We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Very conveniently located - 2 blocks from a metro station, a few more blocks from a street with many restaurants. All of the hotel staff were excellent, especially Jamar at the front desk. Comfortable bed, well-equipped fitness center. Breakfast was perfectly adequate, with enough healthy options. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Good breakfast even with small area for sitting. The room is nice, ac is little loud but it can also help sleep as white noise. The gym was nice for kids to play since there is no pool. Staff and service always nice and helpful. The location is the best of all. 10 mins walk to China town.

The property was clean and well maintained by staff who were polite and attentive. Breakfast was good nothing special but had a variety of items to choose from and plenty of options for kids. The hotel is in a busy area so you will hear sirens and noise from outside at night. Parking was the biggest issue for me, had to find parking away from the hotel and walk back. Valet is double the price but is also an option. Coffee bar was great they had espresso and lattes. Overall the stay was great and I would definitely recommend this hotel for your stay.

Rooms were very clean. Although, I’d not recommend staying here since there’s no room service available as well as no pool/hot tub. They charged 350$ a night for a standard 2 queen bed which is way more expensive than the other premium hotels. Overall, way too expensive, no room service, not in downtown montreal (10-15 minute walk to downtown)

I recently stayed at Fairfield hotel for 2 nights and had a pleasant experience. The hotel was nice and clean, and the staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. The hotel's parking fees were overpriced at $30 per night, and the parking space was extremely tight. It might be challenging for big SUVs to maneuver in and out of the parking area comfortably. Despite the parking inconvenience, I would still recommend the Fairfield hotel for its cleanliness, friendly staff, and delightful breakfast experience.

Good location. The buffet breakfast was okay and convenient. You can do your own laundry in the laundry room near the front desk. Which is a bonus because you don’t need to pack a ton of clothes for your trip. It also is very close to IGA, Dollarama and shoppers drug mart. You only need to walk 15 minutes to the Old Port, St. Paul Street and around 20 minutes to Chinatown, etc.

Good location, clean room, comfortable, excellent breakfast but only reason why I didn’t rate it as excellent is the parking not on site or very limited space and was already full when we checked in at around 5:30pm. They do really well explain how to reach the safest and closest parking but we had to walk 7 minutes to the hotel back after midnight… glad it wasn’t in winter and I wasn’t alone. Apart from that, all was wonderful!

We went on a weekend family trip and reserved a suite for three. However, the room didn’t resemble a suite at all. During our stay, it was never cleaned, and we ran out of towels. The breakfast was poor, with very limited options. On the positive side, the staff at the reception was very nice. However, on our second day, we asked for a cappuccino at the bar while having breakfast and the lady refused to make it, directing us instead to the self-service coffee station. I don’t believe a cappuccino is too much to ask for when you pay $250 per night. With all options Montreal has, I believe you can find better.

The check-in process was quick and easy. The room (Large King) was clean. Hotel staff was polite and helpful my entire stay. House keeping consistently refreshed our room. The breakfast was delicious with many options. The surrounding area is close to all attractions. I plan to stay here again on my next vacation:)

Quietest hotel that I have ever stayed at, and I have travelled to many cities and countries. I am a light sleeper, so the alley side of the building was peaceful. Very modern and contemporary updates. My favourite discovery was that there were 8 usb plug inputs in the room, so you can charge all of your devices simultaneously :) It was a little out of the way from where I usually wanted to be, but I like walking and never used transit. Best time of the year to visit Montreal is in the fall with all the leaves changing colours. Lots of restaurant options nearby and it was close to the subway. The price was decent with the included breakfast buffet.

The front desk and cleaning staff are so friendly and helpful! The beds were super comfortable. I was near the elevator and didn’t hear a thing! The room was comfortable and homey and I’m sad to be leaving because I feel so rested.

Customer service was excellent. Marco and Anass were at the desk upon check-in. They both helped with loading the luggage cart and Anass personally brought it up to our room and unloaded it for us. They were both super friendly and helpful, always willing to accommodate. Staff in the breakfast area were awesome as well. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Anas the hotel management at the front was amazing, genuinely a nice guy and you can feel it the moment you walk into the hotel with the welcoming. Hotel was great overall, very clean, continental breakfast was really good , lots of options. The rooms are spacious and have a nice bathroom. Great location , also I was paying $15 overnight parking at the big library across the street and my car was safe the whole trip. God bless

We had a redeye flight from the West Coast and were delighted to find out our room was available when we checked in. We actually cancelled another hotel reservation we had at a luxury hotel downtown due to the strike and we are glad we did. We got to do more than we would have if we had to get in an Uber or taxi. Convenient walking distance to the gay village, quartiers de spectacles, and old town as well as quick transit to Olympic park and the museums of Montréal. 10/10 will stay again!

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We were close to both bus and subway stops and only a 20 minute walk to Old Montreal. The breakfasts in the morning were delicious with plenty of options for everyone in our group. We had a great long weekend here and will definitely recommend. We hope to be back ourselves!

Breakfast was delicious, but there are was very crowded and the lines were very long. The breakfast staff looked stressed, but they were kind and treated us well. The room was not as clean as expected. We would have preferred glass/ceramic cups and mugs instead of the individually wrapped plastic disposable cups.

This is our second time at this hotel, we had a good stay. Abacas ( my apologies, I believe is misspelled his name) is very cordial and is always welcoming. We were disappointed in the breakfast quality, it declined from our last visit. Also when asked for a coffee, the service staff said it was closed (15 mins early?!) they were busy removing food and clean up so nothing would be available at 11. I thought the clean up should have started at 11 and no one should be removing food or cleaning up while people were eating and conversing. I strongly encourage management to observe this process and think over the clean up in a packed lobby on Saturday morning. Having a packed lobby with a hotel at its capacity, I would have hoped that the staff and management would have appreciated this and offered better service.
