This place is fantastic! Very clean, love the hot tub, the porches, the fire place, the outdoor fireplace. It’s very private, and the trail leading to the High Bridge Trail is right next to the cabin. We rode our bikes to a brewery and it was a gorgeous ride! Can’t say enough about how great this place is!

I love the "Weekend Getaway" cabin! It was the perfect size and had everything i needed. Clean, comfortable and easily accessible and close to the town of Farmville. I stayed here for business in the area, but I can't wait for another business trip or just a reason to get out of town and stay there again! It was a restful stay, and I even took advantage of the grill to cook a meal and use the hot tub!

Really liked how close the cabin is to High Bridge Trail. We were able to ride our bikes to the trail. The hot tub was awesome after our bikeride. The cabin was clean and had everything we needed.

The cabin was very clean. There was no firewood available to purchase, and the hot tub would not hold the heat, even in 50° weather. The hot tub was very clean as well. The DVD player worked. The short walk to the trail was nice, and the time it took to get to the bridge was less than an hour. We did not find a creek anywhere near the cabin that was accessible.

Everything was in working order & the ease of check in and communication from property manager was 5 star ⭐ Within 5 minutes of town but seems a million miles away surrounded by woods and access to trail. This was our second stay.. thank you for making our 5 year anniversary special! Will return for another stay!

We loved this location for a fishing trip. Lots to do nearby and many conveniences. Cabin was the perfect size for 2 people, but when we added our 21 year old, it was tight, especially for sleeping. The main bed creaked A LOT, and the pull out couch needs some attention. We were happy there was an air mattress that we could use. The owner was very responsive and we appreciated the later check out when we asked. Cabin is well taken care of 😊

My husband & I rented the weekend get away cabin for a 3 night Valentine's day get away. Our first trip without the kids in 4 years. We highly recommend this property & am so blessed to have found this hidden gem so close to home yet felt states away! Property manager had great communication, no hassle check in & out, cabin is secluded yet close to town, cabin was spotless, hot tub was a great bonus. We will definitely rent this gem again in the future!

My sister and her new husband fell in love with this place! It was very close to the venue, the Barn at Timbercreek. The cabin was incredibly clean and provided an intimate sense of privacy and peace to the couple to cap a very blessed, overwhelming and stressful day. They plan to revisit for their anniversary. I am very grateful for the host being so kind, communicative, and accommodating. Thank you!

Close to town, if needed to get something. Loved horse farm Nextdoor. And also loved being able to get to trail easier. My brother and I love it. Always do this trip in spring and during summer, Outer Banks. I am from Virginia, love having this cabin to stay in when visiting. Virginia holds my heart. Thanks again, so cool.

I love the "Weekend Getaway" cabin! It was the perfect size and had everything i needed. Clean, comfortable and easily accessible and close to the town of Farmville. I stayed here for business in the area, but I can't wait for another business trip or just a reason to get out of town and stay there again! It was a restful stay, and I even took advantage of the grill to cook a meal and use the hot tub!

Loved how close the cabin is to the High Bridge Trail and to Farmville. The town has some wonderful shops and restaurants.

Everything about the cabin is in great shape, gorgeous, clean, and cozy. It's perfect for a couple's retreat. The fireplace and hottub are my favorite. Check in and check out are super easy.
