We had an exceptional experience at this beautiful, state-of-the-art hotel. From the moment we arrived, everything felt fresh, thoughtfully designed, and impeccably maintained. The lobby alone sets the tone—modern, elegant, and welcoming. Our room was spacious, spotless, and outfitted with smart features that made the stay feel effortless. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the technology intuitive, and the attention to detail truly impressive. The staff deserves a special mention: warm, professional, and genuinely eager to help. Every interaction felt personalized, and their pride in this new property really shines through. The most incredible stay! I never wanted to leave the hotel. The staff went so above and beyond in every aspect - I felt so spoiled every single of my time here. Collegio is definitely worth its price tag and is such a dreamy way to experience Florence!!
