Leider habe ich im Bad des Zimmers meinen Waschbeutel liegen lassen. Wert ca. 300,00€ (Rasierapparat, Bartschneider, Elektrische Zahnbürste……) Ist natürlich nicht mehr Aufgetaucht. Dazu fehlen mir leider die Worte. In so einem erstklassigem Hotel darf so etwas nicht passieren. 44,00 €/Nacht für die Tiefgarage finde ich auch übertrieben. Unfortunately, I left my toiletry bag in the bathroom of the room. Value around €300.00 (razor, beard trimmer, electric toothbrush...) Of course it never turned up again. I'm at a loss for words. This shouldn't happen in such a first-class hotel. I also think €44.00 ight for the underground car park is excessive.

Everything about this hotel blew us away! We had the best experience. The concierge was incredibly sweet, the rooms were huge, heated floor in bathroom, a fantastic coffee shop… perfection! Loved the location. Stay here!

Zentrale Lage, hoteleigene TG mit Valetservice. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und modern. Schönes Duschbad. Freundliches Personal. Nicht so schön ist, dass die Zimmer sehr hellhörig sind, insbesondere bei Verbindungstüren. Man konnte nebenan jedes Wort verstehen.

The room was nice but we were a bitbdissapointed with the cleaning (hairs in our towels, and even a piece in the kettle, strains on the walls and the sofa). It was also very loud in the street, we could hear cars and people partying in the middle of the night, even until morning. It didn't meet our expectations. The staff is amazing, so kind and helpful. The location is also nice, you can do everything by walking. The fitness gym is well equiped.

The rooms were clean ( found floss on the floor when we checked in, but that can happen). There’s a problem with sewage system. There’s a foul smell in the hallway and everytime you start running the water in the bathroom. Service was good. I think late night menu might need some more options. I rate our stay 4/5.

The halls smelt like old food. The staff was rude, when asked about missing paid-for commodities. We could hear every single conversation happening in the street, and street was extremely noisy. The rooms around our room were making noises all throughout the night. The rooms are advertised as soundproof but are not.

The air conditioning is diabolical. Could not get the room to a comfortable sleeping temperature. So very hot. Also, the wooden floors are great, but someone above my room stomped around a lot in high heels from very early. Otherwise, it is a lovely hotel with great staff, in a very convenient location.

Very nice stay but walls are very thin. I could hear baby crying, coughing, heavy footsteps from person above my room, and intimacy from next door. Staff was very accommodating after I switched rooms but it was the same issue in the next room on a different floor. Very noisy.

Beauiful hotel near Wenceclas Square with very helpful staff especially at the front of house/reception. Quick 10 min walk into Old Town Square where the Astronomical Clock is, 20 min walk to Charles Bridge. Check in/Check out was really smooth. The buffet breakfast options were good, a la carté was included with breakfast but my order was wrong the first time on the first day. On the 2nd day, gave the avocado toast on the a la carte menu a try, it was the worst thing I ate the entire stay in Prague. Stick to the buffet items if you're fussy. Overall my stay was very pleasant.. Rooms were large and spacious.

There is a nightclub directly under part of this hotel. Our room was directly over the nightclub. We booked a deluxe room. Why they put us in a room directly over the nightclub is a mystery. The techno music went on until 5am on the second night of our stay. We were in room 221.

What can I say about this hotel. Such a beautiful modern hotel. Lovely bright and spacious reception area. Three elevators that are very quick and regular. Our room was beautiful and very comfortable. Bathroom was lovely and the shower was fab. Plenty of storage space and they even had robes and slippers. There was a safe which is always a bonus. We paid for breakfast which was great plenty of choice. The hotel was a less than 5 minute walk to Wenceslas Square.

Upon checkin we asked for the VIP room upgrade which we were denied due front desk saying no upgrades were possible (no further explanation). When we got our room it was as advertised clean and average amenities. At night the room next door had crying children and a dog barking all night so no sleep after a long trip there. We spoke with service manager, Jan Zajicek who changed our room to a quieter floor and room. He also provided us with complimentary items which was much appreciated. The overall experience and room amenities were above average. The location was ideal for walkability and acess to restaurants and shopping. Pleasant stay.

El hotel se encuentra bien situado, apenas a 10 minutos andando de la Plaza Vieja y toda la zona turística. Me da la impresión de que es un hotel remodelado ya que algunas partes se veían más antiguas que otras. Las habitaciones son modernas y con buenos materiales. El desayuno servido en un restaurante bonito y el personal amable. Todos los días lo mismo pero para 3-4 días está bien. Por otra parte, mi experiencia. El recibimiento a la llegada fue bastante seco, llegamos a las 21h y la que se suponía que era nuestra habitación no estaba lista, habíamos solicitado cama para un niño y no la había puesto. Tuvimos que bajar a solicitarlo de nuevo a recepción y esperar a que la trajeran. Tuvieron que comprobar que no tenía ningún sobre coste, pero ya lo indicaba en la descripción que eran gratis cuando reservamos. Pedi una ensalada en room service a la que aparte del precio de room service se le añadía un sobrecoste por ese mismo servicio, me pareció abusivo. Con la propina más de 600 CZK por una ensalada César que no llevaba ni pollo, solo lechuga, pan, salsa y un poco de queso que ni siquiera eran lascas de queso parmesano (abusivo a mi entender). El primer día la cama estaba hecha de malas maneras, simplemente colocadas las sábanas y bien hecha. Cuando realizamos el check out nos dijeron que descontarían el room service y devolverían la diferencia del depósito de 3000 CKZ que pidieron. Dos semanas más tarde tuvimos que reclamar con insistencia hasta que nos lo devolvieron

The staff was extremely helpful, professional and pleasant. They walked us to our room after we checked in and they booked our tours for us. They provided umbrellas and always asked if we needed anything. The location was unmatched as far as walkability, food, shopping and convenience. The beds were the most comfortable beds we have ever slept on in ANY hotel we’ve ever stayed at. The decor was modern and beautiful. It was our first time in Prague and we will definitely be returning and staying here again.

Loud, loud, loud. Hallway noise. Noise from people above and next door. Also tried a simple adjustment to reduce days during a 10 day stay due to a family emergency and the hotel management wouldn't speak to me or Expedia. Not even 1 word. I approached the staff multiple times over 4 days and I was always told "we're working on it and a manager will discuss this with you tomorrow." Bad communication and lies. Not a trustworthy place to stay.

Die Unterkunft ist prinzipiell super - tolle Lage, neue Austattung, Sauber. Leider ist das Personal abgehoben und teilweise sehr unfreundlich. Zunächst hatten wir ein behinderten gerechtes Zimmer was 0,0 mit den Bildern online zutun hat. Auf Nachfrage wurde ein halb so großes Zimmer als einzige Alternative angeboten. Nach erneutem Nachhaken wurde dann vereinbart den Checkin später zu machen und zu schauen, ob ein Zimmer frei wird (das müsste man meines Erachtens als Personal wissen, welche Zimmer aufgrund von Checkout frei werden). Bei späterer Ankunft wurde dann kommentarlos der Checkin gemacht & das korrekte (& normalgroße) Zimmer gemäß den Bildern online vergeben. Leider echt viel Aufwand als Gast….

Our experience at the Almanac Hotel was truly excellent. The hotel itself was impeccably clean, and the staff were absolutely outstanding — helpful, professional, and genuinely kind. We enjoyed both the bar and the café located beneath the hotel; each offered a delightful atmosphere and great quality. The location couldn't be better — just a short walk or tram ride to many of the city's main attractions. Although it's tucked just off a main road, the setting is surprisingly peaceful, providing a quiet retreat while keeping you close to the vibrant heart of the city. Nice hotel in a central area but at night it was a bit alone. Redone. Nice rooms. Very comfortable bed. Nice bathroom! Staff was good. Breakfast was great. The only thing is that when we arrived there was one of our four rooms that had been “cancelled”. And when we left early in the morning they wanted to charge us again, since we had pre paid through Expedia. It was solved.

Central location but not necessarily the prettiest are of downtown Prague. The hotel lobby decor is awful and the deodorizer they spray are disgusting (subjective point of view). The room (no upgrade available for any of our 3 nights) was good but view to the internal side was depressing. Breakfast was good and breakfast service staff and front desk was excellent. I’ll try to find something better next time I am in Prague.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff were very polite and friendly and it was immaculately clean (everywhere). We arrived around 12:00 due to a morning flight and they allowed us to check in early which was great! The room was comfortable and modern, as I would expect from this standard of hotel, nothing that makes it stand out though, in my opinion. We did seem to miss out on some welcome drinks that I saw others get, but we weren’t expecting them anyway. I was also quite alarmed when they took £100 from my card in case we used the mini bar, I wasn’t aware of this before hand, but of course we got it back at check out. Can’t comment on the food as we didn’t eat here, as the menu was quite limited and not to our tastes, however we did enjoy a drink at the Alcron bar which was lovely. It was quiet/private, the service was excellent, and it felt like a very ‘premium’ experience. Prague itself is a lovely city and we would really love to go back soon, of course will consider this hotel again. Some advice I would give to first time travellers to Prague… DO NOT accept a taxi from the men who approach you outside the airport, order an Uber for a quarter of the price (£21 from memory)! For cheaper meals at restaurants stay away from old town square (near the clock), it seemed to be the further you get away from here the cheaper it is. Understandable due to the heavy footfall! Tipping is expected, but not always added to the bill.

Amazing 2 night stay in the Presidential Suite. It was a huge suite with gorgeous views of Prague Castle. Very kind staff, so helpful and friendly. One of the best breakfasts I’ve had at a hotel. It included menu options and an awesome buffet. Great coffee including specialty coffees. We joined a Tour Party for another 3 nights at this hotel and this included a dinner at the hotel restaurant. It was certainly 5 star and the staff didn’t miss a beat with 43 Australians and New Zealanders. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Excellent hotel. Stayed here for a couple days visiting Prague. Walking distance from the old town, but still at least 15 min away. Comfortable room and bed. Small but clean and modern bathroom. The hotel has an excellent breakfast. They also have a restraunt on the first floor that served a 'plant forward menu' which was absolutely excellent... in fact it was so good I went these the second night as well with friends.
