This place was beautiful. Bra new!! The rooms were large. Outdoors was beautiful. They had a bar for the adult. I loved the 2nd floor sitting area. The pool was fun. Great place to stay at. Highly recommended this place.

Layout of the room was odd. Bathroom was at the end of the bed. I could see the toilet while laying in bed. not attractive. TV was off center from the bed and you could not see it from the bed, or couch. Table had only one chair. and couch was behind it. Room was clean . Temperature was perfect, bed was comfy. Staff was great, Coffee was great. 2nd floor community area, was a great attraction.

Was amazing stay! We played in the pool and used the fitness gym. Enjoyed all of it. The room was so clean and the staff was nice! Everyone was helpful. We always saw the main maintenance guy working hard making our stay well as well as Naomi cleaning frequently to keep common areas very clean! So thankful for this hotel! We will stay again!

This hotel is amazing. Very clean rooms, large bathrooms, excellent air conditioning, water pressure and ammenities. The coffee in the lobby is excellent with each cup being made on demand with your choice of freshly fround coffee beans. We have been here severalntimes and will be back. The staff is excellent as well.

Stayed with my son while he was participating in a weekend sports competition in Justin. This location was perfect as it's an easy route to the NWISD sports complex without having to past the crowded BUCCEE'S and Speedway exit. The facilities are brand new; so along with the shine and sparkle they were working out some kinks during our stay. Namely, the TV streaming connections weren't functioning yet and a couple times our neighbors would cause the channels to change on our first night. But it was a very minor issue and when I mentioned the random channel changes yhey brought another remote and connected it and the problem stopped. That would be the only 'issue' that we had. Everything else was wonderful and the property felt comfortable and cozy; kinda boutique-y, felt more upscale than the price. And the room was wonderfully ergonomic and efficient in design! My favorite were the outlets/ports/connections attached to the headboard!! The bathroom/shower/closet wete my second favorite feature. Although there wasn't a 'tub' specifically, the shower was sooo spacious with perfectly located shelving and water pressure. Plus, the vanity and dressing area is very spacious. This was our first time staying at an Atwell property but I will definitely be looking for the brand again.

I really enjoy staying here. Ole ty if room to spread out and work or watch TV. Close to fast food and restaurants. Breakfast is enjoyable and staff is always willing to go above and beyond. Enjoyed being able to end the night with a quick dip in the pool

This was our first time staying at the property, and we will definitely return. The place was clean, and the staff were friendly and polite. The amenities were excellent, and the rooms were updated. As a family of six, we always look for properties with family suites, and this one was worth the cost.

We arrived on Thursday and checked out on Monday. The facility is newer and nice. During our stay on Friday we called around noon for clean towels, it took over 2 hours for them to bring us towels. On Saturday the same thing happened. On Sunday we called the front desk and asked for housekeep because at this point we’ve been here 4 days and no one has came and cleaned our room, refreshed our linens, or taken our trash out, which upon check in we were told housekeeping is done daily. After calling we left the hotel for the day. Upon arriving back that night we still had not received housekeeping. Upon checking out I explained the situation to the front desk, after paying almost $650 to stay we never once had housekeeping of course the front desk wants to say let us look into this. Very disappointed for an IHG hotel which we’ve stayed at other locations before and had a great experience, unfortunately after this experience we will not stay at IHG again. The breakfast is 1 out of 5 stars! They lack the basic breakfast items such as waffles, so don’t expect too much.

New facility. Clean Entry area.. Cleaning staff needs to speak better English. She could not understand that I needed clean towels.. Food service is very limited & few choices. It’s all microwave & turns to stone when it starts to cool down. Need longer breakfast hours. BIG problem - you need carpeting in the rooms. Bare floors are hard & cold.Something in the bathroom is need to make that floor more comfortable. The faucet in the bathroom of room does not have. Cold water, only hot. I used the bar sink. Window does not open. Kind of a crummy stay because we really needed a meal when we came back from our event in the evening back. Front desk & maintenance man was perfect. Kim Carrasco

Clean, new. Breakfast was ok. Called ahead for an early check in request and the person I spoke with said no and seemed irritated that I booked through Expedia but ended up arriving at 2 pm and the desk clerk accommodated the early check in, no problem.

Very clean, nice and new, central air conditioner along with a typical window unit (not a bad thing). Had a couch, tables, chairs, 2 beds, and a closet that was double sided so you could load it up from walking in, and also grab your clothes from the bathroom.

Will return to this location if in the area again. Very enjoyable stay and the staff was kind, polite, and welcoming. The TV would randomly turn on every couple of hours (woke up in the middle of the night and early morning to the automated screen with instructions to sync the TV with streaming services on the phone) and it just seems like a a quick tech fix the hotel can make.

I spent my sister's wedding weekend at Atwell and it was pretty great! The room was comfortable and the breakfast delicious! The only issue I has was getting stuck in the shower due to a sticking door but other than that it was a wonderful experience. All of the employees were so friendly and really made the stay all the more special.

We did not have breakfast. We came back to our room around 1:30 am and no one was at the front desk. We wanted to buy a pop but couldn’t find anyone. The gal who checked us in earlier was excellent, very friendly. The room is great except the couch is too deep so it’s not comfortable. The wall by the desk appeared to have had something hanging on it but was removed. There was some kind of fuzzy residue on the wall. TV remote didn’t work. Facial tissue was cheap

On arrival, the staff was very friendly and helpful. When we got to the room you could tell that the building was a newer building room was clean and very spacious. Only downfall was the master switch for all the plugs in the room.

Family lives in the area but this was a last minute trip so the place we usually stay had no vacancies. We chose to stay at this one. It was clean and comfy. Nice comfortable beds. A much more modern feel in a newer area of town.

We arrived on Thursday and checked out on Monday. The facility is newer and nice. During our stay on Friday we called around noon for clean towels, it took over 2 hours for them to bring us towels. On Saturday the same thing happened. On Sunday we called the front desk and asked for housekeep because at this point we’ve been here 4 days and no one has came and cleaned our room, refreshed our linens, or taken our trash out, which upon check in we were told housekeeping is done daily. After calling we left the hotel for the day. Upon arriving back that night we still had not received housekeeping. Upon checking out I explained the situation to the front desk, after paying almost $650 to stay we never once had housekeeping of course the front desk wants to say let us look into this. Very disappointed for an IHG hotel which we’ve stayed at other locations before and had a great experience, unfortunately after this experience we will not stay at IHG again. The breakfast is 1 out of 5 stars! They lack the basic breakfast items such as waffles, so don’t expect too much.

We did not have breakfast. We came back to our room around 1:30 am and no one was at the front desk. We wanted to buy a pop but couldn’t find anyone. The gal who checked us in earlier was excellent, very friendly. The room is great except the couch is too deep so it’s not comfortable. The wall by the desk appeared to have had something hanging on it but was removed. There was some kind of fuzzy residue on the wall. TV remote didn’t work. Facial tissue was cheap

The room was clean and spacious. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, especially the night front desk worker, Aliyah. She not only ensured my family had we needed but made sure to get our points added and our special requests met if possible. We look forward to staying again!

This hotel is amazing. Very clean rooms, large bathrooms, excellent air conditioning, water pressure and ammenities. The coffee in the lobby is excellent with each cup being made on demand with your choice of freshly fround coffee beans. We have been here severalntimes and will be back. The staff is excellent as well.

Clean, new. Breakfast was ok. Called ahead for an early check in request and the person I spoke with said no and seemed irritated that I booked through Expedia but ended up arriving at 2 pm and the desk clerk accommodated the early check in, no problem.

The total experience was outstanding! The location of the hotel was great and the area was very quiet! The staff was extremely courteous. The hotel was very clean and fresh. The room was very modern and accommodating. We love the fact that it's pet friendly! Our little doodle enjoyed running the hallways!

Stayed with my son while he was participating in a weekend sports competition in Justin. This location was perfect as it's an easy route to the NWISD sports complex without having to past the crowded BUCCEE'S and Speedway exit. The facilities are brand new; so along with the shine and sparkle they were working out some kinks during our stay. Namely, the TV streaming connections weren't functioning yet and a couple times our neighbors would cause the channels to change on our first night. But it was a very minor issue and when I mentioned the random channel changes yhey brought another remote and connected it and the problem stopped. That would be the only 'issue' that we had. Everything else was wonderful and the property felt comfortable and cozy; kinda boutique-y, felt more upscale than the price. And the room was wonderfully ergonomic and efficient in design! My favorite were the outlets/ports/connections attached to the headboard!! The bathroom/shower/closet wete my second favorite feature. Although there wasn't a 'tub' specifically, the shower was sooo spacious with perfectly located shelving and water pressure. Plus, the vanity and dressing area is very spacious. This was our first time staying at an Atwell property but I will definitely be looking for the brand again.

Family lives in the area but this was a last minute trip so the place we usually stay had no vacancies. We chose to stay at this one. It was clean and comfy. Nice comfortable beds. A much more modern feel in a newer area of town.

I really enjoy staying here. Ole ty if room to spread out and work or watch TV. Close to fast food and restaurants. Breakfast is enjoyable and staff is always willing to go above and beyond. Enjoyed being able to end the night with a quick dip in the pool

I spent my sister's wedding weekend at Atwell and it was pretty great! The room was comfortable and the breakfast delicious! The only issue I has was getting stuck in the shower due to a sticking door but other than that it was a wonderful experience. All of the employees were so friendly and really made the stay all the more special.

New facility. Clean Entry area.. Cleaning staff needs to speak better English. She could not understand that I needed clean towels.. Food service is very limited & few choices. It’s all microwave & turns to stone when it starts to cool down. Need longer breakfast hours. BIG problem - you need carpeting in the rooms. Bare floors are hard & cold.Something in the bathroom is need to make that floor more comfortable. The faucet in the bathroom of room does not have. Cold water, only hot. I used the bar sink. Window does not open. Kind of a crummy stay because we really needed a meal when we came back from our event in the evening back. Front desk & maintenance man was perfect. Kim Carrasco

I’ve stayed here before and always know it’s going to be clean. My grandsons enjoyed the pool and also the hangout area on second floor. The breakfast is good. The coffee bar is amazing! Fresh ground roasted beans for every cup! 👏👏The hotel is in a great location with food and gas close by.
