I won't be staying here again. This hotel is pretty run down & outdated, minus the furniture & cabinets. My 1st complaint is that the doors weren't very accessable to people with disabilities, There weren't automatic door openers anywhere, so it was extremely hard to enter and exit the building with a wheelchair. The 1st room we were assigned smelled very smokey, despite it being a non-smoking room, and the freezer ice bucket was missing. The hallway of the entire 2nd floor wreaked of smoke. The carpet needs to be deep cleaned or possibly replaced, as well as the walls repainted and fabric fixtures replaced, in order to get the smell out. Luckily, the 2nd room and the 3rd floor were fine. The bed was uncomfortable, and the TV didn't have any streaming abilities. The room was not fully stocked with enough dishes, and it was kind of tacky that they were mismatched. One of the towels was stained with a huge black mark on it, and should've been thrown away and not placed back in a clean room. There were only 2 bath towels in the room and no towels by the pool. We had to request some from the front desk. The hot tub jests were broken. There wasn't a bathroom exhaust fan, which is annoying, so showers steam up the room and you can't clear out bad smells. All of the numers on the telephone were drawn on with a sharpie. No breakfast included, just stuff to buy behind the front desk. It was dumb that parking was $5/night for such a dive. They should at least allow 1 car/room for free.

The hot tub was nice the pool was honestly just filled with dead bugs which kinda sucked but I can understand if there was a few critters in there but there was just more than there should have been. Tried the gym which was nice as I am someone who likes to workout even on vacation. On the way up in the elevator on our first night there was some sort of puke or something in the elevator not really sure what that was about but it was kinda nasty. The room was nice had pretty much everything you needed as well as a little store in the building for your basic needs. A few of the towels were used which kinda threw me off I just asked for more. They also asked me for a $100 deposit which wasn’t listed in the description I’m hoping I get that back because I left the room organized cleaned all my dishes put dirty towels in the laundry basket made sure the garbage was in the garbage for easy cleanup. Other than that it wasn’t bad.

Stay was peaceful room was clean fully stopped to cook in the kitchen. Swimming pool was nice. Hot tub wasn’t working.

Room was clean pool was nice and relaxing hot tub was nice even tho the jets wouldn't work.

$5 charge for parking, that was not mentioned on Hotels. Com or at front desk. This is a regular hotel parking lot that is not near other services, that would be trying to use the lot. I really think Hotels. Com needs to do a better job of including this information in their fees.Room and lobby was very clean. Front desk was friendly and helpful. Handy to places to eat . Coffee in lobby was incredibly BAD!

The girl manager thats there like 24/7 was SO SO NICE and amazing. She was so helpful even when we were needy lol. The pool was cold when we arrived but i told her and she got the heaters going and it warmed up after a day or two. Only bummer of our stay. Some shady guests hanging in parking lot and staying in the hotel but they minded their businesses we minded ours. The room was clean! Some long black hair here and there but fridge and micorwave and bed was clean. Great location. There is $5 per night parking fee. Hot tub was HOT and perfect but only 3 jets. Overall one of the best hotels ive stayed at in AZ. Nice park right behind too.

The hotel was located along side the highway, so you do get a little highway noise inside your room. The main entry is small and you have to be buzzed in, leading you to believe there are concerns about guest security. The front desk clerk was friendly and got us checked in quickly. I was surprised when he told me there was a $5 per night parking fee. The hallways to the rooms were plain and could use some updating. The rooms were spacious, clean and contained all modern amenities. Our room was equipped with a full kitchen, with dishes and silverware. The bathroom was clean, but the caulking around the tub needed to be replaced. The best was fresh, clean and comfortable. All things considered, the price was competitive and we would stay here again.

We have stayed there before and staff was great and rooms clean. Only thing wrong was charging 5.00 to park your car. We were not told about the charge before we arrived. Please let people know ahead of time.. l think charge is wrong for people staying at your hotel.

Could definitely use some work. The outside doors rarely opened with the keycards. Had to keep walking around the property to find a door that would open or wait for someone to open it. At times couldn't get in the front door and nobody was at the front desk. Not sure i would stay at this location again

The suite was well set up with a separate bedroom and kitchen/ living room. It is spacious. There's a huge desk/kitchen table which was perfect for doing work. The A/C unit works well in the main room but the bedroom does get quite warm. There is tons of storage in the bedroom, living room and kitchen. The kitchen has a minimum of dishes but it does get the job done. There is a complimentary laundry area but you need to make a 2-hr block appointment which does fill up every day so book early. Only two of the 4 dryers worked. There is an exercise room that I did not use. A heated pool and gas grills are located outside. A park backs up to the property where you can go for a walk or take your dog but I wouldn't want to go there at night. There is a dog walking area on the property. Breakfast is not an option with the property but complimentary coffee is available all day long. The staff was very friendly.

Had to kill 2 cockroaches in the room, not something that you want to do in your hotel room.

Dirty tables, and towels had brown and red stains, but bed was clean. The halls and the elevator smelled like urine, and the third floor smelled like rotten food. Staff was friendly and parking seemed safe.

So at first glance the hotel room looked really nice. However, as I started moving around and moving things I noticed that the 2 shelves in the bathroom looked like they haven't been wiped down in days, there was even a hair hanging from them. Then when I sat down to eat my food, a salad by the way, I noticed dryed ketchup on the table so I cleaned it. Then when I went to take a shower the bathtub was clogged and was retaining water while I was showering. Then when I went to use a towel to dry my body I looked at it first, cause at this point I didn't have much faith in the cleaning, and lo and behold there was remnants of maybe makeup in it and it was huge, so I am not sure how it was missed. When I used to clean airbnb I remember being told to make sure to open the towels and look them over for stuff like that so that stain remover can be applied before you wash, so how what looked like foundation and mascara was missed I didn't understand. I told the front desk but there was not care not even a I'm sorry about that. I would stay there again maybe, but I do not trust the clean and I wanted to be sure to say something in hopes that it could get better.

Dirty and stinks so bad that it’ll give you a headache

it was very deceatful by the photos very very dingy and dirty. the cealing was peelng off. everything looked as if it was 20 years old with atains. i was so uncomfortable i didnt even.sleep in the bed

Room was dirty. I had to Lysol wipe down every handle because of the dust and dirt. Bathroom was a mess and felt extremely unkept.

Hallways smell like smoke and dirty. For the amount they charged I expected better. Don’t be filled like I was from there pictures online.

Halls smelled really bad also as the room. Room was not clean

We knew the area would be near where we wanted to be when booking. The room was spacious, well appointed and had plenty of towels. We had a short visit and it was all we needed for the trip. The only thing was there was a lot of movement and noise above us in the middle of the first night. Don’t know if someone had just arrived and was moving furniture around!

Highlights! - full kitchenette (fridge, microwave, 2 burners, cutlery, dishwasher) - spacious bathroom - great size studio room for 2 people - nice hot tub / pool area - very easy & convenient parking Notable - slight wear and tear on furniture probably due to age - slightly older building - small cleaning imperfections on check in (hair in shower) - small concession Overall it was a great hotel for the price, and was right next to the freeway which made travelling around very accessible. There were some flaws with the furniture due to age, but overall it is a great hotel unless you are looking for a luxury 5 start hotel

The room is pretty nice. However, there is this nonstop low pitch humming sound. Have tried turning off refrigerator and air conditioner, but the humming sound is still there, all night long.

Room itself was nice. Bed comfortable. The shower pull on faucet broken. Common areas dated. Freeway noise to rooms on one end.

The property was not as clean as the photos, there were some broken cabinets, stains on the couch and rug, and obvious dirt/dings along the walls and doors. Obvious wear and tear, cabinet hinges broken, wood is warm around all the corners and edges, grime in corners. The AC is a small wall unit that was cut into the wall to add a vent in the bedroom, so the living room was freezing and the bedroom was warm. It was safe and easy to get places, easy parking, and the staff is very friendly. There is a kitchenette, but there are no cooking utensils, just dining plates, bowls and cutlery. This is definitely a two star property, no bells and whistles. We got a nightly rate, and for around $100 a night it was a good deal.

The location was convenient to a restaurant that I am very fond of, Pappadeaux. The parking for handicapped is very close to the front door and the room was on the first floor and clean and well equipped with a full size refrigerator and two burner stove top, etc. However, the wifi service would disconnect immediately after connecting, the HVAC unit was loud and there was a broken recliner chair in the room.

The staff is very courteous and helpful with an excellent attitude I thoroughly enjoyed my stay the only thing that was not so great was being so close to the freeway which you can hear day and night not the hotel's fault it is what it is. Thanks Rhonda!

The staff here were very helpful. The sink in the room got a leak, and it was fixed before I got back and the mess cleaned up. The washer and dryers were clean and modern. The room was comfortable and I had plenty of dishware to cook what I needed. The bed was super comfy, and the AC worked great!

Friendly staff, helpful, convenient and safe when I arrived back from a symphony hall. I was very pleased with my stay and staff.

The evening staff member was some one who went out of her way to help everyone out. She was continuously busy yet professional and kind.

The hotel was very nice the staff was nice. However, I was supposed to be in a one bedroom and I was told when I came back in with my bags somebody is in my room and put me from the first floor to the third floor and I am not in a one-bedroom I'm in a regular room.

Kevin at desk was very cordial. Staff was pleasant in general. Room was okay.

It was okay. Not extremely clean, but ok. Area generally is not great for walking anywhere. Room cleaning is also once a week which is not great. Some staff were friendly, some were not.

The AC unit is a bit odd in that it is retrofitted with a box that sits over the vent in the main room that is supposed to share air with the bedroom, but there is no airflow to the bedroom unless you partially block the main room vent. If you get a room facing the highway it will be noisy so be prepared to have some white noise generator (fan). Pool is nice and clean. If you want good and reasonably priced Mexican, try Valle Luna about 2 miles away - everything was really good. The Papadeux seafood restaurant next door is good as well ( pricey but good).

We booked here to attend MLB spring training in Peoria. Very convenient location. Friendly and attentive staff. Hotel feels a bit worn but bed was very comfortable.

Loved the fact there is a park that is accessible thru it's parking lot. The park is well lit, and a pleasure for anyone tracing with a pet.

Homeless encampment in parking lot next door, but I felt safe. Lots of easy parking! Room is fine…great for price, clean. Comfy bed!

well kept place, all corners are clean and neat. parking spots are plenty, well lighted in the night, and very safe. two good restaurants nearby. morre are within warking distance

Would loved to have had a fresh breakfast or other fresh food option on site. The "store" they have on site is a bit pricey ($3.50 for a 16 oz Coke), but there were decent choices. For the price it was a great place to stay. The room was nice and I loved having a full size fridge and stove in the room.
