Second time of staying here. Room was sparse, bed, toilet, sink , shower and tv but this was enough for our stay away. The room/bathroom was spotless with heating/aircon you can control. Ttr bed was very comfortable. If you need it can get an iron/hairdryer from reception. Staff friendly. Great position in town centre close to the shops and you can get a discount on a few car parks not too far away. Would definitely recommend here, for the price you pay.

Stayed several times before so now used to the guaranteed queue at reception. Staff are efficient and there’s machines at reception for drinks etc. Rooms are fine for a 1 night stay although a bit too compact i think if there were 2 of you in the room. I’ve noticed the price almost double since it first opened and i dont think it offers the same value for money any more. But if you want something very central with several public parking options nearby by with coffee chains and restaurants on your doorstep it’s perfect

The stay was fine but in hindsight wouldn’t book again. Pros - great location in the city centre and the room was clean. Cons - bed was so uncomfortable, very noisy at night due to clubbers etc, lift worked intermittently. When we checked in the guy at the desk thought there had been a mistake with the booking because we were two people of the same gender needing a one bed room. When we corrected him his demeanour changed and we found service to not be as friendly as before. Would avoid and spend £40 more to get a much nicer hotel

The room USB' s did not work - Loud above us until about 1am Difficult to find and no answer at phone . Says free parking on website, but had to pay parking of 7.95 which was off site 4 blocks over. Only give 2 stars

I liked the free WiFi option,the room was clean and modern,there was soaps in the shower and by the wash basin(good quality),the bed on the mattress was firm and supportive,the room was quiet and aided a restful sleep, reception made me aware I could get a hairdryer,iron and ironing board if needed.The area is surrounded by shops restaurants and bars.All in all a very pleasant stay

My phone fell behind the pillows and when I reach for it I felt something when check it was a use sucks from previous guess . I then complained and was changed to another room. When we checked in, upon opening the door to our room, it was not cleaned at all! There were towels strewn on the floor, the bed was unmade and the bathroom was dirty too. We went back to the reception, and the staff were shocked and upset that the situation had happened. They apologised and asked us to give them some time to clean the room. We went to the Costa Coffee shop next door to wait. When we returned the staff apologised again and said we could have free drinks for the next 24 hours and could have a free late check out if we needed it. The room was very basic in that it only had a bed and a TV in it. The accessible bathroom was really good, with lots of room. The customer service was good, but we probably wouldn’t come back because of the basic facilities and no where to sit or any tea/coffee making facilities, no wardrobe and the layout of the bathroom door was awkward. A sliding door would have been better.

Great location, unfortunately I did not have a good experience with the room cleanliness (pillow case stained with blood, shower ceiling with mold). We had a room for three people, and the toilet had no privacy (door would not close completely, and see thru glass). Not ideal for three adults.

I was pleasant surprised by the Easyhotel. Whilst it is pretty basic (not sure what people expect!) it has a tv and a comfortable bed in a clean and quiet room in an extremely central location. Couldn't fault it.

There was dried snot on my pillow case when I took this case off there was another case with stains on and when taking this one off there were more yellow stains on both sides of the pillow, disgusting Unfortunately I did not take a pic of the pillow cases as I was just disgusted and removed them but I did take a photo of the pillow itself.

This is the dirtiest place I have ever stayed in! That room has not been cleaned for months. Floors, filthy, walls, filthy, bathroom, filthy. I am disgusted and will nwver stay there again!

Stayed here lots of times. Never disappointed and would happily stay again. Rooms are simple but in excellent condition and spotless. Air conditioning simple to use and works well. Shower is powerful and hot. Light switches and sockets conveniently next to each side of the bed. Good TVs and Wi-Fi. Sound proofing is very good. Barely heard another guest for 3 days (and I was in the room next to the stairs). Staff available 24 hours. I simply don’t understand the negative reviews. True, most rooms don’t have a window, but it states that when you book it. And no, there’s no kettle, but that is also clear when booking. Booking this, then complaining afterwards, seems pretty dumb to me. Yes, the shower/toilet has glass walls and little privacy, but why would you be sharing a room with someone you don’t really know? Lovely receptionist, very friendly. Very clean room, minimal but effective. Super clean shower which I very much appreciated and just clean over all. Didn't get the eebie-jeebees like at some others I've stayed at if you know you know. Super easy heat/cooling controls and a comfy enough bed.

Room was far too hot and air con was noisy and difficult to use. Window locked shut. Only one pillow per bed. Bathroom door not very private. The only positive was the fact that the room was very clean.

With the world’s thinnest mattress made of cardboard and pillows with a likeness to stone, this is just the start of a poor and expensive stay. The en-suite was cramped and the shower was barely warm with nearly no water pressure. I’d only ever recced this hotel for a one night stay out of absolute necessity. Paying upward of £100 for a room with no windows would be fine if the amenities weren’t such a joke. The ONLY plus to this hotel is location.

Very basic which is what I expected… what I did not expect was how tiny the rooms were. There was no place to put your luggage and barely 6 inches between the bed and the walls. Very clean and convenient to so many things in Leeds but be prepared for small.

Stay was good but the beds where really uncomfortable we both were woken up by back pain due to the beds so difficult to then go back to sleep also the see through bathroom door was very uncomfortable as if you were to tall or to short you could been seen by the other person in the room.

The hotel is very well located in the pedestrian area of Leeds. The staff were very friendly, attentive and accommodating. The room was clean and tidy. There was plenty of regular and USB power next to the bed. My only issue was that the bed had a solid base and thus wasn't very forgiving or comfortable for a heavier guest like me. I would have liked a bedside table too - I used the upside-down bin as a table.

Bed extremely hard and uncomfy. Ok for a one night stay. Good location. Very basic. Would choose another hotel in future. Prefer travelodge. No desk or anything. Literally a hard slab bed and a shower/toilet. Nothing in room but a bed and a tv.

It was typical easy brand. Budget room so no window and not enough room to walk around bed. Was very clean and was able to get a good signal so can’t complain given price I paid.

We arrived on a Saturday I rang the Monday and Wednesday before arriving to confirm early check in as we had a wedding to attend at 3 and check in was 3pm I was told both times when I rang the room would be ready and I will need to pay £20 I arrived and there was no one on reception after knocking on doors and ringing reception we headed up stairs to find staff sat in a staff room all chatting and laughing. I was given £5 off my early check in and had to pay £30 damage deposit. I am disappointed they told me I would have early check in but had to wait 45 min for staff after finding them socialising in the office and then the other group of us had been declined a early check in meaning 7 of us had to use a bedroom that sleeps 2 to get ready

Didn’t realise until arrival that they require a pending hold on your card, which means practically you’re £30/40 down straight away, until they, after a while in my case, release the hold. It didn’t start well. Half an hour in reception waiting for them to acknowledge my booking. They accepted that the fault wasn’t at my end. It was their systems… but despite booking and paying a month earlier, I was still left waiting for half an hour with my bags in reception waiting for them to deign to give me a room. There room itself is comfy enough… small but comfortable, clean, good nights sleep, etc. I’d expected to be deprived of a kettle.. less so any kind of cup or glass to get a drink in the middle of the night. Not sure if that was deliberate or an oversight, but i didn’t fancy a trip to reception at 2am to find out. I ended up drinking directly from the tap, as my water bottle wouldn’t fit under it. So… okay, but not very welcoming.

The stay was fine but in hindsight wouldn’t book again. Pros - great location in the city centre and the room was clean. Cons - bed was so uncomfortable, very noisy at night due to clubbers etc, lift worked intermittently. When we checked in the guy at the desk thought there had been a mistake with the booking because we were two people of the same gender needing a one bed room. When we corrected him his demeanour changed and we found service to not be as friendly as before. Would avoid and spend £40 more to get a much nicer hotel

I arrived at midnight paid £20 for late check out at 12 noon - at 10.10am housekeeping woke me up banging on the door and took me 5 minutes to explain to them I had booked a late check out - I left hotel at 10.30 and will be demanding my £20 back

It"s a budget hotel, so no frills for sure, but it's clean and has the things you need for a brief stay. Staff are so helpful, solutions-focused and friendly. They are such an asset - I hope they sre treated really well by the company!

We arrived at 3 PM, which was the stated check-in time, only to be told that our room wasn’t ready and we’d have to wait an additional 30 minutes. We were understanding and patient, assuming they were short-staffed, but the real issues began once we finally got into our room. None of the plug sockets were working, which was incredibly inconvenient. When we went to the reception to address this, the staff member we spoke with was completely indifferent and unhelpful. Instead of offering any sort of real solution, she told us to use the plug sockets in the reception area if we needed them — a completely impractical suggestion. It felt like talking to a robot, with zero empathy or care for the situation. Eventually, we were given a new room, but this was only after we had to push for it. The fact that this wasn’t immediately offered, especially after we had already waited for our original room, was frustrating, especially considering that we paid for a functional and comfortable stay. Overall, the lack of service, poor communication, and indifference from the staff made for a disappointing experience. We won’t be staying here again, and we wouldn’t recommend it to others.

It has been a fantastic experience wherin the staff of easyhotel leeds have been anazing, very professional and friendly. The rooms are neat and tidy with clean toilets. No noise at all and had a peaceful sleep. The room charges are very affordable and definitely couldn't get anything more for this fantastic price. Loved my stay and definitely if I travel to leeds again would not think of staying anywhere else. Surely recommend with ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Excellent location, a short walk from restaurants, venue and the train station. A very short walk to 2 arcades full of independent retailers and designers. Got a windowless room as usual - both a bargain and really helps with a good night's sleep.

Stayed several times before so now used to the guaranteed queue at reception. Staff are efficient and there’s machines at reception for drinks etc. Rooms are fine for a 1 night stay although a bit too compact i think if there were 2 of you in the room. I’ve noticed the price almost double since it first opened and i dont think it offers the same value for money any more. But if you want something very central with several public parking options nearby by with coffee chains and restaurants on your doorstep it’s perfect

This is a review for a 3-night stay. The hotel is a 5-minute walk from Leeds train station. Nice. There's a Tesco Express nearby, and many many many coffee shops (Costa, Pret, Nero) next door. Good. I had a room with windows. That was excellent. I could not open the windows, which was not excellent. The HVAC (heating and cooling) worked well with an easily understandable controller. The bed was firm, in a good way, and the bed sheets and comforter provided me with excellent sleep. My interactions with staff were mixed. The woman who checked me in (on a Saturday with early check-in) was EXCELLENT: Engaging, chatty in the right way, and willing to help. My other interactions with staff were mixed; often ignored when I entered or left, as they were too busy looking at their phones.
