Queen room with balcony was very spacious and enjoyed having the option to sit out on the balcony. Rooms could use an update as walls and counters had chips. A bit larger refrigerator would be helpful. A very, small mini refrigerator in room. Enjoyed drinks on the roof top bar. Good place to have a drink but better options in the area to enjoy a good meal. Front staff very accommodating.

So, I guess I was ill prepared for the lack of staff. We were traveling with friends and will let them voice their frustrations on their room. We had a nice room however the lack of attention to details is very noticeable in this property. We were unable to get our TV to work the first night and am. After texting with the property it was fixed the 2nd night but unable to get it to work in the am. Not a huge deal but enjoy watching the weather/news in the am. The roof top bar was amazing and staff did a great job. Ate at the cafe and food was pricey but good.

This is the Spirit Airlines of hotels. I understood when booking that this was a "virtual" hotel, as in, no Front Desk or any lobby staff on site. The website, however, did state that valet parking was a feature. When we arrived at the hotel, there wasn't a valet kiosk and since the location of the hotel is on Main St., street parking was not an option. We had to contact the number to find out that valet parking was not available on the weekends and then were sent a map showing where to park. Not sure why this information was not provided when the room number and entry code were sent. The lobby was a ghost town, but there were empty glasses, napkins, etc... scattered throughout various seating areas which was not a good first impression. We went up to the Rooftop for dinner and they were clearly understaffed so the poor person that waited on us was running around doing the best he could but the wait time was not acceptable. The room was decent to sleep one night. The bath gel container in the shower was empty so we had to use shampoo and the shower curtain was a foot too short so water poured out onto the floor. The following morning as we were leaving the hotel, the lobby looked like a frat house after a party. We will not be returning, thank you very much.

Love the automated check in and intermittent staff for questions. Service was so limited! I saw so many people struggling to get in/out with luggage, with no help even getting the nonautomated door open. The room was clean, but there was no follow through on requests--basic like water bottle refills or coffee pod refills. These seem like basic amenities to me.

Check-in directions not accurate. Keypad has a check mark, not a hash. Soap dispenser empty at check in, took 2 tries to get staff to address. Only half roll of toilet paper at check in. Keypad did not work late at night, had to chase down staff to change code. Lobby bar never open. Bathtub floor is very slippery - needs a bath mat or no skid surface.
