Great hotel in a great location. Very close to Oxford Road railway station. Decor is clean, bright & aesthetically pleasing.. Staff polite and helpful. They encouraged you to use the Self check in / out kiosks . Bathroom was clean. Shower pressure was adequate. Plenty of tea & coffee sachets within the room. The teas are offered in a variety of flavours. However, I’d have liked to have seen Earl Grey tea offered and, ideally, a coffee pod machine instead of instant sachets. Lots of hotels are now supplying the use of coffee pod machines for their guests. Ice machine in the corridor on room floor level wasn’t working. Would I go back? Yes, I would.

The staff upon checkin were very uninterested in even interacting. No smiles, seemed agitated to have to deal with us. We were in a deluxe king room and the window was very small in the corner so the room was dark and the shower strength was very weak also. Otherwise it a nice hotel with a great location.
