Hotel was under construction, so there was no lobby and had to go in through a small side entrance. No restaurant or bar on the property, however it connects to prudential center so lots of options there. Love the pool with the cabanas and our view of the city and Charles River from the 26th floor was stunning.

I called ahead for an early check-in which was not a problem. The gym and pool facility was clean and enjoyable. Although the restaurant was closed for renovations, they did provide room service and set up a bar in the corner of the lobby for guests to enjoy!

Came with my 3 kids for a Red Sox game and to swim in the indoor pool. Turns out pool was closed for the weekend. I believe it was due to some festival thing happening in Boston. It would have been nice to be told when booking. Disappointed. Find another hotel if you want an indoor pool.

Older but clean rooms. Easy walking to duck boats, Fenway and Prudential Mall and Marriott breakfast buffet. No microwave available in hotel. Must rent for $25/day. Upper rooms only have nice views. Nice warm pool.

Excellent fitness facilities (separate cardio room, weight room, indoor/outdoor large pool that is good for lap-swimming. (One suggestion would be to hold a lap lane for adults wanting to do laps as at certain periods kids take over with inflatable toys, etc.) The hotel was very clean. Front desk staff member upon arrival seemed bored and was just looking around at everyone else in the area but other than that, everything was great. I understand there are renovations going on but these did not affect me other than that dining areas were closed.

We love staying at the Sheraton when we come to Boston - we had a newly renovated room which was beautiful. The pool was the perfect place for the kids to unwind and get some energy out. Love the convenience of having it connected to the prudential center shopping which made it easy as there were options to eat and places to shop! We will be returning in the fall!!

I get to the room and it is dirty… dirty towels, sheets etc. it had not been cleaned and it was 11PM. I was not thrilled. They gave me a new room, but that’s not something you want to have to do when you arrive late at night.

Great location, next to the prudential center. Issues we had 1. Tub was peeling; we called front desk for assistance and was told all the rooms had the same condition 2. Fridge didn’t work at first, same receptionist did not provide any solution 3. Rooms are dated for the Sheraton brand

The rooms were clean and the staff were very friendly. Parking in the garage under the hotel was easy and there were many shopping and restaurant options in the prudential center attached to the hotel. The pool was clean and quiet. We have stayed here several times and will continue to stay here when we go to Boston.

Renovations going on. No lobby or restaurant or microwave for baby food. Easy access to coffee and restaurants attached to Prudential Center. Room very clean but view of a wall from lower rooms. Mattress not very comfy, tub peeling. Huge tv. Nice pool, warm and clean. 15 minute walk to Fenway.

Our room was absolutely filthy. Small bugs were visible on the top cover of the bed. We were so disgusted, we vacated the hotel immediately.

We liked the bed and bathroom. The room was very small .. no dresser drawers, very tiny awkward closet, one chair, very tiny refrigerator hidden inside desk , and there was a charge for WiFi access! Unwelcoming entrance to hotel due to renovations, often weaving around workmen cordoning off a portion of the entrance or elevator access. Would nit choose this Sheraton in the future even though renovations will end, the small room size was not comfortable .

The hotel is very convenient, staff was friendly and helpful and things were clean. Our room was next to the elevator and it sounded like being next to a subway all night. Additionally, the WiFi was very problematic and we were unable to get homework and work done. The place is great in a lot of ways but be sure to ask for a room away from the elevators and be prepared with a back up plan if the WiFi is problematic.

The only issue we had was that our room had a thin door adjoining the next room and we could hear every word our neighbor said late into the night. She was on speaker phone for hours off and on. When I finally called down to guest services I was told security would be called, but i finally knocked on the connecting door a few times and she got quiet. Those doors should be more sound proof. Otherwise, staff and facilities were wonderful. Sad we missed the opening of the restaurant by just a few days.

Payment card machines were not working and took almost 30mins to check in. Then we were provided with the wrong room per our booking and had to move. It was a late evening check in and we were tired. The last thing we wanted was an hour to check in and get to our room. Staff were polite enough but never apologised or thanked us for our patience for their error or delays.

We had a huge barking dog in the room next to us. When we called downstairs, the fro t desk never answered the phone r after five attempts throughout a thirty minute period so we went downstairs. They did move our room but what a horrible inconvenience to pack up everything (we were already dressed for bed) and relocate. We had to ask for compensation, it was not offered despite being Marriott Bonvoy members- we should have received our room comped completely. The one positive was the location and rooms were clean.

Had a great stay. Concierge Amy could not have been more helpful and accommodating. My wife and I were celebrating our anniversary, and Amy helped to make it a special trip to the city. Thank you! Room was clean and hotel was well kept. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

We tried to check in and our room was not ready until 1 and a half hours after check-in time. It was a major inconvenience because we had tickets for an event and could not change and freshen up as we had planned. We had to leave without getting into our room.

Our visit here will ever be etched into my memory. I could write a short story on the experience but will save you the time and give the cliff notes. The trip up until check-in was a complete disaster due to schedule and route change from the airline. Long story short, Leo (manager) and his staff went well above and beyond, considering the circumstances. The crew at the Sheraton Boston literally turned a disaster into a big W for a father/son long weekend adventure trip. Shout out to Myat too. You were awesome! If ever back in Boston, we have already determined, we will be staying here again. Thanks to all. YOU ROCK!

I read reviews on Google about this hotel. Please don’t listen to them as they are per individual. We didn’t experience rude staff. From the minute we stepped out of the car for valet to check out, everyone was top tier in customer service. Having no lobby due to renovations, I’m not sure how people in reviews found this is an issue as signs were easy to read for reception and check in was effortless. If you’re staying in a hotel in a small town, you usually expect a big room. These rooms were not as spacious as usual but gorgeously renovated. You’re in Boston and definitely spending most of the time not in the room. My only gripe (this is new years time/current renovations) so no restaurant at this time, only room service which was extremely pricey. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and will be by again.

When I booked, they advertised complimentary breakfast, which was one of the main reasons for staying there. However, when we arrived, we learned that the hotel was being renovated and no food except room service was available. There are a few restaurants in the area, but wait times were quite long. Also, the parking fee per day was exorbitant. Parking was nearly as much as I paid for the room.

Hotel is centrally located, good, the hotel itself is obviously old and in need of some sprucing up. What was unacceptable was that the hotel restaurant was closed and there was no where to get breakfast except for room service, which they continued to charge an extra service charge for. How does a hotel hosting one or two conferences not make arrangements for guests tto have a place to have breakfast?

As always, the Sheraton provided a nice stay. But they are involved in extensive construction and offered no options (at all) for food, drinks or snacks. It was like staying at a BnB…. C’mon, Sheraton, how about a temporary bar for an after dinner drink ?!?
