Hyatt Regency Boston

Great location, comfortable and clean room! The only inconvenience is that from the street entrance you have to take an elevator to the lobby and then a different elevator to the hotel room. A little unusual. Otherwise a great stay.

Stayed one night with my mom and daughter, overall mixed experience. The staff was excellent, everyone was kind, professional, and handled issues well. The downsides: the bathroom felt outdated and worn, and we couldn’t get the Celtics playoff game on the TV, even after calling the front desk. Dinner was good, but drinks felt light. Breakfast (over $100 for three) was late and missing a meal, requiring another call and wait. To their credit, the manager was very apologetic and comped the full breakfast, which we appreciated. The customer service really did go a long way. I understand many places are short-staffed, so I don’t want to be too harsh but for the price, some details fell short.

The room decor feels dated, but the beds were comfortable. The breakfast buffet was nice and the staff was very friendly.
