Great staff and easy access from the car park and a short walk from the station, Room was spacious and well designed. Internet was fast and room temp was good. Breakfast options were good and plentiful. Not the place to be if you want a quiet night. It’s on the same site as a music venue and noise pollution into the early hours is usual particularly over the weekend. The bathroom could definitely have been cleaner and was not up to the usual high Ibis standard. But overall a good place to stay

Very worn/tired decor. Walking in the corridor is very noisy and feels like the floor is not solid/concrete. 24hrs parking is £8 and the car park has a door connecting to the hotel on the ground floor. But there is a cheaper council car park nearby. You also need to use your room card to operate the lift. Good location though and friendly staff. It is decent for the price you pay.

Good location for out trip to silverstone. Nothing fancy but did the job and at a reasonable price. Easy to find and council car park for 2 quid a night right next to it. Glad we picked it as hassle free.

First room offered was not nice so asked move get better room but still cleanliness needs upkeep. Under bed not hovered dusty. Dusty window seal. Bathroon door handle questionable marks. Bathroom seal and floor bag need clean. Sheets and towels clean and white. Staff were friends and helpful and food was nice. But don't think worth price i paid.

Excellent location and friendly reception - even in the middle of the night when I checked in. Room fine. Warm and clean enough. The whole hotel is a bit tired and needs a refresh, though. Dirty carpets and walls - doesn't feel much loved.

Two night stay for my partner and I as we were attending a couple of events at The Roadmender. Only a 5 mins walk straight down the road to the venue! Hotel on the outskirts of the town centre, shops, restaurants, bars, takeaways- spoilt for choice all within a few minutes walk. Nice clean room, comfy bed, hot powerful shower, food and drinks available 24/7 and friendly, helpful staff- always ready to greet you with a smile. What more could you want! We would definitely stay again.

The bedrooms are dated and in need of an urgent deep cleaning and modernisation. Burn marks in the carpets, tiny TV's, lifting floors in the bathroom, dirty shower gel dispensers, scaled up shower heads. I expected better from Ibis and Accor, but it's apparent that yet another franchise partner doesn't have to do anything to stick the Ibis and Accor branding above their door.

The room was clean but the hotel is tired looking and the carpets in the corridor need a deep clean. But all the staff we encountered were helpful and friendly. The pillows were soft which was perfect for me. There is no air con so the addition of a fan in the room was welcome. Parking is at a the Sol public carpark behind for £8 a day and it's central. Try the fabulous Jenny's restaurant for breakfast which is a short walk from the hotel. We would definitely stay again

I always use Ibis hotel when i travel but unfortunately this time the experience wasnt great. Room was not well maintained. They even had to send a maintenence man who barged in while i was changing, to fix a broken window. No WiFi connection during stay forcing us to purchase our ownhotspot. The shower water did not drain properly leaving you to stand and take a shower in a pool of dirty water. The beds seemed clean and that was really the only positive e.

First things first… the staff were super friendly. I would give them 10/10 for their service. None of this review is a reflection on them. The room was ok. The plug sockets were miles away from the bed stands and the bed stands were too far away from the actual bed. One of the sockets didn’t work and I only found that out in the morning when my phone hadn’t charged. The room was really dark it needed another light somewhere. Even with all the lights on it was really dark! I turned the heating down but the room was still really warm. I couldn’t have the window open because the traffic noise was too bad. That is my biggest problem with the stay. The breakfast was good. There was a great selection for everyone. For what I paid for the room I shouldn’t expect too much to be honest

What are those beds? I booked a twin room, and the beds are NOT single beds. They’re ironing boards. Where do you even buy beds this thin? It’s a shame because everything else was perfectly fine. But for this reason I will not be booking an Ibis again.

Very uncomfortable bed with 1 tiny pillow per person, poorly designed shower that made a mess every time we used it, and a tv that came straight out of 2005. There also seemed to be a dance hall directly under the hotel that played loud EDM until 03:00 (on a Friday and Saturday). We may have heard it more because we had to keep the window open to get some air going through the room

Night shifts colleagues were not helpful, but the morning team was full of energy and keen to help customers. Rooms are poorly maintained. Our room was full of dust, and I was struggling with dust allergy issues after we vacated. Not value for the money spent. They have a good advantage of hotel location but need further improvements in customer services and room maintenance

The guy on reception was amazing! Greeted with a great welcoming smile! Later in the evening he even provided me with a plate, knife and fork for my Indian takeaway! Brilliant!!!

It was suitable for my needs. Room was cleaned everyday which is quite unusual now but this sets Ibis apart from other hotels who are saving money by not doing daily cleaning. Standard of cleaning can be improved though as there were hair left in the sink and on the bed cover. What must be improved as well are the troublesome key cards that frequently do not work as well as the level of customer service of the female counter staff. The male ones would go out of their way to help but the female ones were not willing to offer help even when asked. They’d rather have you come down to replace the card keys than for them to go up and go the extra mile to please their customers. Kudos to the male staff and the guard who are always smiling and seem to be happy to see customers coming in to the hotel.

The staff here are 5 star. It's a budget hotel you expect things to be basic but everything was clean and fully functional. All the staff I came across were so helpful, friendly and efficient. I really enjoyed my stay, I felt better looked after than in some luxury hotels that I have stayed in and I would definitely stay again. Car park is a public car park but plenty of spaces and right at the front door of the hotel. Breakfast was great, unrushed even though we only got there with 5 mins to spare and the Chorizo sausages deserve a mention too ..nice touch!

The staff here are 5 star. It's a budget hotel you expect things to be basic but everything was clean and fully functional. All the staff I came across were so helpful, friendly and efficient. I really enjoyed my stay, I felt better looked after than in some luxury hotels that I have stayed in and I would definitely stay again.
