I drove 7 hours to arrive at Ayres Suites Ontario. I was expecting a comfortable hot tub--as shown on Ayres's website. I was very tired and was expecting a soak in the hot tub. Hot tub unavailable due to service or something. I specifically booked the room at Ayres for the hot tub having experienced the hot tub at Ayres Costa Mesa where we had several stays.

The pool was great! the kiddos had a blast. Super clean and super safe. Walked 2 min to a convenience store and 5 min to the mall! Definitely a great stay.

I had an excellent experience staying here! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful — they even remembered my name and my needs throughout my stay, and went out of their way to accommodate me. What could have been a stressful trip due to a flight cancellation ended up becoming a surprisingly pleasant experience. The room was surprisingly spacious and very comfortable. Great value — free breakfast, free shuttle to the airport, free self-parking, and no hidden fees like other hotels I’ve stayed at. I stayed here for two nights because my flight was canceled, and I honestly had a wonderful stay. The location is also fantastic — it’s right next to the mall and within walking distance of great food and shopping, which was perfect when I had time to kill while waiting for my next available flight. Highly recommend!

All areas seemed well kept, especially the outside/pool area. Fitness center was nice and well appointed. Social hour was adequate and the breakfast was good. Our room was comfortable and as expected. We will visit Ayres again.

The first room I got the bathroom light did not work. They were kind enough to switch me rooms. However the second room smelled like horrible urine in the room. So I went and met them know and they switched me to another room. This room smells musty from the AC and the restroom smelt like urine. I went ahead and lysoled the room and restroom and the smell kind of went away and it was real late. In the muddle of the night I went to turn the AC off but it would not turn off. I just covered and went back to sleep. In the morning I let staff know of my issues, they apologized and said they would take a little off my room. I probably will not stay there again.u will say the stay was great in helping in what they could but I think they could of walked over and checked out each room to see what the issues were even reported.

Cockroach on the wall when we walked into our room; water on the floor in the bathroom. Dated property; room had a hint of smoke smell attempted to be covered up by some other fragrance. Won’t be coming back. Staff were friendly; but the property could use a refresher- more reminiscent of a 2 star hotel, not a 3.

My stay started off very shaken. They could not find my reservation at both hotels which was very disheartening. Once checked in the bathroom light and mirror did not work. They moved me into another room and had a stained toilet. The guy working the front desk was amazing but the management team sucks as well as the night crew. My phone rang downstairs and echoed in the hallway and one of the workers yelled at me telling me to be quiet.

The staff made it easy for a very late check in. I called ahead to let them know i would be in at 3 or 4am. The night clerk was very welcoming. She knew who i was a soon as i walked in. Everything was clean and inviting. I'll definitely stay here again when i come back home for a visit.

I tried to check in at 2:30 and the front desk was asking for $30 for early check-in. I have stayed at some of the other hotels before of the same organization. They have never treated me this way. I think that the front desk was rude and will never stay at this place again. On top of it, I found a big roach in the room that I said that I didn’t even wanna try there breakfast.

The stay was fine. Breakfast was not good. Eggs over cooked, everything else under cooked. When we checked out, I was almost charged for two days not for the one night we stayed. Only caught it because I asked for a receipt. Service desk and manager were all fairly new so no one knew how to fix it. Had to call GM. It turned out fine on the end but took an extra 20 mins of my time.

The front desk lady forgot to put me down for a 6:30 am airport shuttle!!!! Inexcusable! I am grateful to the lady at the desk when I went down to catch the shuttle being sure that a shuttle was available to me in just a few minutes but the woman at check in should be reprimanded. Also, when I got in at 10 pm after a 7 hr delay due to airline there were NO healthy snacks or food available. There should at least be a small snack bar with drinks & maybe fruit available at all times as in most 3 star hotels. The room seemed very clean & comfortable.

The staff that checked us in wasn’t very welcoming or professional. Hotel walls are pretty thin. We could hear everything in our neighbor’s room. Smell of bleach or some type of chemical in first room. Requested a room change, only to find a very strong floral scent in the second room. Great location with tons of restaurant and shopping options.

Two of the front desk people check in( horrendous) and check out( mid). I called to inquire about hotel shuttle, he had a horrible attitude rufused to answer my question and was very rude. The girl that checked me out refused to give me a receipt, because it was a third party booking . I’ve never heard of that logic before. Outside of those two people, housekeeping was great, location was fantastic. It was quiet, the breakfast was mediocre but ok if you dont feel like getting dolled up to eat. If you need to Denny’s is literally across the street. Courtyard is cute but there was a creepy lizard lurking in the grass eek.

Hotel overall was great. The only issue I had was while waiting to check in, the concierge was busy with one person in front of me. There were two female employees that told me he would help me next and they just walked off into a room where I can hear them laughing and joking instead of working. Obviously they could have checked me in, yet I had to wait while they messed around, not doing their job. When it was my turn, I joked with the young man that it seems like it was just him working tonight. He agreed with a frustrated look on his face. Management needs to be put on notice that they are waiting money on employees that don’t work and it makes the company look bad.

Loved my stay over the weekend. Convenient to I-10, I-15, and the Ontario Mills Mall. Only negative is trying to get into the parking lot as Canes drive thru makes it very difficult at night. Hotel staff was very friendly and the room was spacious. Would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

We went on a family vacation to visit family and attend a concert in LA. Location is fantastic because it next to Ontario Mills, a car wash and many restaurants. Parking and breakfast are free. There were free cribs for infants, which was great but the crib mattress was so thin and flimsy. I had to fold up a spare blanket from the closet and top it off with a blanket we brought from home. After that it was good, but it would’ve been better if they had a thicker mattress for the crib. Overall it was a great hotel and I would be staying here again.

Location and hotel in general was excellent. Only disappointing part of the hotel was the breakfast. We stayed at this chain in Moreno Valley, CA last time and they had a omelette station. In all honesty I booked our stay at this location because of that awesome breakfast experience we had at the other location. I thought the locations would be the same. But the hotel, people and surrounding area was exceptional.
