What an amazing find this hotel is. Perfect spot in the city centre to travel to and from the train station during a concert. Staff could not do enough for us and a special shout out to Joy who goes above and beyond and lives up to her name. Gorgeous food mad by the chef and breakfast was superb. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

A good hotel but extortionate cost. I know rates were higher because of the Commonwealth Games but how can you justify that cost, particularly as the breakfast was nothing much to write home about. The staff were friendly and helpful, particularly an oriental lady.
