Entiendo que no estan listos para operar, no te dicen que el parqueo es en p4, no hay señalizacion para llegar, asi que toca adivinar. Duramos 2 dias sin agua fria, para bañarse habia que quemarse y ni una disculpa ni nada. Lo unico que excede las expectativas es el restaurante, un servicio excelente, el desayuno muy delicioso. El resto de colaboradores parece no estar bien entrenado, el maletero se perdia.. en fin, deben entrenar su personal, corregir las fallas técnicas y señalizar el hotel y su parqueo.

El hotel es bonito, pero tengan cuidado en dejar tarjeta de credito al hacer check-in el monto, jamas lo desbloquean y prácticamente se lo quedan, la psicina es bonita pero si vas en fin de semana es probable que no te dejen usarla ya que la rentan para eventos privados, pero te dicen que: "se encuentra en mantenimiento" el desayuno incluido es de los peores q he experimentado, el cafe quemado, muy pocas opciones de todo, los.juegos son agrios, en general no recomiendo mucho hotel

What really stood out was the room itself, it was extremely comfortable and honestly one of the cleanest rooms and hotels I’ve stayed in. I travel often and regularly stay at properties like the JW Marriott and Ritz-Carlton, and this experience had absolutely nothing to envy by comparison. On top of that, the staff and service were amazing, always attentive and genuinely catering to our every need. Everything felt well maintained, thoughtful, and welcoming. A truly excellent stay overall.

I had the best experience at the Hyatt Centric. The hotel is very clean, the staff is friendly and all the dinning options are excellent. I stayed longer than expected, and as a female alone in a foreign country I was a little worried about safety. Everyone in the hotel made me feel welcomed and safe. Shout out to Leo, Elvin, Dorrianny, Agripina for making my stay better!

This hotel was amazing as far as the hotel property but the experience we had checking in was horrible. We were traveling with 2 year old daughter and due to an issue with other hotel we had to rebook to this one immediately past midnight. Due to this the booking was made for next day not same night we were there. Front desk did not want accommodate us with child and update reservation. We were told we have to wait until 3am and PAY another $50 plus tax for early check in when we were technically a late check in and leaving by 10am that morning. Hotel was amazing, check in process and accommodation the worst.

I would especially like to highlight Vladimir for his exceptional attention to detail and the outstanding customer service provided by his front desk team. John was a fantastic host, giving me a thorough tour of the property and showing me all the amenities. Erick, the bartender at the rooftop bar, made the evening unforgettable for all the guests.
