Location is great and easy to walk around the Plaka area.. Room was ok, a lot smaller than I expected with little room to fit 2 large suitcases comfortably. Also found the rules regarding the pool a bit odd - only allowing 7 people in at a time. Decent stay but would stay elsewhere next time.

Hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. Staff was very helpful for all requests and went well beyond in their service. Room had a great balcony and view. Top floor restaurant and bar was amazing with view of Acropolis. Easy walking to restaurants and shopping in old town.

What a wonderful hotel. George who works at the front desk was knowledgeable, kind and answered any questions that we had. I also have to say that all the staff at this hotel is wonderful. When you walked in they greeted you with a smile and willing to assist. The breakfast buffet was delicious and very clean and inviting. Our room was very comfortable, roomy and clean. The fitness center was everything that we needed and used it everyday. The hotel is close to everything, great location. I would highly recommend!

Very happy with our stay - we stayed in the chill room with balcony shower which had a great view of the Acropolis! Super walkable to the main sights and surrounded by lots of restaurants - we were informed to avoid the area behind the hotel, as it’s not the best neighbourhood so we stook to the Plaka end. Room itself was lovely - bed and pillows were very comfortable. Pool is great - it does get busy, so come early for a sunbed! Breakfast was super too - lots of options and my favourite part was the unlimited fresh orange juice from a proper machine! Only complaint is the confusing lift system (different lifts for different areas of the hotel - apparently it was originally 2 hotels which is now one), and the fact that the lifts were very creaky which was slightly scary… Would highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again - thank you!

The property is located near Monastiraki and Omonia Squares, with Metro stations conveniently close. The hotel staff, especially the front desk, were outstanding and the facility's amenities, including the pool, gym, free breakfast and rooftop restaurant were all welcome comforts.The room wasn't large but served the purpose (although one night we spent in a suite, long story, and that was incredible!). We were there 12 nights as it became our base for some incredible sightseeing in the region. Cannot recommend enough!

The only reason I did not rate the hotel "excellent" was because of the pervasive sewage smell on the second floor, as well as in our room. We found the reason for the smell was the vent in the bathroom floor. Once we covered it with a wash cloth, the smell went away, but it still lingered in the hallway. Other than that, it was perfect!

The room was completely different from the photos online — tired, worn, and not properly clean. We paid a premium and booked months in advance, yet were given an old room with a tiny window facing an internal wall. The elevator system is also frustrating; it takes forever, and after waiting a long time, hotel staff even cut in front of us to take luggage upstairs, telling us gruffly that we just had to wait.

Hôtel bien situé, piscine et bar terrasse très intéressant et agréable. Le seul bémol est la chambre qui est ordinaire, poignée de porte de la salle de bain pas fixé. Elle nous reste entre les mains. L’eau de la douche coule sur le plancher de la salle de bain si vous vous servez de la pomme de douche au plafond. Mais le lit est confortable et c’est propre.

A really lovely and sleek hotel in a really walkable location in Athens. Rooms were spacious, modern and clean and the air con was great given the heat. The pool area was amazing and had a great view of the acropolis. Only downsides were the price of drinks at the bar being twice as much as the mini bar in our room (1 floor below) and the fact we told them it was our honeymoon twice and got no acknowledgment or treat.

Staff were professional and supportive at all times. Breakfast that was included was great. View on the rooftop was fantastic with a full view of the Acropolis. Hotel was only a few blocks walk to the square. In addition, hop on hop off bus stop right out front of hotel. Temperature control in the room was fantastic and AC did not disappoint. Would definitely recommend.

The hotel was mostly great. It's modern, clean and stylish. The room was compact but perfect for our stay and the bathroom was lovely. The breakfasts were great, with a huge selection of items to choose from. The rooftop pool and sun loungers were so handy for when the weather got hot and you wanted to cool down (even if they were taken up quickly). The rooftop bar and restaurant was good, if a little pricey. All of the staff at breakfast, the rooftop bar and reception were very friendly and helpful. My one and only major complaint was the lack of sound insulation in our room. We could literally hear everything going on outside, including rather loud traffic noise. At weekends there were raves/house music events in venues nearby and it made it quite difficult to get some sleep.

We absolutely loved this quirky hotel which was so well positioned for the main tourist attractions in the city - the Acropolis was a 20 minute walk, for instance. The rooms were functional and clean with amazing air conditioning ( much needed), a mini bar and room to store clothing etc for a decent city break. Breakfast was nicely done and the staff were lovely. There’s a small pool on the rooftop which is next to a bar/restaurant. We had such a good meal there one evening with a wonderful view of the Parthenon. We would definitely recommend this little gem of a hotel. One improvement for the hotel would be better instructions for their showers! We had fun working ours!

From the first time stepping through the doors we were made to feel very welcome. Nothing was too hard to organise from behind the front desk.We needed transport from cruise terminal to hotel and they arranged it all. Even going on the hop on hop Off buses we could get the tickets there All the staff were wonderful

The Fresh Hotel was wonderful. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful, it was clean, in a great location and morning breakfast buffet was excellent. We had to check out at 4am to catch a flight and they even gave us breakfast to go. I would recommend this hotel in a heartbeat.

What a wonderful hotel. George who works at the front desk was knowledgeable, kind and answered any questions that we had. I also have to say that all the staff at this hotel is wonderful. When you walked in they greeted you with a smile and willing to assist. The breakfast buffet was delicious and very clean and inviting. Our room was very comfortable, roomy and clean. The fitness center was everything that we needed and used it everyday. The hotel is close to everything, great location. I would highly recommend!

Staff was very friendly, room was well planned and comfortable, breakfast was pretty good. Liked that the gym was decently equipped. We checked out super early in the morning and they gave us cute little breakfast boxes, was such a sweet gesture! Location was also super convenient and walkable. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location! Walking distance to many places and there are a lot of dining options around the hotel. Breakfast was better than expected. The room was a bit small but pretty cool. The rooftop has amazing views. Staff went above and beyond. They are friendly and so helpful!

The hotel itself was fine and had good amenities. The roof bar and pool were quite nice however the service was awful. The staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful.

Everything was excellent. The staff was friendly, very courteous and very helpful. Dinner in the rooftop restaurant was delicious and plentiful. The room was perfectly comfortable and lovely. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel was only a few blocks walk to the square. In addition, hop on hop off bus stop right out front of hotel. Temperature control in the room was fantastic and AC did not disappoint. Would definitely recommend.

Really central hotel with lovely accommodating staff and excellent amenities, bars and restaurants. Road outside is a little noisy but that’s what comes with a very central hotel in the heart of a bustling city. Rooftop pool and bar area is particularly lovely and the meals and drinks are well priced. Short walk to all major attractions. We’d recommend getting tickets for the hop-on hop-off tour bus, as it’s a cheap way to get around when it’s really hot outside.

Modernized building with brand new wing where we stayed (unit #2). Very clean and spacious room, restaurants and lobby area. Very friendly staff especially Rafael at front desk; happy and willing to offer suggestions on what to do and where to go. Convenient location with hop on-hop off stop right in front of property. Very central location to walk and explore exciting areas such as Plaka and Psyri though the hotel location is on the fringes of busy area and at night it is a bit dark and lonely (good = quiet night, bad = safety considerations late at night). Overall we do recommend this hotel.

Prima kamer met goede airco en het hotel ligt centraal gelegen. Ontbijt goed. We hebben 1 keer op het dakterras gedineerd maar vonden het eten matig en de prijzen van drankjes zijn stevig. Ook is de ruimte buiten beperkt al is het natuurlijk hèèrlijk dat er een klein zwembad op het dak aanwezig is. Al met al een prima verblijf.
