Hotel is great… It’s a tag and walk to Saint Catherine St. maybe five minutes perfect because his location is quiet. However, you absolutely sucks. Sucks they give you a little card to get in and out. The card never works down in the parking structure twice in two ways, had to go back up to get another card they know it’s a problem. They apologize but say nothing ever gets done. It was very annoying

Our room was lovely and big and the bed was comfortable. However, the kitchen was strangely equipped - no toaster, but a slow cooker, dish detergent, but no towels or dishclothes. The pool area is great but having to bring towels from the room is not ideal. The parking situation definitely needs work. We paid a lot for parking only to have the machine at the gate eat our ticket each time we left. That required another trip to the reception desk, which was understandably very busy on a July weekend. Also, a little guidance from reception about the size and layout of the parking lot would be helpful. Last, we didn't have a breakfast included rate and would have like to be able to order an a la carte breakfast rather than the $25 buffet. That said - overall a good visit but with some criticism.

The room was not clean when we arrived. There were a lot of hairs on the floor, which showed that nobody had vacuumed properly. The body and hair shampoo bottles were empty, and when I asked reception to bring both, they only gave us hair shampoo. I also requested housekeeping to clean the room. When we came back, they had only straightened the bed, but they did not change the sheets. I know this because there was a coffee stain on my sheet, and after “cleaning,” the same stained sheet was still there. Overall, the room was poorly maintained, and my request for proper cleaning and supplies was not handled.

Honestly the hotel had a bad smell in the main lobby and in the hotel for our entire stay. Our room didn’t get made up one day and the amenities were minimal. No water in the fridge. At the price point there should be some more conveniences. As well the phone in our room didn’t work so we weren’t able to call for towels when our room didn’t get made up. Overall it was a good stay but it could use some improvements

The best part of this hotel is its incredible location. It was so walkable and easily accessible to many shops, restaurants which made exploring the area very convenient. For cleanliness, I have to give it three stars. While the rest of the room seemed okay, the bed smelled like it had not been properly washed. The sheets and bedding had a strange odor that made the sleeping experience unpleasant.

The staff was pleasant to deal with. The hotel chandeliers in the hallway leading to the 10th floor rooms were covered in cobwebs. There was a weird odour in the hotel lobby. The rooms are clean but decor is outdated. They do have fast service when requesting towels. It's a 10 minute walk to the Centre Bell and close to the highway. Parking is $35/night. I would not price point it at what it cost per night.

Almost Perfect Stay，Cleanliness Could Improve We had a great stay overall. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. We arrived early and appreciated being able to store our luggage，it was very convenient. The 24-hour service also made our late-night checkout for an early flight smooth and easy. The room’s air conditioning and shower were both very comfortable. The location is excellent. There are convenience stores and supermarkets nearby, and several attractions are within walking distance. A bus stop is located right outside the building, making it easy to get around, and the airport 747 bus is just a 5-minute walk away, which made our airport transfers very convenient. The only downside was room cleanliness，we found some hair near the pillow on the first day, and the shampoo and conditioner bottles were empty. If housekeeping improves, the experience would be perfect.

The lobby was nice and the hotel is centrally located, with some nice restaurant options nearby. However the room itself was not very clean, the mattress was propped up on a slab of plywood and sunk in when you lay down. The TV did not work and the towels were coming apart..

We heard something from the upstairs and the both sides of the room, so no sound proof. The shower was pretty weak and it started leaking in the middle of the night, and that woke us up. The stuff was nice, but the facility is not good.

The room was spacious and the location was quiet. I would stay at this hotel again. That being said, the bathroom has a barn door that kept popping off its rails and, quite frankly, while a barn door can look nice, it doesn't really provide the privacy that you want in a hotel bathroom if you are staying with other people (and there were 4 of us in the room).

There were no hangers in the closet to hand our coats. They're were spotlights shining on the front of the building and therefore through all the friggin spaces around the curtains. Can you sleep when your room is lit up like the Vegas strip?

The location was excellent and the room was a good size. But the room was not as advertised so that was misleading. The room was not well stocked. We had 3 guests in our reservation but only 2 large towels, the kleenex box was almost empty and ran pot whickly and not e ough toilet paper. The staff was not overly polite or welcoming. They did not set my parkimg pass properly so i had trouble leaving the parki f garage and had to re park, run back to reception and get a new pass. They didnt seem to care. For the price, they coumd work more on customer service. I would not recomend and wont be back.

Attitude of the staff was aweful. Asked the barman to turn off the loud bangra music he was playing. His reply was " it's my bar and I'll play what I want". We walked out. No staff lift so guest lift used ti mive laundry up and down over the prority of guests could go on and on. Generally made to feel we were an inconvinence and bother to them. Left place after 2 nights into a 3 night stay just had enough of the place

Hotel itself was fine, but restaurant….. Meal we took back to our room from the restaurant was inedible. Restaurant had closed by then so no opportunity to return it for something else. 2 phone messages to the manager Brian over the next couple of days elicited no response. Very disappointing.

Great hotel for the location and quality/value. Shopping and restaurants nearby and it's a walk from the train station, or the airport bus stops just down the street, also just between two metro lines. It's an old building and it shows in the hallways and decor, our floor smelled a bit like an ashtray, but the rooms are clean and comfortable. Also bonus that there is a small pool and gym room. It's the first place I check for availability when travelling to Montreal.

Staff was so very kind and helpful both times that we needed our luggage to be stored. The check in/out process was also very easy. But most of all, it’s in a prime location. So close to the Lucien station for transit, so close to the main hub with all the shopping and restaurants (all just a 10-15min walk), but still in a quiet little area that wasn’t overwhelming and was safe. Fantastic hotel can’t wait to come back!

The location is in a quiet area that is a close walk to St. Catherine Street shopping. It is a great location if you're seeing a show at the Bell Centre because it's an easy and safe walk that's less than 10 minutes.

If your looking for a hotel close to the Bell centre (10 min walk) then this is your hotel. Front desk was very helpful pleasant and bilingual. We parked our vehicle in the underground hotel parking. This is a bit pricey but convenient. Daily housekeeping gave that special touch. We would not hesitate in coming back again.

Great room and location. King Executive room was nice. Free parking due to VIP status was great. Easy to get rides or public transportation. Breakfast was a buffet and it was awful. Everything else was a great experience.

I did not like the $23 breakfast. Foods were empty. I had to ask for repenishments. The pancakes came out straight from refrigeration and i had to heat themin the toaster. The bacon seemed like it was dipped in oil. Potatoes were over cooked and bland. The croissant was tasty. I would not eat it again. And i stay here everytime i come to Montreal

I like the renovated room and the shower having both a handheld and rain shower option.. I love that they have Chromecast on the TV The breakfast was not great and overpriced and one of the staff in the resto was rude.. We only tried it one day as there a lack of coffee shop around for a quick breakfast.

Room was clean. Staff were great. Location was great. Only thing that disappointed us was the breakfast. Same each day, and for the cost per plate we were hoping for at least some options or new food choices day to day. Not the exact same daily. Spent 5 days there and outsode of that our stay was perfect. AC worked well and showers had great pressure.

Staff were very friendly, hotel was clean and room was nice. The shower was difficult to turn on off and adjust the temperature. Also, would recommend they offer complementary coffee and tea in the lobby.
