The Hotel was very centrally located for the old town which made walking easy. The hotel staff were amazing, so kind and attentive especially Vincent in the Bar. Rooms were super comfortable and cleaned to a very high standard. The only draw back was the pool which was quite small and the area was a bit soulless but other than that it was a fabulous stay.

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen und ist toll eingerichtet. Das Zimmer war sauber. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Ideal für einen Kurzurlaub in Prag. Wir hatten uns auf den Pool mit Gegenstromanlage gefreut, die aber leider nicht funktioniert hat. Der Pool ist aufgrund der Größe nicht wirklich zum schwimmen geeignet.

Comfortable hotel - the old town is right outside the door. Bedrooms a good size. The pool and sauna are small but ok. Staff very friendly. The midday checkout is a luxury you rarely get in European hotels these days.

Good things: location, reception bar/restaurant staff. Rooms are you standard Hilton. Totally unacceptable and intolerable: room service and staff (this includes managerial staff) attention to it. Of 6 nights room wasn't cleaned twice, once I had to insist. Cleaning itself more than questionable: one day found my pajamas on the floor, supplies not restocked. Worst of all, manager's reaction is "I am sorry but you have to look at it from our point of view ... etc", basically the standard excuse of anyone who utterly fails in their duties. If there is any indication a senior manager or someone at Hilton looks at this and solves the problem, it would be worth staying at, given the positives. In its current state when getting your room cleaned is a fight, no way.

Der Zimmerservice kam am nächsten Tag nicht, auch nicht nach Anruf und Vereinbarung. Fenster war undicht. Es kommt Kälte und Lärm rein. Die Aussicht aus dem Zimmer ist eine große Baustelle. Im Badezimmer waren am Boden überall Haare. Ekelhaft.

This was the cleanest hotel in which I’ve ever stayed in the world. We are so fortunate to have found rooms. Travelling here with two teenage boys we all got great sleep. I would give this 6 stars out of five because of the location, cleanliness, comfort of the beds, shower pressure and breakfast. And there was no noise at night like in the middle of old town. Being a titanium elite at Marriott I’ve stayed at many hotels. Never like this. A true diamond in old town Prague!

Personel çok nazikti. Giriş saatinden çok çok önce gitmemize rağmen odamızın hazır olduğunu söyleyip, hemen giriş işlemlerimizi yaptılar. Oda temizliğimizi yapan Dasha'nın küçük notu ve gülmr emojisini havluların üzerine koyması çok şirindi. Temizlik kesinlikle harikaydı. Her katta içme suyu çeşmesi ( still ve sparkling) ve buz olması çok iyi düşünülmüştü. Suyumuz bittikçe gidip doldurabildik. Lokasyon süperdi, her yere yürüyerek gidebildik. Hemen karşısında gece 23.00 e kadar açık bir.süpermarket vardı. Kahvaltı çok çok iyiydi.

Stayed 4 nights as a family of three. Good parts: Location, room cleaning services, spa/pool available. Not so good parts: pool/spa area is rather small for a hotel that big. Rooms are a bit dated. Bad parts: AC was not working in February, it was hot inside, and opening a window did not help. Overpriced breakfast - 550p/p is not worth, a mediocre selection of hot/cold meals. Within 100 meters you can find top-notch breakfast restaurants and spend less. No EV charging available in the parking lot, and parking costs are high. Just across the street there is a public parking Celnice that costs 100czk/day less and has EV charging. Overall, I think if you are not on a business trip and pay from your own pocket - there are better options to consider.

We stayed 30 October-2nd November. Hotel is in an excellent central location, perfect. However the bed was very hard and not comfy and the shower was temperamental. Overall, 7/10 stay, major pro is the location, but the room was far from perfect.

Everthing was overally not bad. However room's view was so terrible. I could not open the curtain during 3 days because other close rooms. In addition, even though I requested higher room twice, my room was 3rd floor.

Flott hotell, sentrumsnært. Store, fine rom med god plass på badet. Sengen var altfor hard for vår smak. Prisen på frokosten står ikke i forhold til det man får, men når det er sagt så er det god orden i spisesalen.

The hotel was wonderful, but they need to train their check-in/out staff better! The gentlemen checking us in, demanded my passport, which was in my backpack, which was in the car, which was in the parking garage. I explained that we’ve been traveling all over Europe for three months and never had a hotel that required a passport as my American drivers license, always sufficed. He refused to check us in until I offered an electronic copy of my passport on my phone. During our checkout, the young lady tried to charge me for our room again, which was already prepaid before we checked in. She kept arguing with me that it wasn’t and finally she called the reservation office and they confirmed that it was prepaid. She admitted her mistake and only charged me for the hotel city tax. If I had not pushed the issue, she would’ve charged my card again and then I would’ve been required to request a refund for the overcharge. The room was very comfortable, the air conditioner worked very well, and the breakfast buffet had a wonderful selection to include made to order omelettes and eggs.

Perfect location at the foot of Old Town. Surrounded by charm and interesting architecture. Concierge service excellent. The hotel service was excellent in all departments. Loved the oversized and lush bath towels. Food extremely good. Located close to night life and other attractions and historic sites. We can’t wait to go back and will stay there again.

I wouldn’t recommend anyone look elsewhere apart from the Hilton Prague Old Town. Amazing location, easy to get to from the subway and a short walk to the shopping, restaurants, and sightseeing. Modern and clean rooms, great breakfast and super friendly staff.

Friendly and welcoming staff. The hotel is well situated in Old Town with easy walking distance to pretty much everything in and around the city centre. The hotel itself is well maintained and has a luxurious feel throughout, including the room. Cannot comment on the other hotel facilities such as the restaurant, as we spent days out from morning to evening taking in all Prague has to offer. A great place to stay to enjoy visiting Prague, will stay again in the future.
