Recption staff Aman and Mamgerial staff Zaman were welcoming and courteous. 2 small concerns we had upon check in were delt with promtly and personally checked on by the manager. He even wrote us a hand written not to assure us of the hotel's standard! Our room was a beautiful 2 level suite. Paying for parking in their convenient and secure s4cure self service garage was great. The location was wonderful. Everything was within walkable distance. The Tram station across the street gave easy access to hop on hop off sights around town and had a lovely breakfast spot.
