Walking location to Prague old town. Hotel located in busy area if you are driving your own car, parking cost is quiet high compared to other hotels which we had during our road trip. In general it was a good choice for our stay

Great hotel! The breakfast is amazing! The rooms were very nice. The pool and the kids area next to the bar really made it enjoyable when travelling with kids. We appreciated the juice at the entrance during our stay because it was waaarm outside. Will definitely come back on our next visit to Prague.

Das Hotel liegt sehr Zentral. Für einen Städtetrip optimal. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr reichlich. Das Personal war sehr nett. Leider sehen die Zimmer nicht so aus wie auf den Bildern, also ohne Bilder an der Wand und nicht so Farbenfroh. Unser Kühlschrank war defekt, dies hätte meiner Meinung nach im Vorfeld überprüft werden müssen und der Vorhang hatte Flecken. Das Reinigungspersonal war täglich im Zimmer. Zum Geburtstag habe ich einen Sekt vom Hotel ins Zimmer gestellt bekommen. Was eine sehr tolle Aufmerksamkeit war. Ich würde mir wünschen, dass ab einer bestimmen Uhrzeit nicht mehr jeder ohne Legitimation ins Hotel gehen kann. Die Türe war immer offen und jeder konnte in das Hotel gehen.

Housekeeping was not doing their job up to standard. ie. Not filling up toiletries, shower gel, shampoo, hand wash, brew kit, etc. The staff in reception ( Lady) had an attitude problem. Not approachable, talking like unprofessional. Didn't have a clue of my charge. Was charged me an extra day's breakfast, luckily were in the town and realised. Have to rush back to the Hotel for clarification.😡

Really enjoyed our 3 nights here, first weekend of Dec '23. Room was very comfortable & clean. Breakfast was varied & of a good standard. Hotel was warm (snow outside) and is a little way out of the centre, but only about 10 mins to Wenceslas Square and the walk was interesting anyway. Didn't have time to use the pool sadly. Would happily return to this hotel.

На второй день нашего пребывания уже в обед пришлось просить чтобы в номере убрались, т. к. никто этого не делал хоть и была вывешена табличка, были поменяны полотенца, вынесен мусор, и заправили кровать без замены постельного белья, пропылесосить тоже забыли или не хотели, на полу в ванной и туалете появились какие-то крошки(мелкий мусор.)

3 supre netter med perfekt beliggenhet rett utenfor turistsuppa, men gangavstand til alt. Super frokost og egen belgisk vaffelmaskin, omelettkokk og mye greier. Stort basseng med jacuzzi, supert sted å brenne av en time eller to med barna. Litt dårlig trøkk på aircpndition om natta og litt kjedelig med dobbeltdyne, men pluss for vannmaskin med iskladt vann ved heisen og rask service for ekstra dyne til rommet. Alt i alt et supert opphold, ville absolutt kommet tilbake. God verdi for pengene!

Very poor air conditioning, very poor toilet flush, unable to flush any toilet paper down without repeatedly flushing for ages. Shower head permanently slanted to outside of shower, tried to adjust and couldn’t. Very uncomfortable sofa bed. Good location to explore Prague. Breakfast had plenty of choice.

Rooms are pretty small, they should have bigger room options for families. (Atleast I didn't see any while booking) The room offers a small window only, which also can't be partly open. The bathroom mirror and the (fixed) toiletries in the shower area can't be reached by a 7 year old. Breakfast spread is good and hotel overall is clean and nicely maintained. There is also a small play area for young kids and toddlers but not enough I would say.

Fint til prisen men slidt hotel. Værelset var okay men fremstod slidt og brugt. Har aldrig sovet i så dårlige senge før. 3 ud af 4 personer havde ondt i ryggen!! Buffeten var okay men alt for lille til alle de mennesker. Vi spiste kl 8.30 ca og der var fyldt. Fitness og pool var fint, dog var spaen lukket.

We were there last week for holidays. we have 2 older kids and all had a great time. the one thing i hope they will consider is giving a cupboard in the room instead of just hangers on a rod. in the absence of cupboard, room was spacious. a nice thing is that toilet is separate from bath, which is good for couples but not necessarily easy for siblings. location of the hotel is very good.

Cold swimming pool which was the feature why we selected this hotel. I was denied room service as they are very short staffed. Breakfast very limited and untasty flavors. Water pressure on shower was low, impossible to take a proper shower. 2.5 stars at the most, will not recommend

Staff were so helpful and caring. They helped us plan out our visit as we had one day to tour. They were very supportive of the fact that this was our first visit to prauge. With their guidance, we had no difficulty catching a number of trams and other transport facilities. Btw.. the breakfast was delicious!

Ich kann das Hotel NICHT empfehlen. Unser Rucksack wurde durchsucht und es fehlt ein nagelneues Ladegerät mit integrierter Powerbank. Weiter empfinde ich vor allem tragisch das sich das Hotel, welches ich schriftlich per Mail darüber informiert habe, sich in keinster Weise dafür interessiert und noch nicht mal darauf geantwortet hat. Tut mir leid, dass ist ein absolutes No-Go!!

Leider wird gerade das Schwimmbad renoviert, so dass aktuell tagsüber relativ lauter Baulärm herrscht. Am Wochenende waren die Service Kräfte beim Frühstück total überfordert. Es gab werder Teller noch Besteck und auch die Platten waren grösstenteils leer gefuttert. Unter der Woche war es ruhiger und der Service kam hinterher.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel is convenient for getting to Old Town as it’s walking distance and close to the tram station. The breakfast buffet was well stocked and the food was great. There was an issue with flies getting on the food so care should be taken to prevent or eliminate them. Perhaps the use of covers for everything, not just the hot food?

Overall our time there was great, staff was friendly, breakfast is a wide and nice buffet including fruits, cereals, bread, juice, ham & cheese, eggs and vegetables, my only comment is that the 4 days I stayed there it was the exact same buffet. It’s really close to different tram stations an 10 minute walk from the national museum and the Wenceslao plaza.

Personal: Freundlich und höflich. Sehr netter Pool und Sauna. Vielfältiges und leckeres Frühstücksbuffet. Stadtzentrum zu Fuß erreichbar. Zimmer gut ausgestattet. Einziger Nachteil: Nur sehr begrenzter Stauraum im Zimmer verfügbar. Wenn man mehrere Leute ist oder länger dort ist, kann man nicht alles im Schrank unterbringen.

The room are not cool enough! Outside the temperature is 19 degree and the room temperature is 25 degree. I dont know how you consider the aircon is working! A staff came in at the night telling me technician can only come and check next day. Then the technician came in the morning when we are getting changed to go out. i ask him to come again in 30 minutes but he can’t understand simple english. We then visit the reception when we are getting out for sightseeing to learn about that the technician has falsely reported that our aircon is working fine without actually stepped inside our room at all. I insisted the reception to change a room for us for our next night. Its 1 degree better showing 24 degree but it’s still not cool enough for us. Bad experience. Also we are on the first floor and can hear people shouting on the street up till 12:00 am.

Room was clean and nice, although water pressure was insufficient and fridge not working. Breakfast was ample and tasty, but facilities under dimensioned for number of guests. A bit crowded, loud and items ran out quickly m (probably better if you’re an early bird). Pool area ok, although only half of it in use. Very, very loud. Best for families with young kids! Evening staff not that helpful unfortunately- running out of toilet paper when one in the family had a stomach bug and having to call multiple times to get more (…after an hour) wasn’t… great… Overall a solid place in a good location! If you have young children, you’ll probably love it!!!

Hotel is well located, being two minutes walk from the tram and metro stops, making it really easy to get around the city. Our room was really clean and had plenty of space for two adults and two kids. The pool is fantastic for anybody staying with children.
