A pleasant welcome, room was clean and what I expected. Plenty of parking. Away from city center, several eating outlets short walk from hotel. Petrol station opposite. Ianian restaurant on site.

The room and bathroom were so nice and clean. The usual tea and coffee in the room was very welcome. Nice to have free on site parking. The continental breakfast was very reasonably priced. And being attached to such a lovely Indian restaurant was a bonus. What made it excellent was Ola on reception. So helpful and approachable, especially with luggage as a lift is not available . Very helpful explaining buses into town, saving on expensive city centre parking. I know where to stay for the next gig!

Old building about 2 miles from Leeds centre but lots of shops, pubs, coffee bars, restaurants nearby. Otley Road is a nice area. For what i paid for a single economy room it was good value. No frills and a bit dated but clean. Large car park. The gentleman (owner i think) was very friendly and helpful on arrival. Overall it was fine for a one night solo stay - thanks

Everything was great . very clean and staff excellent. The Indian restaurant next door was fabulous and generous with portions! Could have used more toilet paper in bathroom but they did supply when asked!!! Maybe thats a me thing!

Welcome when we arrived help with luggage to rooms. Rooms spotlessly clean well equipped. Top class comfortable mattress + heating. En suite shower excellent Staffs courtesy and help wonderful. Quiet location would definitely return again. Price was good value.

Lovely reception from Ola the Manager when we arrived, and he was good enough to help with our bags to the room. (not something often experienced these days!). There was a little welcome gift in the room for us which was very nice and room was well proportioned. Everywhere was clean and tidy, however the shower head support was loose on the wall, which was a little inconvenient. Having said that, there was plenty of hot water and the tea and coffee facilities were well stocked. We ate in the attached restaurant and I can honestly say, the Indian food was extremely good. A great value hotel and we left feeling well looked after. Will definitely stay here again.

Though the building seems to be an old one but the environment was clean and comfortable. The staff were very nice and friendly. I also love the Indian restaurant downstairs for supper but not to good for breakfast. Overall, the hotel is not bad to stay.
