We always look forward to stopping at Villa Neroli on working trips as it’s super convenient amd comfortable. Easy to park, check-in amd relax in the sauna or get a work out in the gym. Dinner is always delicious, breakfast has good options. The service is prompt and kind. The location is perfect for biz travelers as well as tourists who want to see all but stay away from the crowds amd confusion.

This is one of a small chain of hotels run by Places of Charme. It's first class throughout - quiet, classy, and with tasteful new furnishings, large rooms, and an excellent breakfast. The swimming pool is well managed, with a pool bar, and the beds have movable shades to shield your head from the sun. We stayed in 9 places during our 3 week visit to Italy and this was one of the best - I'd be happy to stay there again.

Great property! Breakfast was delicious! The pool was unfortunately closed during our stay, but overall great hotel that is a 15 min drive from downtown Florence. We had our own car and were able to park on site.

Absolutely phenomenal staff. Hotel is beautiful with a smell of rose petals and jasmine. Facilities and rooms are clean and comfortable. My recommendations: Work on the Spa. Much can be improved to make this place a superb villa. The pool side needs some attention. Gym and spa hours are limiting to be an outstanding spa. I would extend the hours to 10pm. The restaurant's food is ever so delicious. They even let you juice your own juice. The business area could be developed a bit but the meeting rooms are amazing. Overall this could be a 4.9-5.0 star stay with some minor improvements

The building itself could yse some work. The carpets need replaced in the hallways. The walls in our room needed cleaned or painted, partially the bathroom. Comfortable beds and quiet atmosphere.

Got upgraded to a suite after booking a room for 3 & the room was great!! The windows opened to a lovely view of the green landscape & also the pool outside. Beds were comfortable & everything was very clean. Had to use an adaptor for their hair dryer which I thought was funny. You can tell things are new. Only recommendation is glasses for the room would have been nice. Breakfast was included & was very good!!

Newly improved interior - everything is clean, shiny and new. Breakfast is really good. We had 3 rooms, all three have slightly different layout. One of them had tiny toilet comparing to other two. Otherwise everything else was almost perfect. If you want to stay near Florance - it's the place.

Average hotel. More like a 3 star. Rude management. Did not have clean towels when we checked in. Staff apologizes and said they would send new ones. Did not come until next day. When we ordered a taxi from the room they said it would be there in 5 mins. Come to the lobby and no one has ordered one. When we questioned as to why this is the case, the manager rudely jumped in and shouted it would be here now in 5 minutes and that there is no difference. Not one apology. Many better hotels around. Florence is beautiful and very welcoming. This hotel is not.

The hotel is clean and quiet, not good for walking anywhere, the city is about a 15 -20 minute cab ride away. We intentionally chose a place further away for relaxation, as this was a midpoint in our trip. The front desk staff were not the friendliest and got rude when we had an issue with them regarding something which i will describe below. The food was good and Ben was an amazing server. Now the issue, in Europe, we have travelled a decent amount and we are aware that you need to put the room card in the wall for electricity to work. They apparently use the system (a light is outside the door if the card is pushed in the slot) to determine their ability to walk into your room unannounced, no knocking, calling out, etc. The room had already been cleaned that morning, this was early afternoon, you can imagine my surprise when i had ran back to the room, in the middle of the day, therefore no lights were needed and had just come out of the bathroom and was grabbing my things (in my bathing suit and cover up) to have a 30 something year old man walk in unannounced and not even wearing a hotel shirt. He was shocked to see me and immediately closed the door. I walked out to the hallway, I asked him what he needed. He indicated that he worked for the hotel and offered no explanation, just left. I went to the front desk and explained the situation to them and they were rude and said it was there policy to trust the light. I think they should at least knock but thats me

Villa Neroli exceeded our expectations. The service and cleanliness were superb. We had a very early morning flight from Florence. The hotel packed us breakfast to go at 6:00 AM which was greatly appreciated. I have never seen other hotels do that. Very satisfied and this will be our first choice to stay if we ever visit Florence again.

I would not recommend Villa Neroli. The worst part was the bar and dining. Mainly the arrogant manager; at least he acted like the manager. The staff for the most part was not welcoming and we could not wait to leave. We loved everything else about Florence!

We loved our stay at Villa Neroli. The staff was kind and helpful, the breakfast was great, and the location, though outside the center of Florence was great. Taking the bus from the hotel was easier than we thought it would be, and it was actually preferable to driving, as parking in Florence is very difficult.

Great hotel, good for the end of our stay when we were tired and a bit over the tourism. It’s around a 25 minute uber from the city center and 35 minute bus ride. Thought it was nice, the most comfortable bed out of all of our hotels and had a decent gym. Only odd thing is we had a weird pump noise in room 114 that would wake us up often though and the toilet would smell poorly of sewage at times.

Great hotel, good staff, clean and the best of all if you got a rented car they have parking in the hotel. Although is limited be there early and then just Uber or taxi through the city which is very convinient and easy. If you need to go to wineries you can just call reception and have them get you a car which they offered. LOVED my stay will be back

This was my favorite hotel of the 4 we stayed at on our 2-week trip. It is about a 10-15 min to the historic city center which made the property quiet and serene; a great place to relax after busy days shopping and touring. We stayed for 5 days and our room was kept clean the entire time. The staff was extremely helpful getting us cabs quickly whenever we asked. Breakfast was a very nice spread and one night we had dinner at the restaurant as well and the food was amazing. One of my favorites for our whole stay in Florence. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything was just perfect. My heart was heavy when checking out from this hotel. I have already made plans to return in fall. The breakfast is superb and offers most of the delicacies one can ask for. You can even make your own juice from the veggies and fruits provided! The restaurant keeps a high class and serves food you would get in a top rated restaurant in Stockholm. The scenery to sit and ingest this fine food in the garden of the hotel was a serene experience . Despite the calm and quiet placement of the hotel it is easy to get downtown with a bus or taxi. The room we had was modern and clean with a well equipped bathroom. The parking was free of charge and had charging stations for electric cars. Simply perfect. I will be back!
