Days Inn by Wyndham Phoenix North

Nice to have a pool and hottub but the pool was freezing and the hottub was boiling so we couldn’t enjoy either for long. Breakfast was very limited. Room was clean other than back of bathroom doors were missed and disgusting.

The place was clean and modern. Staff was ok, but not friendly. Parking spaces were also limited, we had to park on the Waffle House next door.

Did not have any fitness facilities. Check in was impersonal. Room was average.

The rooms are great but if you are a senior try to get rooms on the bottom floor. There is no elevator.

Pool was too cold.......but it was March!

Sheets were stained, pillows were 2 tiny square flat, had to ask for more. Had to ask for lotion, there was trash in the hotel room, the soap was opened. The breakfast was HORRIBLE, nothing fresh was provided at all. They closed the pool during the 1 day I went to use it, and had it closed the entire day and provided no estimation for when it would open . There was no food onsite available for purchase either. The only upside was the front desk staff was very kind.

I would not recommend this hotel. From the outside you can see it is very run down. Many of the window screens are torn. The pool was dirty. Inside the paint is peeling, there are exposed wires, the floorboards are coming off and the carpet is just disgusting. Our first night I had to call the front desk twice, once around 1am and again at 2am because the people in the room next to us were ridiculously loud. I had my 3 kids with me and we had to get up at 530 to be at the baseball fields by 645 for a baseball tournament. The beds were noisy and uncomfortable. The tile floor was dirty.

Air conditioner ran all night but the room didn't cool down. The hot tub wasn't working. I had a $50 hold on my card and after checkout it was changed to my account after i already paid the full amount for the room.

The floors inside the hotel room are very filthy. The bathtub took a while to drain and the water in the rooms smelled strong like sewage. We had a downstairs unit and we didn’t feel safe because our windows didn’t lock and it looked like a previous potential break in had occurred because the screen was bent in on one side. no refund was offered and no other rooms were available after addressing our concerns to several employees.

New shower, toilet, sink, pillows and bed, liked all that but they should have also replaced the carpet or at least cleaned it because it is very dirty.

Multiple cockroaches in room!!

The room was absolutely disgusting. I found a hair in on the blanket, there was a whole in the comforter. The alarm clock had gunk on it and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months, possibly years. It was so awful we were there for less than 15 minutes before reporting it to the front desk and walking out.

My sheets and blankets were dirty. Screen on windows were worn and there was a mop handle keeping my window locked. Surprisingly very quiet all night long.

Our AC was not working very well. The breakfast was not a breakfast and we did experience red bite marks on our bodies so there was bed bugs abd that was a veey unpleasant uncomfortable stay. So please be careful with belongings. We brought this unpleasant creature home with us and was just not so cool at all.

Checking in was great. When we walked into the room it was so hot in there. It took 3 1/2 hours for the room to cool off once we turned the A/C on. Everything else was great.

Room was minimal to say the least. Bad bed, terrible pillows, AC noisy, other noises right outside my window, etc...will never stay there again. (Front office staff were very nice ladies.)

Couldn't check in at 2, like we were told. The room wasn't ready yet. The walls are thin! Heard the guy in the room next door until 3am. 😡 The phone in the room didn't have a cord. It was just a phone sitting there. 🙄 At least the phone had the number so that I could call the front desk.

The hotel is in a not so great area. The hotel room is OK. The covers had stains and holes on them and the bed was hard as a rock. The “1” pillow was thin and almost useless. They had some small pillows that were not designed for sleeping. Overall this is a decent budget hotel but I dont think I would stay here again.

Good size room since we took suite but the beds are hard and pillows are super small. Room had 2 couches. They could turn on thE AC knowing your checking in room, was awfully hot took couple hours to cool off because the AC needs updating ours was falling apart

Hotel was ok. Typical Days Inn. However, beds were extremely firm/hard so that tainted our experiences.

DO NOT STAY ON FIRST FLOOR. It’s insanely loud, walls are thin, lots of foot traffic. It’s a little scary. Lots of cops and arrests happening. The first floor window was cracked and screen had been ripped out in the past. Makes it incredibly easy for a break in Felt extremely unsafe. The cleaners also use a strong smelling chemical, so the whole room reeks of chemical cleaners. The staff was kind and sweet. Check-in was seamless.

The place gives an older and a bit run down vibe. Rooms were clean. There was nothing that positively was different than what I expected it to be for the type of hotel and price. We appreciated the 24-7 check in/out.

Very nice, spacious and comfortable room. Shortage in the light switches though. Plenty of parking. Convenient to gas stations and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

The highlight of my stay was the exceptional service provided by the front desk agent, Natalie. Her kindness and engaging conversation were particularly appreciated during a challenging time.

Everyone was really friendly and helpful.

Last minute reservation and I made a mistake in booking a single king when I needed two queens for my son and I. The front desk was polite and fixed my mistake even when I was not polite. I was just exhausted.

I don’t understand why online check-in was offered, but I had to wait in line at the desk and have my license photocopied (after I had taken a picture of it for the online check-in). Property is noisy (leaf blowers woke us up) and not in great condition. Staff was friendly and helpful, but needing both key cards replaced during a one-night stay is a bit ridiculous.

Hallways were dark, first room smelled like cigarette smoke, was given another room that was clean and fresh smelling. Desk clerk Ashley was great with making sure our rooms were satisfactory!

A/C noisy. Andy the manager was great! Very friendly and professional. Good guy!

I booked 3 rooms for an event we were going too. We had to drop our vehicles off before check in, so we went to the front desk to make sure it was okay. Received permission from the lady there before we left. I guess our car alarm started going off and they decided to have our car towed instead of calling us to let us know. Admitted that they messed up and should have called me but still refused to pay for the tow services even though it was their fault. So I paid over 1000.00 for our 3 rooms for the weekend plus having to pay for an unnecessary tow when my vehicle should have been safe. Told us they were sorry for the inconvenience, then told us if the car alarm went off again the next night they’d tow the car again so we asked if we could leave our keys just in case which they finally agreed too instead. Came back to the hotel mid day and had 3 house keepers in the room completely disregarding the do not disturb sign in the door. Was not treated well here and I’ve never had issues with a days inn Wyndham before. Will never return to this property or recommend to anyone. If I could give 0/5 stars I would.

I was pepper sprayed by a transient while waiting for my Uber for the airport. Do not stay here.

Was a good stay, close to the interstate, nearby dining options.

Older lodging that provides the basic amenities that are expected in today's hotel experience. Staff was wonderful, breakfast met my needs, safe area of town that has been expanding commercially over the years. Close to I-17 and 101 hwy junction for easy east-west and north-south movement. As a single traveler met all of my needs. A family travelling with children may look for a hotel with more amenities and closer to family centered activities.

Bad area to stay in.

When we first arrived, we had a homeless person lurking in our vehicle while my family was still inside it. Then we were up all hours of the night due to the guest in the adjacent room was locked out do to a domestic dispute. She was banging on the doors, cussing at whoever was still in the room. Hotel staff was called and could not mitigate the situation. Law-enforcement Finally arrived to let the woman in her room.

We had a great time! We were under the impression that the hotel didnt searve breakfast but they do. They have waffles,cereal, juice fruits and yogurt. We dont eat carbs so we went to denny's which is right next to the hotel.there's also a waffle house next to the hotel. Also they did have a nice hot tub and pool. There was a bath shower combo which is handy if you are traveling with children who wand a bath plenty of hot water 💧. The staff was great and very helpful. Ththing that may have been better they don't have a gym but that was the only bad thing

It is a rundown property. Breakfast was cereal.

Ice machine ran out of ice, Halls smelled musty and lighting in hall were dim. Not much of a breakfast selection to choose from. Water was not really hot for showers.

This was a great hotel! Normal sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner, is something I enjoy. Breakfast was nice and served several hot items.

I was very pleasantly surprised. Nice clean room, comfortable bed, great shower and a wonderful breakfast. I will definitely stay here again.

Coffee machine not working, microwave not working, the Jacuzzi was not hot. We enjoyed the restaurant across the street called Times Square. And the waffle house next door was pleasant.
