Nice room, no parking other than public lots despite what is stated in the description on Expedia. The hotel provides customers with a reference to a public parking lot for $38/day, which is $6/day more than what we paid at another public lot. Also, be careful if you plan to use the hotel laundry service as it is VERY expensive. As in over $5.00 PER SOCK (not per pair).

Clearly well located property in the heart of historic Prague. The staffis overall friendly but will require training. At the time of our visit the property was undergoing construction, a fact that was not noted in the property description. The breakfast area onder a temorary tent does not quite live up to expectations. The 4 star rating is a bit forward looking.

Generous size room, good shower. I was made to feel welcome and liked the location. It felt safe as a solo female traveller and was very central. I would stay here again. There were building works taking place when I visited so finding the way in was confusing but I think it would usually be more straightforward. I also didn't have breakfast on site for this reason so can't comment on the food.

Excellent hotel with very friendly staff. The hotel appears to have undergone recent renovations. They were still doing some work when we arrived and the morning after but the noise was acceptable. Overall, excellent hotel in an excellent location.

Es war OK. Der Hof ist schön gemacht. Die Lage ist top und es ist sauber. Der Aufzug hat teilweise nicht funktioniert, das Hotel hat zimmer auf verschiedenen korridoren die allerdings nicht verbunden sind. Heißt, steigt mal ausversehen in den falschen Aufzug kann man auf dieser Ebene nicht in sein Zimmer sondern muss nochmal zur Rezeption und in den andere Aufzug, was schon Recht mühsam ist

There was a lot of construction going on which we were not informed about until the day before we left. We were woken up at 06:30 everyday by construction workers with power tools. We did complain but this did not improve. Our room had been renovated but our bathroom had not. Good location and rooms are nicely decorated but Overall disappointed.

The hotel is ok in every term but has the potential to get much better with some touch. Rooms are newly decorated but bathrooms are old. Housekeeping was very poor. They forgot to restock the tea and coffee for instance. Reception staff was great! Breakfast area can be cozier and tea and coffee quality can be much better.

Lever absolut inte upp till 5 stjärnor. Högst genomsnittligt. Städning inte gjord när vi kom tillbaka till rummet vid 17 utan fick vi be om. Inga ”självklarheter” på rummet såsom bomull, tops etc. Rörig frukost där borden är utspridda i massa rum och skrymslen i hela bottenvåningen.

Wir waren begeistert. Schönes, zentrales, sauberes Hotel. Frühstückbuffet war großartig. Selten so ein abwechslungsreiches und hochwertiges Buffet erlebt. Danke nochmals für das tolle Zimmer! Aufenthalt war vom 13.bis 15.8.. Alles zu Fuß in ein paar Minuten erreichbar. Danke für Ihre Gastfreundschaft.

Hotel Leonardo & Bookquet was fabulous! The staff was so friendly and helpful. The location was wonderful and walkable to everything we wanted to visit. The room was beautiful,looking out over the river and Prague Castle.

Very nice hotel in the heart of prague. Newöy renovated and very nice staff. The beds were however horribly hard and there were alot of noice waking us up every night from the streets below.

We stayed in the Bookquet and the room was new, modern, and clean. However, the layout of the room was poor with few places to put bags/clothes and nowhere to hang shower towels or hand towels in the bathroom. Further, the shower did not drain as needed to support the flow so our feet were in ~1inch of water within the shower. I advised the hotel staff twice regarding this issue, but they informed it could not be fixed because of the slope of the drain.

Everything about this hotel was 10/10. The staff are lovely, the location is perfect, and the place itself is wonderful. The room was super spacious, and the bed was nice and big. There was a great selection for breakfast too, plus the option for fresh eggs. Highly recommend. Will definitely stay again if we come back to Prague in the future!

Great location near river and not to far from Charles bridge. Nice quiet hotel with large rooms. Room was very comfortable with air con, coffee tea , minibar, safe, lovely seated area and desk as well as black out curtains. Staff in Breakfast area are very helpful and polite. Breakfast had a great choice of fruit, salmon, vegetables and omelette made for you. Very clean and relaxing hotel but also not far from the old town and bridge which is so much busier. Check in / out all very easy- the hotel does have it own app if you want to use it

I stayed at Hotel Leonardo 2 nights prior to my group tour. In both cases, the rooms were too hot (80 degrees) and the staff was unable to turn off the heat. Breakfasts were delicious! Very convenient to the Charles Bridge, National Theater, tram, Black Light Theater, etc.

No air conditioning, no Fan , no windows to get fresh air!! The heating was on and there was no way to turn a fan or cooler on, too hot at nights. Not a comfortable weather inside the room. They should not mislead by saying it has air conditioning, as there is no control over the temperature and they should put a fan at least! Not happy with my stay and will not book this hotel again!

A well situated hotel perfect for exploring the city on foot. the upgraded rooms are excellent in the Bookquet part of the hotel but the older rooms are badly in need of refurbishment, carpets are worn and the decor is tired. There was a mix up with our rooms but it was sorted. We were given a family room as they had no twin rooms left. The shower was over the bath and the bath was so high that I had difficulty getting in and out of it. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were very helpful and friendly. If I was to visit Prague again, I would definitely stay there but I would make sure to book a room in the Bookquet part.

The location is great. The hotel was close to Charles Bridge and just behind hotel you get excellent view of Prague Castle. Breakfast had a wonderful variety of foods and was always good. The staff at breakfast and the front desk were accommodating and friendly. We asked for extra night and front desk rate was higher than Expedia rate so added extra night via Expedia. The reason for not giving 5 stars was that our room was in the attic so there were two dormer windows that were very small. For some reason we weren’t able to get the temperature right for sleeping at night. Although we had a cool breeze from the windows, the room was on warmer side during the night.

Great location, but found it to be a bit of a tourist trap. Charged €50/night for an extra person and tried to charge us for socks that we didn’t take from the room- after I checked out no less. Ended up getting the socks refunded but seems like they’ll try to take advantage of you if you’re English-speaking. Otherwise, good hotel in a great location.

We loved our stay in this well-located classy boutique hotel that is so close to everything--starting with the Charles Bridge. Special thanks to the Assistant Manager Hendrick who was helpful, knowledgeable and very professional. This is a charming hotel with a classy flare. I’ve now been to Prague a couple of times, and Bookquet is by far the best hotel. Great location - close to things you want to see and tram stations for things a little farther afield. Room was delightful. And, Hendrix was as SO GREAT!! I accidentally left my phone on a train, and he expertly helped us navigate to the spot we could get it. I highly recommend this hotel!

There was a great selection for breakfast too, plus the option for fresh eggs. Highly recommend. Will definitely stay again if we come back to Prague in the future!

Great location in old town that’s a couple minutes walk from Charles Street Bridge and 10 mins from the main square & clock. Beautiful common areas in the hotel with both inside and outside seating. Renovated part of the hotel has gorgeous, large rooms.

The location is great. The hotel was close to Charles Bridge and just behind hotel you get excellent view of Prague Castle. Breakfast had a wonderful variety of foods and was always good. The staff at breakfast and the front desk were accommodating and friendly. We asked for extra night and front desk rate was higher than Expedia rate so added extra night via Expedia. The reason for not giving 5 stars was that our room was in the attic so there were two dormer windows that were very small. For some reason we weren’t able to get the temperature right for sleeping at night. Although we had a cool breeze from the windows, the room was on warmer side during the night.

You enter property from main street (not back side street due to construction). We were able to take the bus from airport then metro to old town. On corner where metro/subway comes to street is the main street. You can walk to hotel or take the tram. The tram by hotel takes you everywhere you need to go (22). Charles Bridge is only a few steps away. Easy Check in & out. No breakfasts due to construction. Easy lift to floors with luggage.

Clearly well located property in the heart of historic Prague. The staffis overall friendly but will require training. At the time of our visit the property was undergoing construction, a fact that was not noted in the property description. The breakfast area onder a temorary tent does not quite live up to expectations. The 4 star rating is a bit forward looking.

Very pleasant hotel, quiet, and with excellent facilities (comfortable beds and spacious rooms). When I stayed, they were renovating the restaurant area, so breakfast service was not available. It wasn't easy to find a nearby place for breakfast. However, there are plenty of options nearby for lunch and dinner.

Lever absolut inte upp till 5 stjärnor. Högst genomsnittligt. Städning inte gjord när vi kom tillbaka till rummet vid 17 utan fick vi be om. Inga ”självklarheter” på rummet såsom bomull, tops etc. Rörig frukost där borden är utspridda i massa rum och skrymslen i hela bottenvåningen.

Wir waren begeistert. Schönes, zentrales, sauberes Hotel. Frühstückbuffet war großartig. Selten so ein abwechslungsreiches und hochwertiges Buffet erlebt. Danke nochmals für das tolle Zimmer! Aufenthalt war vom 13.bis 15.8.. Alles zu Fuß in ein paar Minuten erreichbar. Danke für Ihre Gastfreundschaft.

Beautiful hotel, looks and smells gorgeous as you step inside and immediately takes you to a place of calm! We only stayed one night on a road trip of Europe but we really enjoyed it. It’s perfectly central to old town, everything is walkable. The beds are great and room was super spacious. We had a great time!

We stayed at this hotel for two nights. It is a wonderful hotel, so close to all of the landmarks you want to see in Prague. It has air conditioning which was super important because we stayed during the summer and this is a very hot summer. The room was a good size, the beds were comfortable. Breakfast that was included in the nightly price was amazing. It was a large spread with anything you may want for breakfast. I would definitely stay in this hotel again.
