Really enjoyable stay. The executive room was spacious, comfortable and had everything we would want other than a bath sheet as the towels that were provided were small and not fluffy. Great location and great bar with friendly and professional service.

Helemaal niet OK was de zeer onpersoonlijke, verwelkoming. U kan hier on-line inloggen, zonder een woordje uitleg over Rotterdam. Het eerste was je in de ochtend krijgt is "hoe kan je snel uitloggen " ipv het onbijt & koffie staat klaar voor u.

Goed hotel, maar de kostprijs van de parking, daar moeten ze transparanter in zijn bij de boeking en/of als je belt en info hierover vraagt. Super veel geld 22,5 euro/dag. Wel goed centraal gelegen. Weinig tot geen kastruimte om je kledij in op te bergen.

Tout est parfait! Tout est beau , propre, pratique. Les petits détails sont au rendez vous. On est vraiment dans le centre et le fait de pouvoir garer sa voiture , c’ est super aussi . L’ option sauna , génial . La chambre au 11 eme etage a une vue à couper le souffle

Very good hotel but extremely busy on Saturday night (next to entertainment district). Although it features a parking, the 12 spots were taken by 3pm (2 cars on 4 spots no one bothered to have moved) and we ended up parking at the municipal parking at 5 min walk and 30 euros later.

Ruime kamer met mooi uitzicht vanaf de 7e verdieping. Goede bedden en uitgebreid ontbijt. Vriendelijke medewerkers. Kamer had stuk schoner gekund. Wc was niet schoon, kruimels op de vloer van de kamer en stof op nachtkastje. Vlekken op badkamerdeur.

The location of the property is good. The rooms are not very clean . In my room the carpet was extremely dirty and stained. I called the staff to the room who promised to get it cleaned but nothing happened. There was a strong smell of sewage in the Toilet. I was informed that it was a temporary issue

This hotel is perfectly located; it's walking distance to everything - dining, shopping, museums, plus the Metro and Tram stops are just outside the hotel. We booked a Tower Executive room and it was large, comfortable, clean, plenty of storage space, with an amazing view and ample bathroom; the elevator was always quick to arrive. The access to the breakfast area was not great (kind of dark tunnel), but the breakfast was very good. Will definitively recommend

Breakfast was very good but quality of staff at breakfast was extremely poor, no one spoke Dutch and even quality of English was not good. At a certain point waiter dropped bread on the ground took it with his hands and went back to put it on the buffet. During our 4 nights stay room was only cleaned once. Room was nice and spacious but the bed was small and not comfortable.

The good - location good, quiet area, good breakfast options, most staff friendly, duvet, pillows and mattress all comfortable. The bad - the curtains/lampshade in the room had stains on, the windows are not well soundproofed so you can hear traffic, there are no blackout curtains so it was BRIGHT early in the morning! We requested an extra pillow, they didn't have any. We requested an extra duvet, they didn't have one so gave us a sheet. I would probably stay again if they had blackout curtains although I do think it's overpriced

The hotel's location is excellent. It's within walking distance of the city center and there are tram and metro stops nearby. Our room was ample in size, and we found no issues with its cleanliness. My only negative criticism about the hotel was that the room was cold. There's air conditioning in the room, but you can't adjust it to your desired temperature. There's a default temperature, which you can only adjust by -/+3°C. Even though we set the temperature to the maximum, we were still cold in the room.

It was a wonderful experience and i should call that room a honeymoon view the luxe room . You can see almost the whole of Rotterdam city especially at night. Im satisfied and sure coming back again!!!

The single rooms are old and worn. The rooms are very cold, especially the bathrooms, which do not have underfloor heating. There are single-pane windows and a radiator that works only occasionally. Bring woolen clothes!

I booked the hotel with breakfast buffet for our group of 3 people but didn’t get the breakfast. When we checked it, the front desk lady told us the breakfast started at 7am on weekdays and 7:30am at weekends. We would leave the hotel around 7:30am on Saturday so I asked if possible to get breakfast earlier. She said unfortunately no. On Saturday when we checked out, another staff told us actually they could have provided packaged breakfast if they knew we were leaving earlier than the breakfast time. The young lady was a new hire so she didn’t know that. I am very disappointed that the staff was not well trained. I wonder if possible I can get the fees paid for the breakfast back?

Very comfortable and clean, perfect for our short break. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the accommodation is located in the city centre so it is easy to explore the city, and there are lots of shops and eateries within a short walking distance. Would happily stay again!

My stay was let down by a very unhelpful and rude member of the bar staff. I have a food allergy and asked for the allergen list. He stated that they don't have one... He wasn't at all interested in helping and claimed that none of the food had the allergen that I have (false). His attitude was one of I don't want to help, I don't want to look for the list, tough!

The lack of a reception desk makes checking in and out frustrating and the staff that the have to help you could benefit from some client interaction training. Its a nice hotel in a good city center location, but let down by the staff attitudes.

When we are in Rotterdam this is usually the spot where we stay. The location is outstanding. Near public transportation, station, restaurants and stores. Customer service very good and really friendly. Rooms very adequate with a good bathroom. A keeper!

There were issues with the hotel check in system which caused a delay to accessing our room. One member of staff was quite rude when telling us this, however all other staff members were helpful. We had a room by the lift which was noisy at times.

Self-check but the staff are very laid-back :) Many times there is no one at the lobby to serve. Coffee machine is shut down in the lobby. Sparkling water is just normal still water. There was a staff being busy with another couple checking in ( while I got no assist at all when I check in ). I request to get my luggage and he asked me to sit down first. Waited 10 mins and turned out he’s forgot my request and freely chatting with the senior manager. I stood closer and the manager gave him a hint. Saw me but then continued to chat then slowly went to take a wrong luggage to me. No apologises whatsoever. It was late at 12am and I just wanted to m shower and sleep since I had a very early meeting. Meanwhile the (suppose) senior manager just bounces every request to others by saying : you can find my colleague. He just sat at the bar and drank while there were more than 1 group of guests in need. Not sure why and they did not clean our room at the second last night with the cleaning card hanged outside. ( we left in the morning ) Another room’s guest put their finished meal in the corridor for collection but it was there whole day/night. Good location and facilities but poor service.

Parking was easy on site, walkable to all we needed. Skate park across the street a little sketchy at night. During the day it was fine. Easy drive to the UNESCO wind mill site. So worth driving to.

Within walking distance from the Central Station, Bilderberg Parkhotel Rotterdam was so convenient. I lovely Hotel, really clean with lots of amenities, with a metro station literally within 50 yards of the hotel. The Maritime Museum is close by as well as the old harbour, the cubist houses and the food market. We really enjoyed our time in Rotterdam, and staying at this hotel made it for us. The staff could not do enough for us.

This hotel is perfectly located; it's walking distance to everything - dining, shopping, museums, plus the Metro and Tram stops are just outside the hotel. We booked a Tower Executive room and it was large, comfortable, clean, plenty of storage space, with an amazing view and ample bathroom; the elevator was always quick to arrive. The access to the breakfast area was not great (kind of dark tunnel), but the breakfast was very good. Will definitively recommend

Very good hotel but extremely busy on Saturday night (next to entertainment district). Although it features a parking, the 12 spots were taken by 3pm (2 cars on 4 spots no one bothered to have moved) and we ended up parking at the municipal parking at 5 min walk and 30 euros later.

The hotel was very nice clean and modern! Our room was spacious and very quiet. We appreciated the room after a long flight. The staff was top notch. We ate dinner at the restaurant in the hotel. We both did not enjoy the food or the limited selection of the menu. We don’t recommend the restaurant.

Breakfast was very good but quality of staff at breakfast was extremely poor, no one spoke Dutch and even quality of English was not good. At a certain point waiter dropped bread on the ground took it with his hands and went back to put it on the buffet. During our 4 nights stay room was only cleaned once. Room was nice and spacious but the bed was small and not comfortable.

I had a great stay at the Bilderberg park hotel, couldn’t have been more happy with the room (huge and with a great view) and with the amenities. The location is excellent - right next to museum park and walking distance to many sights of central Rotterdam. The lovely sauna and great breakfast were also appreciated.

Hotel and rooms are really clean. Close to central station and shopping areas.staff especially one young gentleman was very helpful. our AC and mini fridge didn't work. they brought fans for us and complimented with breakfast. Breakfast had amazing varieties. Totally recommend this place.
