The room was fine, the staff was very helpful and welcoming, and the breakfast was better than what one usually experiences. The only negative was the high level of chlorine smell from the pool and whirlpool. It was so extreme in the whirlpool that it really irritated eyes. It would be nice if it were possible to have a lower chlorine level while still providing safety from bacteria.

Clean facility and room with fresh crisp sheets. Free popcorn -we had just eaten a big meal so didn't eat it but it's nice it's provided. Our door lock didn't work on room 202, so we used the chain lock. Lighting at back of building is close to building and dimmer at car parking area. For safety reasons I like brighter lights over my car. That and the door lock are the only reasons I didn't give excellent rating. Also got there too late to use pool and hot tub, because pool area closed at 10:00 pm, but they both looked to be operational and clean. This is a nice property and generally quiet and I would recommend staying here.

The property does not have an elevator to the 2nd floor. My suitecase is heavy and being a senior citizen it was a struggle carrying it up the stairs. Otherwise, the facility, staff and breakfast were excellent.

Nice facility in a good location. The pool and hot tub work!! The side entries need key card security? Tammy (sp) was very helpful at check in. Pointing out amenities of the hotel as well as the surrounding area. She made the stay more relaxing and will return on future trips back through the area.

Nice employees,POOL WAS COLD, NO FILTRATION, AND AIR CIRCULATION .,WAY TOO MUCH CHLORINE EYES WERE BURNING AND WATERING NOSE WAS RUNNING. THE POOL WAS THE ONLY REASON I PICKED THIS HOTEL.,NEXT TIME I WILL FARGO THE POOL AND SAVE MONEY

Very clean. Front desk clerk was super friendly. Pool was perfect and hot tub very nice, even though the jets weren’t working at the time. Breakfast could use a lil improvement but adequate. Would stay again if in area.

Upon packing up to leave saw what appeared to be bed bug shells. Disgusted immediately left the property. I’ve stayed here before with no issues. Had I checked that bed I NEVER WOULD HAVE STAYED. It was very evident it was NOT CLEANED properly the mattress cover was dirty as well

Mold in AC unit and in the bathroom corners. Otherwise was fine, just older hotel. It’s a nicer Super 8, but it’s still not as nice as a better chain. Smoke smell in hallway.

The bedding was obviously not changed from the previous people. There were also crumbs in the chair and all over the floor. It's obvious it wasn't swept. Instead of a room with a king bed, we were switched to a room with two doubles.

Property was a bit dated but not rundown. The beds and pillows were decent. The woman who checked us in was friendly and quick. Large parking lot. We stayed at this hotel because of the outstanding reviews and it didn't disappoint. Some of the better hotel coffee I've had. Would stay again.

The same front desk clerk from the week before was fast and friendly and recognized us. The bed in this room was less comfortable and the window did not close completely, which allowed for outside noise. The breakfast was, again, typical for a free breakfast.

we stayed one night very close to many dining options nice pool and hot tub Staff very helpful and easy check in. The room was very small with the bathroom sink separate from bathroom and right next to the hallway door. Ok for one night but would not want to stay more than one night in such a small room.

Although I did not partake, free popcorn! The breakfast was adequate and they opened at 5 am on a Saturday. That sets them apart. They had USB ports on all lamps. Believe it or not, I stayed at The Bellagio in Vegas and they had none. The bed was very comfortable and so were the pillows. There is a nice living room area directly across from check-in with comfy chairs-ideal for spouses who get up earlier than the sleepyheads! The bathroom sink was outside the bathroom. A real plus in the morning. Nice strong exhaust fan in the bathroom. There are plenty of dining options nearby and it is easy on/off access to I-70. A fabulous bargain!

Well kept building with nice lobby with a fireplace. Check in was fine. Spacious room with sink out of toilet and shower area, which we like. Couple of things, there were three pillows, all pretty soft and small. Also, whenever the air conditioner went on there was a faint mildew odor. Otherwise, room was fine. There is coffee in the lobby all the time, but at 8 pm, I would have liked a cup of decaf which was not available. Breakfast area is large, could accommodate quite a few people. Offerings were typical for a free breakfast, they were fine. Since it's right off the interstate, there were many choices for eating, also plenty of gas stations.

A chain motel in 2023 should not have wifi problems, but the wifi here wouldn\'t reach my room. The desk clerk clearly knew this might be an issue, because she said "try for the best wifi signal you can get," whatever that means. Similarly, the coffee at the breakfast tasted like something out of a 1986 high school teachers lounge. Worse yet, there was no in-room coffee maker, which have become pretty common and appreciated to me. To top it off, the guy in front of me in line walked in without a reservation and was charged literally $30 less than my Orbitz reservation. Not great.

The woman working the front desk was bizarre. She was very friendly when we checked in late, but when we came through for continental breakfast the next morning, she was extremely grouchy and was openly and loudly grumbling about the construction crew (Primarily hispanic) that was getting their breakfast, and basically anyone who was getting breakfast. Perhaps she was overwhelmed, though it seemed like this was a regular part of the job - It was very unprofessional and uncomfortable.

Good value.Clean. Difficult to get back on interstate in the morning as there was road construction that required us to take some very dark narrow roads. Check with construction nearby before booking if you need to leave down to drive toward Virginia.

This is the 3rd time I've stayed here. It's perfect for an overnight stay while traveling. The hotel is clean & comfortable. I like that the hot breakfast starts at 6am. The location is great for on & off access to I70. The location offers a variety of restaurants & shopping.

The information on Expedia was not the correct address, and we were out 30 min. Finally called the motel and got the correct address. Took another 30 minutes for us to arrive. The facilities were nice, clean, and we would stay at this place again.

Convenient to I-70 with plenty of retail and restaurants nearby. Quiet and clean. Friendly staff and easy check-in. Decent breakfast although the coffee was too weak to defend itself.

Excellent!!! Courteous staff, quiet hotel, extremely clean for a great price! Comfortable beds and breakfast was delicious! Even though they were short staffed, the lady at the front desk managed to handle the front desk and.breakfast in a courteous manner! I would definitely stay here again!
