Room was clean and the general vicinity was well kept. Even though the pool was advertised as part of the amenities, it was still covered up in the middle of April. Some members of staff were more helpful than others. I was especially pleased with our checkout staff. They went above and beyond to get an item we left in the closet to us at the train station! Breakfast is gourmet and that alone will keep me coming back. Overall, a pleasant stay. Thanks!

We always look forward to stopping at Villa Neroli on working trips as it’s super convenient amd comfortable. Easy to park, check-in amd relax in the sauna or get a work out in the gym. Dinner is always delicious, breakfast has good options. The service is prompt and kind. The location is perfect for biz travelers as well as tourists who want to see all but stay away from the crowds amd confusion.

Beautiful area and room very clean. However, the airport shuttle was extremely expensive although it seemed it would be included. Restaurant did not have many dinner options. Staff was condescending at times.
