St. Regis properties never disappoint. The staff were phenomenal as always. The breakfast was a great way to start the day. And the cocktails from the Winter Garden were amazing (the Klimt was to die for). My only complaint was the shower, in an otherwise perfect room, it was small and cramped. The shower head was too low and I would hit my head (I’m 6’ on a good day).

This is a very oppulent, luxurious hotel. It was sited within walking distance of all the main sites, the bedroom was clean and generous. This is the premier hotel in Florence. After staying at other properties in prior visits to Florence, this is by far the best service and experience. The river view and proximity to the best restaurants and shopping is fantastic. The staff is meticulous with details and friendly upon every request.
