Hotel was renovated and lots of new a fresh paint. No breakfast at this time. Bed in room was comfortable, but desk chair was not. A comfortable sitting chair is needed. Be aware of parking lot is littered with cigarette butts. No dedicated area to smoke and not butt can. Not appealing

It was OK. Things were not as clean as other places ive stayed. The pool looked dirty like needed a good bottom clean and there wre big rolls of stuff around it like for some soon to be done work or something.

Rooms are nice. Some of the guests are obviously homeless or down trodden and looking to move in for a long period of time. Some rougher looking folks around the property. Great food all around and plenty of parking.

I really enjoyed the friendliness upon my arrival to check in, they were very kind and courteous, and the lobby smelled amazing. My room was nice, very up today, however, the bed is definitely uncomfortable they need new mattresses, when I call to ask for towels the next day I was questioning about my request, however they did bring them. I saw a roach and the bedroom part, that pertured me a little bit to think that I could be bringing roaches home with me. However, all in all it was a pleasant stay, but y'all could do something about the parking lot absolutely horrible as far as parking late night. Thank you

Was an okay room for an overnight stay. Bedside table had beverage circles and spill residue. I travel with clorox wipes, so took care of that.Rest of room appeared cleaned. Looks like updated recently. No tissues in room. No clock in room. Hallway carpet was worn. No mention in website that at this time, they have no breakfast of any kind.i know its winter and outside pool was obviously closed. But had a sign saying closed per DHEC. Thats concerning.

My husband and i stayed 2 nights the first night i noticed on the bathroom sink there was a bar of used soap the second night i was going to warm up my sleep mask in the microwave but when i went to open the door a roach ran out from under the microwave so i didnt use it!! The property suited our needs for our trip. Staff was friendly, parking was available, and good location. Our dislikes were that it was no frills. No decorations in the room, very few outlets, poor lighting, not very clean, old refrigerator, and a noisy air conditioner. We had a few bugs as we were on the first floor. Wifi didn't work and we learned that the instructions we were given were wrong.

We stayed here after the USC football game. The problems we ran into were 1. The beds are VERY firm. If you don’t enjoy a firm mattress, this is not the place for you. 2. Our toilet was clogged upon arriving. When we called the front desk we were told there was no plunger on site and we’d have to wait until morning to see if someone could fix it. By then we were checking out so very inconvenient. 3. The breakfast was subpar. Would stay somewhere else in the future.

Looks like recently remodeled from perhaps apts or townhomes. Spacious room. Super clean. Bed was amazingly comfortable and so were the pillows. There was only one garbage bin, no towel holders. But that did not bother me. Enjoyed my stay.

This hotel has obviously been recently renovated and it looks quite nice. Unfortunately, our room didn’t seem to be quite finished. There were no towel bars, no hooks, no iron or board, no hairdryer, one very small soap dish in the shower, two of the tiny soaps to last us 3 days, and very stark room with no decorations. The bed was quite hard and the sheets were that cheap microfiber that sticks to everything. ALL that said, the people were nice and the area seemed fine. Just really an incredibly no-frills experience.

Stayed here for 4 days and i must say it was wonderful!! Shops and lots of food options around the area. Rooms were clean. Only downside was the shower water pressure very low and water was more on the cold side even turning all the way to hot. Other than that the rooms are very spacious and beds very comfortable!!!

I arrived at the property at 3:30. The time to check in is 3:00pm. I was told my room would not be ready until 4:30. This is just plain ridiculous. I say that because check out is 11:00am. They have 4 hours to get your room ready. They expect you to be out by 11:00 am. No if ands or buts. But you want get a discount fir getting into to your room hours after check in.

I recently booked a stay here for March 3rd-March 7th. I was flying in from out of town on a redeye and would be checking in March 4th at 6am, so I booked the prior day so I would have a place to sleep after my flight instead of having to wait until 3pm to check in if I had booked the room for the 7th. Once I got to the hotel I was notified that they had no showed my reservation and cancelled it. Meaning that I had to pay for that night I didn’t stay in the room + a an additional charge and if I wanted a room I would “have to rebook the room with their higher rates and they wouldn’t honor the previous rates”. After checking the new rates they were higher than other comparable hotels in the area, when I initially booked it that was not the case. When I arrived at the hotel I was also shocked by the quality and condition compared to the pictures they show.

There were some unique features in this hotel I really liked! The rooms had tile floors that you could tell were nice and clean. There were motion sensitive nightlights - not enough light to be bothersome, but plenty to see your way to the bathroom. And the breakfast included mac and cheese, which I would not have thought of as a breakfast food but tasted great with eggs. A very nice, friendly staff as well!

Very basic, nice room and clean. Breakfast was prepackaged muffins and a bottled water in a paper bag. Don't suggest staying on second floor, you can hear every step on the floor above you. Facility was clean.

I arrived late and left early. More typical than unusual for Quality Inn & Suites the hotel was difficult to find and the sign out front was low to the ground and not easily spotted. It was clean mainly because it was recently renovated. No carpeting in the room the breakfast was a paper bag with a bag of peanuts, 2 cupcakes and a bottle of water.
