Friendly welcome, clean room, on site parking, location in the middle of the Old Town, close to the cathedral. They need to help guests arriving by car a little, my navi did nor recognise that many streets are pedestrian. Best approach is head to the cathedral, along the train tracks, and turn left by the cathedral.

I enjoyed my stay at the Tre Re. Really clean room and staff were really easy to communicate with. The air conditioning in my room wasn't set to work "yet" and I had a feeling it was there as a prop. My window faced the court yard on the 2nd floor and I slept with it open. True, this hotel doesn't have amenities that Americans are used but, but it's a local run place in Italy. Adjusting is part of the experience! My flight wasn't until late afternoon and the staff at the front desk were happy to hold my bags until my departure. Really good location. The ferry, train, and duomo were literally around the corner. I'd stay again... just not in hot summer time with no air conditioning.

It’s right in the city center, close to everything and a very short walk to the bus stop and not far to the train station. It has a cute little courtyard and attached restaurant. We had breakfast every morning which was included in the price and was a really good breakfast with lots of options. We loved our stay and if we are able to get back to Como, we will stay here again!

Perfect location in the centre of the old town close to shops, restaurants and waterfront. Onsite parking e18 per night but Google Maps will try and take you through the pedestrian areas. Hot humid night but AC no longer offered even though there was a unit in the room. The listing says AC is available but the owner / manager does not want guests to use it. Had a twin room but small uncomfortable single beds with only one thin pillow. Ongoing neck pain as a result. Despite these issues great value for money, nice breakfast and helpful employees in a great location

Great stay! Can’t beat the location, minutes away from lake como and about a 12 min walk from the train station. Staff was friendly, got to check in early, room was clean with nice view into terrace. Breakfast was solid and checkout at 11 was very nice. Got to keep our bags there even after check out.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Die Zimmer und vor allen Dingen das Bad sind sehr sauber. Das Frühstück ist abwechslungsreich. Toll ist auch der sichere Parkplatz mitten im Zentrum. Ein durchweg gelungener Aufenthalt. Das Hotel kann man mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

Hotel is in a great location, ten minutes walk from the main train station (San Giovani) and a few minutes walk to the lake. It is situated in the old town which is largely pedestrianised. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is spotlessly clean and tidy. It is a little dated, but not run down or lacking maintenance. The breakfast is ok, limited choice continental but as expected for the price.

Hotel was in walking distance to the train station, funicular and piers. It was very clean and the staff were very nice. The room was a good size with a modern bathroom. Breakfast was good. No fridge or tea making facilities in the room but other than that everything was very good.

We had a wonderful stay. Big very very clean room & bathroom with coordinated hand towels. Beautiful crisp hypo-allergenic bed sheets. There is a lift. Fantastic buffet breakfast. Very convenient location. A few steps from restaurants, 2 blocks from The Basilica del Como, 2 blocks from piazza, 2 blocks from shopping/stores, & just $12.00 by taxi to San Giovanni train station. The staff were all kind & wonderful ! I will stay there again!

the room and how close the hotel was to everything. The check in was a breeze and we were up to our spacious room in no time at all. There is a lot of space in the room and it was comfortable. I would give it a 4.7/5 only because our room could not keep a wifi connection and there was no mini fridge. This was a minor issue because we were gone all the time. This may seem weird, but i relly appreciated that they kept the key at the front desk for you while you were out. The reception desk has a person 24/7 and it was nice not to worry about losing the key while you were out. 5 out of 5 I would stay here again. Walk out of the inner court and you are in the heart of Como.

Très bien situé en plein centre ville et à proximité du lac. Très bon accueil et parking sur place. Il faisait beaucoup trop chaud dans la chambre et aucun moyen de régler le chauffage. Petit déjeuner juste correct à 10€/personne.

I was very happy with the hotel, given it was a pin-in-the-map exercise back in the depths of winter! It might, perhaps, be considered a little dated but that's not a consideration for me. My room was spacious, clean and quiet. The location was perfect, bang in the middle of town. Excellent breakfast, friendly staff.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, und die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich top. Leider muss ich jedoch sagen, dass das Zimmer eine große Enttäuschung war. Es war extrem klein und bot keinerlei Annehmlichkeiten wie einen Kühlschrank, Safe oder Schrank. Man hatte das Gefühl, direkt im Flur zu liegen, da jedes Geräusch zu hören war. Obwohl es eine Klimaanlage gab, blies diese unangenehm direkt auf das Kopfteil des Bettes, ohne dass sich daran etwas einstellen ließ. Das Badezimmer war ebenfalls sehr veraltet. Der Duschvorhang war schon ziemlich abgenutzt und konnte das Wasser nicht zurückhalten, sodass nach jeder Dusche das ganze Bad unter Wasser stand. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr begrenzt: Es gab beispielsweise zur Auswahl nur helles Brot, Dosenfrüchte und Cornflakes. Als ich nach laktosefreien Alternativen fragte, wurde ich ungläubig angeschaut, als hätte ich nach etwas völlig Ungewöhnlichem gefragt. Insgesamt steht das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis in keinem Verhältnis, und ich war sehr enttäuscht von diesem Aufenthalt.

Great location in Como and 10 minutes walk from the train station . Great staff and more than accommodating. My only problem was being an older very successful hotel that they don’t reinvest into better beds. The hotel can well afford accommodating and purchasing in bulk new mattress’s.

I enjoyed my stay at the Tre Re. Really clean room and staff were really easy to communicate with. The air conditioning in my room wasn't set to work "yet" and I had a feeling it was there as a prop. My window faced the court yard on the 2nd floor and I slept with it open. True, this hotel doesn't have amenities that Americans are used but, but it's a local run place in Italy. Adjusting is part of the experience! My flight wasn't until late afternoon and the staff at the front desk were happy to hold my bags until my departure. Really good location. Conveniently located close to train staion, buses, ferries, shopping and just across coop. Initially booked two nights ended up staying three 😊 Thanks to Claudia for great customer service. Would recommend staying at this place. Only thing to note is that shower is very small and it is okay for petite people but not for everyone.

Great stay! Can’t beat the location, minutes away from lake como and about a 12 min walk from the train station. Staff was friendly, got to check in early, room was clean with nice view into terrace. Breakfast was solid and checkout at 11 was very nice. Got to keep our bags there even after check out.

I was very happy with the hotel, given it was a pin-in-the-map exercise back in the depths of winter! It might, perhaps, be considered a little dated but that's not a consideration for me. My room was spacious, clean and quiet. The location was perfect, bang in the middle of town. Excellent breakfast, friendly staff.

It’s right in the city center, close to everything and a very short walk to the bus stop and not far to the train station. It has a cute little courtyard and attached restaurant. We had breakfast every morning which was included in the price and was a really good breakfast with lots of options. We loved our stay and if we are able to get back to Como, we will stay here again!

super beliggenhet, service i resepsjon meget bra, noen er flinkere til å smile og se på meg når de gjør det, får meg til å føle meg sett og velkommen. Personale i frokostsalen må lære seg til å være hyggelige, det var ikke mulig å få et smil. det trakk ned. at vann og juice ikke var kaldt trekker også ned. Det var heller ikke spesielt bra egg. Ingen eggerøre og de kokte var ofte ganskje kalde.

For the price and location, this hotel is good value for money. Breakfast was basic but tasty enough. Croissants, cheese, ham, salami, yoghurts, cereal, coffee, jam and Nutella. Bedroom was basic but functional. Bed comfortable, air con worked well, shower good pressure etc. a fridge would have been welcomed.

The hotel is located in a nice historic building and is located in a good part of the city, a few minutes walk from the lake and the main train station. The breakfasts were rich and the staff was pleasant. The room was spacious and clean, unfortunately for the price I would have expected newer furniture, at least a minibar or a small fridge and not only Italian channels on the TV. The soundproofing was also not sufficient, so it was ok for my solo travel, but with my girlfriend I would definitely look for something else..
