For the price, which was rather inexpensive comparably, was fine for the night and allowed pets. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. There was a mix up and we were put in a room that was in the middle of having repairs completed, however, it did not interfere with our stay. Check in was completed quickly by a friendly young man. Check out was easy, however, the older gentleman could have been friendlier. The property could use some updating and the grass needed to be cut.

This hotel is a no-frills place to stay. Good WiFi, Plenty of parking. Everything in the room was functional and clean. I did not find any bugs when I looked. I do pest control for a living and regularly make a habit of looking for bugs in the bed and room. Water was at the low end of what I consider hot. The floor will make your feet dirty if you walk on it barefoot. There are stains on various things... typical in this level of hotel. Hotel was quiet, bed was comfortable and I would stay here again when traveling to or through Mobile. There is a McDonald's next door, a Cracker Barrel around the corner and a dozen other restaurants nearby. WalMart and Sam's are right down the feeder road as well.

All the staff were very friendly, and the room was nice and clean, and in good repair. Parking in front of rooms, very short walk. Very enjoyable stay.

Microwave didn't work properly. My first room didn't have a mirror in the bathroom. They moved to a room with a useless microwave that didn't open . Dry rotted curtains and mold on the lamp shades

Tucked away behind a McDonalds and a defunct candy manufacturer, and across the street from a boarded-up extended stay motel, the area was super sketchy. The room was clean, although a little rough around the edges (sloppy paint job, gaps in the bathroom that should have been caulked, holes in the bedspread). The parking lot was filthy....lots of trash that could/should be picked up with even a little effort. Service was good. Management was attentive to request for fresh towels. We booked for 4 nights. You'll not want to spend 2 nights here.

The hotel was decent for the price. No extra fees or deposits like some hotels require once you get there. The room was clean, as were the towels/cloths. I didn't even really get to sleep in the bed due to work, just a few naps on top, but the comforter seemed clean. Didn't see any pests/insects. The TV worked as well as the remotes for the TV. The fridge and microwave worked. There was a puddle of water right in front of the door when I entered, but was determined to be from someone unplugging the fridge and ice melting..... But the attendant immediately brought towels and mop and got it up. Area was decent, and mostly quiet, as we're other guests. It's just off the highway but not a high traffic area. And just a couple minutes away from restaurants, shopping and a Walmart if you need anything. Only about 12 minute drive to the downtown/convention center area. Again, this was pretty good for the price. I'd stay here again if I had to come back to Mobile for work.

There was no remote in room the tv did not work. The fridge in the room was disgusting. When making the front desk aware of situation it was if they had a problem that I were unsatisfied with the conditions. The area is nice and convenient but hotel was poorly operated needs up dating and better staff 3/10 recommend

The area has declined over the years, but to make matters worse there’s either bed bugs or fleas in beds. The entire bedding was dingy and the hotel all together needs a renovation. The guy at the front desk was polite, but that’s about the only pro.

Toilets didn't work, no sink plugs, laminate flooring, outside covered in trash. Smells. I did get out of my 3 night stay and was only charged for one night, so that was good. By, i hardly arrowroot the one night i did stay.

The room was terribly dirty. Linens were dirty, have black color flakes, although they claimed that they wash and change them daily. Some pillow even have mold. Yuck! The room floor, microwave, and the fridge have food scraps. Finger prints were everywhere.

Loved the rooms was clean and very welcoming everything was just right the staff was just so nice and pelight and i would love to use them again for my further hotel stays love the soap and shampoo dispenser they have i will be letting people know to use this hotel for there stay

I just arrived I knew that I made a bad choice when I entered the lobby and saw that the bathroom came out a strong smell of urine and everything, I let myself be influenced by the other opinions and just failed, it is a dirty place the dirty sheets as soon as I went to bed my body began to itch we did not manage to sleep well because of the mites the television was not useful, the truth is do not come pay a little more elsewhere but you will rest.

Had to wait forever to check in. Bathrooms need work and it is a very small room with hookers next door and shady stuff. Dont go alone and watch your surroundings. Towels were stained and crappy as were sheets

The property appeared to house long term residence. This should be stated in their online information. I was not pleased to wake up on a Sunday morning to loud blasting music from the tent or guest in the next room. There were holes in the window patched up with tape, only smoking room available although it stated otherwise. .

The hotel didnt have my reservation and I had to go through circles to get it resolved. The towels were stained and the walls are paper thin. There is zero water pressure and all you hear is the hwy traffic. The staff was nice though.

There was a mix up and we were put in a room that was in the middle of having repairs completed, however, it did not interfere with our stay. Check in was completed quickly by a friendly young man. Check out was easy, however, the older gentleman could have been friendlier. The property could use some updating and the grass needed to be cut.
For the price, which was rather inexpensive comparably, was fine for the night and allowed pets. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Nice room. Clean & convenient. Easy access from parking area: No waiting for elevators or going up and down long halls. Nothing dirty or out of repair; room arranged nicely & well lit. Staff answered every question and took care of my needs promptly and courteously. Friendly and with a smile. Would stay here again and again.

If you’re looking for quiet, this is not the place. The area is trashy, my room was out dated, paint peeling off the walls, stained sheets, the bathroom sink was clogged. The older man at the counter demanded I let housekeeping in to check the room and give toilet paper and towels. I told him the room was fine and if I need anything I’ll come to the desk and ask. He kept trying to talk me into letting housekeeping in the room and I kept telling him I like my privacy. The next day after 11am he came knocking on my room door and woke me up, I answered and he was standing there with housekeeping. I again told him I was fine and I don’t need anything and he said he needed to check the room. He peeked his head on and looked around and then walked away. I’m really disappointed, when I’m on vacation, I want my privacy and not to feel harassed by staff. Do better next time!

Stay here as a family of 3, the area outside of the hotel was pretty sketchy, the manager was pretty strict about enforcing the rules and making sure that if you are not a guess and paid to stay at the hotel that you were not on the property, which was good since it seems like a lot of uncanny business happens around there. The room was clean, didn't smell like mold, which was great. A bit pricey for what you get but it was ok

McDonald’s is next door, and other restaurants and shopping a walking distance away (although the area is not easily walkable). Some sketchy people staying at the motel were having a screaming match. Worst part was all the trash scattered in the grass around the property, possibly from the nearby highway.

Tucked away behind a McDonalds and a defunct candy manufacturer, and across the street from a boarded-up extended stay motel, the area was super sketchy. The room was clean, although a little rough around the edges (sloppy paint job, gaps in the bathroom that should have been caulked, holes in the bedspread). The parking lot was filthy....lots of trash that could/should be picked up with even a little effort. Service was good. Management was attentive to request for fresh towels. We booked for 4 nights. You'll not want to spend 2 nights here.

Our experience at the Red Roof Inn was incredibly disappointing. Despite booking a non-smoking room, we found smoke burns on the covers. We had planned to stay for two nights but left after just one. Upon arrival, there were no towels in the room. Later, while we were out for dinner, we returned to find police at the Red Roof because of a shooting just two rooms down from ours. Fortunately, we weren't there at the time, but returning to such a scene was distressing. Witnessing others pointing out bullet casings to the police was unsettling. We've decided not to patronize Red Roof Inn again after this disastrous getaway.

The hotel was decent for the price. No extra fees or deposits like some hotels require once you get there. The room was clean, as were the towels/cloths. I didn't even really get to sleep in the bed due to work, just a few naps on top, but the comforter seemed clean. Didn't see any pests/insects. The TV worked as well as the remotes for the TV. The fridge and microwave worked. There was a puddle of water right in front of the door when I entered, but was determined to be from someone unplugging the fridge and ice melting..... But the attendant immediately brought towels and mop and got it up. Area was decent, and mostly quiet, as we're other guests. It's just off the highway but not a high traffic area. And just a couple minutes away from restaurants, shopping and a Walmart if you need anything. Only about 12 minute drive to the downtown/convention center area. Again, this was pretty good for the price. I'd stay here again if I had to come back to Mobile for work.

I stayed here a couple of years ago and was surprised how cleans room were and I came back recently hoping it was the same but unfortunately the room I stayed in was different sheets and towels had stains no soap no shampoo/conditioner was in the room. I had to call couple of times to get this resolved person at front desk kept answering the phone and hanging up. The only good thing about this hotel is if you bring your pet it is free for one pet, but other than that
