We stayed in this apartment for about a month and loved every minute of it! We spent half our time working remotely, and the space was large enough for both of us to work comfortably! The other half of our time was day and overnight trips, using the apartment as home base! The location was great, we learned the metro and other transportation easily! Loved the Tuesday morning farmers market steps outside our door for fresh fruits and veggies! Antonio was an amazing host and answered questions and gave useful suggestions promptly and was so friendly! One small maintenance issue came up and it was fixed in a day! The apartment had great supplies/equipment for an extended stay! Just as advertised! We highly recommend this rental! Thanks for everything Antonio!

The view of the Acropolis was definitely the best part! It was great. There were also some great food places within walking distance. The only downside was the bed. It wasn’t the most comfortable and the sheets were pretty worn and pilled. Otherwise, Antonio communicated great and was so kind and accommodating! We would for sure come back and stay.

Sehr sauber, gute Lage. Nähe Metro. Nur 1 Station bis zu Monastiraki. Sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Genauere Beschreibung zum Check in wäre hilfreich gewesen. Wir hatten das Vergnügen, in diesem Apartment zu wohnen und können es wärmstens empfehlen. Die Lage war ideal, wenige Gehminuten von der Metro und vielen Restaurants, Cafés und Geschäften entfernt. Das Apartment selbst war geräumig und gut ausgestattet mit allem, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt - von einer vollständigen Küche bis hin zu einer gemütlichen Sitzecke und einem bequemen Bett. Die Sauberkeit war tadellos. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich die atemberaubende Aussicht vom Balkon aus, auf der man einen wunderschönen Blick auf die Akropolis genießen konnte. We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The proximity to the metro station made it super convenient to get everywhere. We also enjoyed exploring the area and discovered some wonderful restaurants and bars that were in walking distance. The apartment was clean and well furnished with a wonderful view of the Acropolis. Looked just like the pictures. Would stay here again!!

I really enjoyed my stay here, the host was patient and kind and the place itself was very clean and beautiful with lots of amenities. I’m not sure why other people were complaining about the neighborhood, yes it has some graffiti and stuff, but all of Athens is like that. There’s a lock on the building and another lock on the apartment door, then even more locks on the bedroom and bathroom doors. I was a woman alone and I never felt unsafe. The neighborhood is quiet, and most people I saw there were older locals and twenty somethings who minded their business and were very kind when we did interact. There are loads of restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby, and the walk fo the Acropolis and all of the other archeological sites and museums is short and very easy. It’s pretty much a straight shot and hard to mess up. I’m super happy with how much I paid for the quality of the building, service from the host, amenities, and neighborhood. I’d definitely recommend staying here and if I’m ever in Athens again I’ll stay another time.

Very clean apartment with everything we needed. About a 4 minute walk to the metro if that’s your method of travel. Some great restaurants within walking distance We walked everywhere to most of the neighborhoods. Nothing is too far away. Wir waren bis heute morgen in dieser grossartigen Wohnung! Super Ausstattung, sauber, alles sehr gepflegt. Der Balkon mit seinem Ausblick auf die Akropolis atemberaubend! Die Metrostation ist 5 min entfernt, 3 Haltestellen bis zum Syntagma Platz. Der Kontakt zu Antonis war hervorragend! Egcharisto polli! Wir kommen gerne wieder in diese pulsierende und grossartige Stadt. Dann gerne wieder in dieses sympathische Apartment

Our second stay at this wonderful place - you really feel as if you’re in someone’s home, with everything you need for a great stay. The kitchen in particular is so well equipped we ended up eating in for two nights despite a good choice of eating places a short walk away. The location is just outside the main tourist centre but it’s an easy walk, or one or two stops on the metro, and you really feel you are seeing a different side to Athens. The beds are comfortable, air conditioning efficient, and there is - as pictured - a good view of the Acropolis from the balcony. Since our last visit there has been double glazing installed (and bug screens) which cut out the street noise. On top of all this Antonio was a great host who responded promptly and went over and above the call of duty when we left something behind. We very much hope to return.

This lovely modern and updated penthouse truly has a beautiful view of the Acropolis. Nothing in the vicinity is very beautiful, but we found a Grocer and several restaurants less than 10 minutes to walk and many restaurants 15 minutes away; some not listed in Google. We did Uber to the Acropolis but it is possible to walk. The kitchen is fully appointed with cookware, glassware, and china. You could prepare a gourmet meal in this kitchen. There is even a washing machine. The host was readily available by VRBO chat app and we would highly recommend!

Tony’s condo is well stocked with kitchen supplies, towels, pillows, Comfortable furniture and 2 patios! The view of the lit Parthenon at night from the living room never got old. A 5- minute walk to the metro station meant easy access to all the places we wanted to explore during our 5 days in Athens. The several questions I had were promptly answered by Tony. This is a perfect location for 2 people to stay in Athens. I would highly recommend.

Lovely apartment that is exactly as described. To sit and look at the Parthenon on top of the Acropolis from the patio or inside us incredible. Good move by Tony having a mirror on the wall that reflects the Parthenon while sitting. The Gazi neighborhood has a lot going on around there with many restaurants and bars. The Acropolis is about a 40 minute stroll. The National Archaeology Museum is about the same. We never felt unsafe walking at night. The apartment was used as our base as we took side trips to Santorini and Nafplio. We would definitely stay here again. Local finds. Rizos bakery half block behind apartment. Syntrimmi restaurant 10 minute walk. Local restaurant with best sea bass I have ever had for 9. Other dishes were delicious also. Get the roast potatoes with garlic mayonnaise. Thank you to Tony for being such a great host with helpful tips

The Acropolis is always in full view from this well-equipped, comfortable apartment. It has a comfortable bed, a spacious modern kitchen and nice bathroom and shower. The property owner is very responsive at all times and, in fact, very helpful with restaurant and entertainment and travel recommendations. Plus, the property is only a five-minute walk away from the Metro station with easy access to all parts of the city.

I’ve never been in an ABB with more of the necessities for living. You will lack for nothing here. The kitchen has everything. TV was great from the really comfortable couch. View to the Acropolis was terrific. The shower was huge compared to any others we’ve had in Greece. The patio was very nice, but too much road noise. It was comparatively quiet inside. Very convenient location, it was less than 10 minute walk to the tram which is cheap, easy to use, and takes you everywhere. Ticket machines are easy to use. Love this place, we could live here.

Die Wohnung war super ausgestattet, wie eine Wohnung, in der regelmäßig Personen leben, kochen, essen etc. -- nicht nur zweckmäßig wie viele andere Ferienwohnungen. Bett und Sofa waren bequem. Die Fenster halten die Geräusche der Straße und der Zugstrecke perfekt ab. Es ist schön, auf dem Balkon zu sitzen und die Akropolis in der Ferne (3 Haltestellen mit der Metro) leuchten zu sehen. Der Check-In war komplett unkompliziert, die Kommunikation mit Antonio sehr angenehm. Weil niemand die Wohnung am selben Tag noch gebucht hatte, konnten wir bis zu unserem Flug Nachmittags in der Wohnung bleiben und mussten nicht überlegen, was wir mit unserem Gepäck machen. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder hierher kommen.

Only our 2nd VRBO booking, but very impressed with this apartment and host. This really is a home from home. Absolutely everything you could possibly need, and more, to make our stay seamless. Perfect location for metro which was clean, efficient and cheap to get around Athens. Very handy booklet in the apartment with excellent recommendations for food, and the host was very quick and helpful to provide any additional information. Would definitely recommend this host and apartment and if we return to Athens, we will definitely stay here again.

Location was so perfect, walking distances to so many cafes and restaurants. Apartment had Everything you could need and the host Antonio’s I have never had a better host. I seemed to bug him for questions as this was our first trip to Greece and he answered all very quickly made suggestions and even made reservations for us for dinner at his fav restaurant. There aren’t enough stars for him.

Very clean apartment with everything we needed. About a 4 minute walk to the metro if that’s your method of travel. Some great restaurants within walking distance We walked everywhere to most of the neighborhoods. Nothing is too far away. Wir waren bis heute morgen in dieser grossartigen Wohnung! Super Ausstattung, sauber, alles sehr gepflegt. Der Balkon mit seinem Ausblick auf die Akropolis atemberaubend! Die Metrostation ist 5 min entfernt, 3 Haltestellen bis zum Syntagma Platz. Der Kontakt zu Antonis war hervorragend! Egcharisto polli! Wir kommen gerne wieder in diese pulsierende und grossartige Stadt. Dann gerne wieder in dieses sympathische Apartment

Die Erwartung war groß, erster Eindruck: tolle Penthouse Wohnung, alle technischen Möglichkeiten, sich die Zeit so richtig gemütlich zu machen, tolle Musikanlage, Fernseher, Gasherd, Gasgrill.. Die Bedienung der einzelnen Geräte, das man entsprechende Fenster aufmachen soll und auf keinen Fall die Klimaanlage auszuschalten vergisst, peinlichst genau in einem Heft beschrieben, dann mehrfach vom Vermieter wiederholt, hat schon einen Eindruck erweckt: Du bist jetzt in meiner Wohnung, aber mach nur das, was vorgeschrieben ist, und gehe.. Kochen oder Grill war leider nicht möglich, da beide Gasflaschen leer waren, die Audioanlage tats auch nicht. Der Kontakt mit Vermieter war äußerst unangenehm, kein einsehen, keine Entschuldigung, nur ein Hinweis: ich wäre zu doof es hinzukriegen. So das ich mich am ende für alles entschuldigt habe und wollte nur raus aus der Wohnung. Vorteil der Erfahrung mit dieser Penthouse Wohnung, du freuts dich wieder nach Hause zu kommen. Sehr sauber, gute Lage. Nähe Metro. Nur 1 Station bis zu Monastiraki. Sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Genauere Beschreibung zum Check in wäre hilfreich gewesen. Wo genau der Schlüssel liegt und wie der security Schlüssel zu öffnen ist. Ansonsten alles Top. Sehr schöne Aussicht auf die Akropolis. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Danke!

Everything as expected. Nice Appartment. The Area around the flat is a bit weird, a lot of ruins and damaged cars. But we felt safe and its very close to metro. We would book it again.

Tony’s condo is well stocked with kitchen supplies, towels, pillows, Comfortable furniture and 2 patios! The view of the lit Parthenon at night from the living room never got old. A 5- minute walk to the metro station meant easy access to all the places we wanted to explore during our 5 days in Athens. The several questions I had were promptly answered by Tony. This is a perfect location for 2 people to stay in Athens. I would highly recommend.

Lovely apartment that is exactly as described. To sit and look at the Parthenon on top of the Acropolis from the patio or inside us incredible. Good move by Tony having a mirror on the wall that reflects the Parthenon while sitting. The Gazi neighborhood has a lot going on around there with many restaurants and bars. The Acropolis is about a 40 minute stroll. The National Archaeology Museum is about the same. We never felt unsafe walking at night. The apartment was used as our base as we took side trips to Santorini and Nafplio. We would definitely stay here again. Local finds. Rizos bakery half block behind apartment. Syntrimmi restaurant 10 minute walk. Local restaurant with best sea bass I have ever had for 9. Other dishes were delicious also. Get the roast potatoes with garlic mayonnaise. I’ve never been in an ABB with more of the necessities for living. You will lack for nothing here. The kitchen has everything. TV was great from the really comfortable couch. View to the Acropolis was terrific. The shower was huge compared to any others we’ve had in Greece. The patio was very nice, but too much road noise. It was comparatively quiet inside. Very convenient location, it was less than 10 minute walk to the tram which is cheap, easy to use, and takes you everywhere. Ticket machines are easy to use. Love this place, we could live here.

It felt like home staying in this well appointed apartment. The location was perfect as we could jump on the metro and go most places we needed to. We did not use a taxi once. Best of all the view of the Acropolis was magnificent!

Tony was great to work with, and the property was very nice! Not a big city guy, so although Tony's place was nice, didn't really care for the big city feel of the area. Tony put together a nice booklet of things to know about his place, and what's around his place. A small thing, but was really nice is that he had two Brita filtered water pitchers full in the refrigerator which was very nice to have for our stay. Thank you again Tony!

Antonio was helpful from the start of our stay until the very end. I truly appreciated the binder of directions in English. He was quick to respond to any questions we might have had. As for the location, the view of the Acropolis was perfect, especially from the garden-style balcony. Most everything was in walking distance, including grocery store, restaurants, and attractions (1.5-2 km). We enjoyed the free parking and laundry machine. A must for our six week road trip. Highly recommend.

Lovely apartment with a beautiful view of the Parthenon from the terrace. Ideally situated to all attractions and restaurants. The apartment was extremely well equipped providing everything you need and more. Tony is a great host with excellent communication. Would definitely recommend staying here.

The apartment was amazing. Very well decorated, clean and had everything we needed. It was close to the metro line and easy to navigate to the attractions and museums. Our Host was quick to respond and had great directions. The view of the acropolis was amazing 10/10

What a great place! The apartment is a perfect size for a couple of people - there's loads of room, a decent sized bathroom and kitchen and an awesome view of the Acropolis from the balcony. The area is fun with a decent range of cafes, bars and restaurants - the nearest is cafe is about 30 paces from the front door and is very good indeed. The metro is a 5 minute walk away, is convenient and cheap. Comms with Tony were fab - he's quick to respond and provides all you need to know before you arrive. All in all a perfect base for a trip to Athens!
