On check in the reception staff didnt tell me what floor the room was, or where the lift was, we had to ask! Lovely clean room, very small bath, but lovely shower over the bath. Had food in the resteraunt which was very expensive for what we had. Car parking was payable at the desk at checkout. Parked Wednesday night to friday morning £24. Booked this hotel to be close to the Utilita arena, but it was still a long walk to the venue.
