 menù fissi a 70€ mentre avevamo preso solo 2 piatti di pasta. Colazione ottima e molto ampia.

Das Hotel ist sehr veraltet und hat keine schöne Umgebung, Kinderspielplatz unsicher (Anlage zum Teil nicht befestigt und kippt um, zum Teil kaput; im Gras gab es tote Vögel); Frühstücksbuffet bereits um 8:30 halb leer und nicht nachgefüllt (obwohl die Öffnungszeiten zw 7.30 und 10.30 waren) - Tische wurden nicht gereinigt, selbst wenn die Leute seit 30 Minuten weg war stand Geschirr am Tisch und die Kellner haben gefrühstückt (von Hotel Buffee das Essen genommen gegen 9.00 Uhr anstatt die Tische für andere Gäste vorzubereiten); Außenpool Ende Mai noch zu, Innenpool - nur mit Schwimmkappe möglich und man zahlt Kaution für die Badetücher... große Enttäuschung

We stayed here for one night and wish we could have stayed longer. We didn’t have time to use the spa but we did go to the outdoor pool for a bit. The pool was amazing and the outdoor bar was a nice touch. The breakfast was very good and the room overlooked the race track so you can watch the horses warm up in the morning. It was an overall excellent hotel for the price.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel proche de Syracuse mais situé dans un environnement calme. Petit dejeuner varié avec une belle vue sur l'hippodrome . Belle piscine et chambre spacieuse et confortable et un bon point pour la télé qui permet de se connecter sur Netflix, prime vidéo et youtube. Nous avons ainsi pu voir des films en français.

Accoglienza garbata. Struttura vecchia che necessita di manutenzione. Colazione tragica, a voler essere buoni. Igiene delle stanze accettabile. Scarsa l’igiene in sala colazione. L’addetto con un unistraccionpuliva decine di tavoli senza mai sciacquarlo o cambiarlo. Cibo di qualità scadente. Le uova strapazzate emanavano cattivo odore. Le macchine del caffè spesso bloccate.

The room was spacious, very clean, balcony was huge with a view over the front of the hotel. The staff were very friendly. Particularly the resteraunt staff. Veronica was very helpful with the menu and very courteous. The food was excellent both for breakfast & Dinner. A minor observation was that the power sockets in the room required a different adapter, not supplied , we had to loan from reception. Also there was no tea making facilities in the room , we had to ask for this from reception, and inconvenience rather than a complaint, we should of been told of this on checking in. The Bars both inside & by the pool were not operational., throughout our stay. Overall it was a very nice hotel oh and the pools were very good & well maintained. Anyone who may be planning to go there should be aware that it's a remote location, no local transport whatsoever. Imperative that you need a car. There is no shuttle bus available. The room was spacious, very clean, balcony was huge with a view over the front of the hotel. The staff were very friendly. Particularly the resteraunt staff. Veronica was very helpful with the menu and very courteous. The food was excellent both for breakfast & Dinner. A minor observation was that the power sockets in the room required a different adapter, not supplied , we had to loan from reception. Also there was no tea making facilities in the room , we had to ask for this from reception, and inconvenience rather than a complaint, we should of been told of this on checking in. The Bars both inside & by the pool were not operational., throughout our stay. Overall it was a very nice hotel oh and the pools were very good & well maintained. Anyone who may be planning to go there should be aware that it's a remote location, no local transport whatsoever. Imperative that you need a car. There is no shuttle bus available. We stayed here for one night and wish we could have stayed longer. We didn’t have time to use the spa but we did go to the outdoor pool for a bit. The pool was amazing and the outdoor bar was a nice touch. The breakfast was very good and the room overlooked the race track so you can watch the horses warm up in the morning. It was an overall excellent hotel for the price.
