Great location with pool, gym and restaurant but limited hours. Close to all downtown has to offer- Crystal Beer Parlor, Hawthorn, Vici Rooftop, River Street, Starland Yard, Victory North and more gems like Pinkie Masters, the Prohibition Museum, The Grey, Plant Riverside and Forsythe Park. Marriott quality with Savannah hospitality is a win!

The stay was everything that a 5 star hotel should be. Because of the weather, I couldn't enjoy the pool area which I was really looking forward to as the cleaning crew were a no show even on the next day. Nevertheless, I am sure that the next time, my stay will be perfect.

Everything was great except the required valet parking! I was under the impression when booking there would be free parking. When I asked the front desk staff about this, they basically said there is but its a $39 fee charged to my card at the end... so not free.

Location is perfect! Easy to drive to and public parking garage across the street (much cheaper than hotel valet parking). Easily walk to historic areas and river district. Staff, amenities, and cleanliness were great! Would stay here again.

:Very classy place. Very close to tourist areas, walking distance to many of the sights of Savannah. One block from decent city owned parking garage. Only $21 for two nights and days. Disappointed at no complementary breakfast, even a continental would be appreciated. On site restreraunt very pricy for the fare. Nice courtyard/pool area behind hotel. Great staff up front.

Very nice Courtyard by Marriott. The location is right on the edge of the historic district. Everything is walkable. Great fitness center with a Peloton bike. My only complaint is that there was no serve yourself coffee in the lobby or bistro. You had to wait in line and the line was long. A tall coffee was 6.50, grande 7.50 and Venti 8.50. It was Starbucks but still…they need another coffee option for those who just want to grab and go.

We loved the location and staff at this hotel, and bed was comfy. However the bathroom was a hot mess and hazardous. Shower floor was extremely slippery once I used the smallest amount of soap. To the point we had to constantly hold on to the inside rail for stability. Shampoo bottles were 3/4 empty and 2 out of 3 were not even on the wall. The kicker...I got 'locked in' the shower at one point. The door got stuck from the bottom rollers came off their bearings. My husband had to fix it in order for me to get out. Thank goodness he was still in the room! Also saw hair on the bathroom ceiling and walls. Not fully clean. For a hotel, that is not acceptable in my opinion for what we paid. Disappointing.

This property is at a good location and styling is nice, but it was rather dirty in our room, the hallways, and the elevator smelled absolutely terrible. It doesn’t seem like management keeps up this hotel well. Our bathroom was missing shampoo too

We stayed one night, staff was super friendly however when we got to our room the sheets hadn’t been changed and there was hair all over the sheets. No trash bags in the rooms, only one towel, and the floor hadn’t been vacuumed.

This was our 1st time in Savannah and we were just passing by for the night. The hotel was exceptional. We got a king suite with a balcony. It was terrific. The bed was very comfortable and the facility was extremely clean. I don’t know what the scent was in the building but it was very lovely. We took a walk around town and really enjoyed the vibe. Thank you for making our experience even better.

The stay was good and the price was reasonable. The hotel is actually very pretty on the inside and the outdoor seating was nice. Staff was very kind. In a good location with easy walking to downtown and river street. I wish parking was more convenient and cheaper. My only real complaint is the cleanliness - dirt and dust in the corners in the bathroom, stains on the pillowcases, and soap dripping down the shower walls.

Rooms are very outdated, beds are probably the worst I’ve ever slept on in a hotel. The air conditioning was set to 72 and was 75 when we got in. Dropped it to 65 and only ever got down to 70. Air conditioning was extremely loud all night. The hallways were probably 85-90 degrees at all hours. Overall what I would expect from a La Quinta or Red Roof Inn, not a Courtyard. Very disappointing.

Beautiful hotel, walking distance to SCAD. Can hear noise from outside traffic light due to old windows. Staff are friendly and helpful. Valet parking is expensive though. I parked at the city parking lot right across the street for way less. I would stay there again if I travel to Savannah next time.

The check in staff was very poor mannered and didn’t care at all that they messed up our reservation. Didn’t even tell us until we discovered our room was wrong. Then proceeded to tell us she couldn’t do anything even though our room still showed avail on their site and Hotels.com site. I believe they are renting the room for cash and telling reservation holders that the room isn’t avail. Why else would 5+ king rooms not be avail when the site says they are? We got upgraded by Hotels.com to another Marriott across town and it was fantastic! The agent who help over the phone was incredible. This overall experience though may push me to use my Bonvoy/Marriott site directly going forward, instead of Hotels.com

The check in staff at the front desk was so rude that I was shocked. The way I was greeted and checked in stunned me. Otherwise the hotel is very nice. The staff at all the other times were great. I don't want to give a bad review overall just because one staff member was beyond rude but it set the tone of our stay.

The front desk staff was so extremely rude I didn’t even know if I wanted to stay. Asked for my name and that was the last words spoken to me. The going man in the bar was the nicest person and his attentiveness was appreciated They don’t tell you about parking other than valet, but the garage right next door was $5 for overnight. Much better deal. Will not stay here again

Savannah is such a beautiful city and very walkable. I was disappointed in the Courtyards housekeeping. They were supposed to change our towels and would have thought they would empty garbage but after returning from being gone all day, no clean towels and room was not cleaned up. Had to call to get clean towels. I've stayed at this location before and didn't have an issue, I think the head of housekeeping needs to check rooms to make sure everything is done.

** STOLEN ITEMS** At first the hotel seemed nice and clean but upon entering our room there was a weird smell which may have came from the wet carpeting next to the AC unit but we didn’t pay it much mind. We left the hotel to have breakfast then come back to check out when we arrived to our room the housekeeper was in our room. She did not speak English but proceeded to try to talk to us in Spanish pointing at our bags. Once she gathered her cleaning supplies and left we noticed our belongings did not seem to be the way we left them. Come to find out we had items missing from our bags, things were moved around from one bag to another and 2 Stanley cups were missing as well. As we were attempted to get a manager / supervisor involved the maid approached my friend with one of the stolen items. The housekeeping supervisor tried to justify why the maid was cleaning our room before the check out, was giving excuses as to why our belongings were not in the room and ultimately did not locate half of our missing items. We did get the Stanley cups back however there were items taken that were not found and returned back. The location of the hotel was about a 20 minute walk to Forsyth Park and River Street. Personally we will not be staying at a Marriott hotel again.

The property was walking distance to where we wanted to visit . What I didn’t like is my Sanford were stolen out of my suitcase. Our checkout was @ noon so we left our luggage downstairs at the registration went and got a bite to eat . So we came back got our luggage went to our next destination where I went to pull out my shoes and they were gone out of Y small luggage that I had my shoes in.

If it wasn’t for one facility in this hotel, this courtyard would have received an overall rating of 5. Something needs to done to improve the so-called Restaurant , including the service and most importantly the food! Ate breakfast there on our first day. The food was awful. My family disliked all that was served. We never went back. Fix the problem!
