We picked this hotel because it had an indoor pool that my grandchildren could enjoy. However, the pool was disgusting. Cloudy water with clumps of hair and unidentified substances flowing in it.

The hotel was updated with beds and furniture. Other parts seemed a bit run down and needing attention. The free breakfast needs some help as the cereal choices are limited and the milk is kept out (not refrigerated). The hotel seems muggy inside too. The water fountain / water bottle filler dispensed lukewarm water and didn’t taste filtered. It was gross. Staff was kind and helpful.

The staff was extremely friendly and the location of this hotel is perfect for anyone staying in or near Saint Charles. The fitness center had adequate machines and weights as well. I would recommend this hotel.

It was a great two-day stay. Clean, easy check-in/out, breakfast was solid, and the pool was clean. Only downsides I ran into was the pool area was pretty cold(so limited swimming), and a few really loud kids post 11pm(not the hotels fault at all). Would highly recommend!

The people running the hotel were very friendly and our room was exceptional. Very clean. The free breakfast in the morning was very good with many selections. Will definitely be back when we are in the area.

When they came to clean our room they only picked up our used towels & emptied the garbage. They forgot to leave us any clean towels. Nothing was wiped down , vaccumed, or sheets changed in 4 days. Needless to say that Housekeeper is no longer at this hotel. Great breakfast, I would probably book here again.

We had to change rooms TWICE because the first room had a hole in the ceiling and the second room had mold and mildew in the exhaust vets that contaminated the entire room so much so you could smell it when you walked in. We finally settled into a habitable room an hour after arrival.

The room needed to be remodeled. The light switch in the bathroom was broken and you couldn't shut it off, the board on the bathroom were rotted out, the tile in the little kitchen area kept flipping up if you stepped closer to the edge, the AC didn't work very well at all and squeaked a lot. We also didn't get our room cleaned when we asked for it to be cleaned. Also asked for towels and they never came. Had to go get a set of towels. Stayed in a queen Suite, we will stay at another hotel if we are back in the area.

Overall a great stay. The breakfast was wonderful with 3 young children and the room gave enough space for everyone. Recommend better seals around the door to block out the hall lights. It was so bright it looked like we had a light on in the room.

This is a nice, clean property and the rooms are up to date and clean. Definitely better than average. The only issue I had was with the TV. There was no channel guide in the room, and the front desk could not provide one even when I asked for one. Typically, the TV remote has a button for the guide, but the remote here was very basic with no guide. Furthermore, all of the channels were in low definition. I again asked the front desk if there were any high definition channels, and they said no, you only get local channels. Well, that was not true because I could get many of the national sports channels, but only in low definition. It felt like I was back in the 1970s watching a semi-snowy low def sporting event. Needless to say, if you have any desire to watch TV during your stay, I would avoid this property.

I am a member. I called this hotel, spoke with a woman explained that I had an emotional pet who is registered, a letter from my physician for my anxiety/panic attacks. She informed me my pet was welcomed. Sadly I didn’t write her name down. We arrive driving from Nashville where the desk lady said we couldn’t stay there. She wasn’t helpful of where there might be a place, never apology about the error on “your part”. Nonverbal communication appeared like it was my fault. Unacceptable behavior.

From check in, to check out. Our stay was amazing. We went for one night. My daughter turned 5, and she wanted a hotel stay to just swim, so we did just that. Checking in, i was greeted by i believe her name was Aileen, the most friendliest and nicest person ever. She made sure everything was answered, asked the reason for the visit, actually our room was going to be on the 3d floor, but since i had mentioned the reason i was there, and with a 6 yr old and two 5 year olds, she changed us to the 1st floor, easier for us instead of traveling up and down with littles... Later in the evening we went to get ice cream for the kids, she was so sweet to the kids, she is just an amazing worker to have. Her customer service goes above and beyond. I made sure to tell her also. Shes amazing. The kids really enjoyed themselves, beds and pillows i rate at a 10, very VERY comfortable.. Breakfast another 10.. I will be staying here in the future that is for sure..

We had a very nice stay. My 8 year old left her snuggly & pillow in the room after we checked out and the hotel staff made mailed the items to our house so we didn’t have to drive 3hrs back. They also accommodated my elder parents and gave them a room that was very close to the entrance & breakfast area. They even helped my parents get their breakfast to the table. Thank you for the wonderful relaxing stay!!!

The Front people were somewhat helpful. We arrived early and asked if the room was ready. We were told no. Which is understandable. She said she would call when it came available. We waited for 3hours and no call. The check in is at 3 and we went in at 3:15 and I asked if the room was ready yet. She said I don’t think so. The other lady gave her an odd look and said it has bee for a little while.

The Staff is outstanding! I had lost two very nice bracelets about 4 .months ago and they had them waiting for me . I was so happy! All of the staff are friendly. I love the king size suite. So roomy and comfortable. This is our choice. Of hotel's. I highly recommend it.

We asked to move our room from the first floor to second due to it being next to the kitchen. The front desk staff seemed annoyed by this. They did it and accommodated, but if someone is working the front desk they should be friendly.

I was a solo traveler for this trip so I glad it was in a well lit area and that all side doors needed a key card. As my room was next to one on the first floor. It was clean and pleasant. The only thing I had issue with was hearing the door close, and children running and being load after 10pm. But that’s nothing different than you’d find in any hotel.

It was very clean. We chose to stay here because we’re seeing a concert at the Arcadia way Lyft ride there in back. Because parking is hard to come by near the theater. Breakfast was really good great selection and lots of seating. Would stay here again when seeing another concert for sure .
