The hotel was clean, but older. The front desk gal was very friendly. We were disappointed that the pool was out of service pending a pool inspection. After traveling with three children and a dog, they were in tears.

Very big facility that was nicely decorated. Customer service was great. They offered a continental breakfast cooked by Betty. Glad she had a smile to bring. They hotel was not packed which brought peace and quiet to our stay. The price was average for the area and we felt safe. They had a pool table and air hockey table which we wish we had seen before we left. There was an outdoor pool with hot tub. We would stay again, many thanks!

The outside is run down. Trash, weeds, goatheads (thorns). Some outside upkeep would do a lot for curb appeal and guest comfort.

Worst stay ever. Very old room . A/C not working. Bed not comfortable. Bathroom latch not working. No vent. Pool and tub showed up on booking but was told both not functioning. Very very poor experience overall for the price paid.

Very clean hotel, even that it is a bit dated. Personnel friendly and helpful. Breakfast selection was average, and refilled very quickly. External noise could be an issue, there was a truck on the nearby street with some individual having a loud going time. One item to note this property has no elevator, so make sure to be lodged in the first floor if you have mobility issues.

The property had an outdoor pool. I inquired if towels were available and was told they were poolside. Much to my dismay none were available nor accessible if they had them in a corner. Breakfast was delicious and the staff at breakfast was awesome.

This Quality Inn has seriously deteriorated... needs cleaning and maintenance work. The carpet was dirty/stained with torn carpet repaired with duct tape!

We arrived early as we were traveling. We were met with a rude attendant who would not let us check in until 4pm. But they let others check in well before that. We got to our room and it was unbelievable dirty. There were pubic hairs in the shower, there were a pair of dirty socks in the room and the floor clearly had not been vaccumed. Also the toilet did not flush. Never had an experience like this ever. The front desk person was so rude and unaccommodating. We will never stay here again.

Not as expensive as other motels in the area, but at a sacrifice. The TV had to be rebooted to work, one receptacle was loose from the wall and produced a spark when I plugged in my phone charger, I experienced insect bites that I believe came from the bedding . The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. I would look elsewhere if next time in the area

Enjoyed our stay , clean hotel, very helpful and friendly staff. Hotel is a little older, but very clean and the staff works hard to keep the place nice and presentable. Would definitely stay here again.

Walls a paper thin. Can hear conversations on both sides and they were not being loud. Lobby is nice. Rooms are outdated and run down. Fan did not work in the bathroom. Place has potential with renovations. Staff is nice but there are better places to stay in Taos.

Quality would not be the word that I would use at this time. The only visible renovations seem to be in the lobby area. My room was an inside king, small and cramped. There were blazing lights in the inner courtyard around the non functioning outdoor pool, and it was impossible to block the light entering the room at night . The heater worked sporadically, although maintenance did arrive after much pleading on my part. I visit Taos for work every other week, and thought I would "give it a try". Never again

Too much light comes into room from bright outside flood lights. Curtains don’t block light very well. I had this same problem last time I was here. Motel itself is a nice place. But if you can’t sleep because of all the lights outside coming in is no good!

Bottom line: comfortable bed! The property is dated, but clean. Renovations are apparently coming soon, but having just come off a backpacking trip, the comfortable bed was my biggest concern and the hotel delivered.

The room has a door to the inside and another to the parking lot. The door lock to the parking lot was jammed and would not lock. That’s a huge safety issue!!

This property was dirty. Went to check in waited for 15 minutes for someone to come to the desk. The lights in the room were basically nonfunctioning. They would flicker on and off Everytime you moved on a bed. Not outlets to speak of. When mentioned upon check out clerk was very unconcerned. Told me I should have said something so they could move me to a different room. I was on vacation the last thing I wanted to do was move ally stuff

Nice well furnished, equipped and spacious rooms. Was a repeat stay for me. 1st floor rooms have interior corridor and room has an exterior door that you park outside your door. Very nice convenience. Staff were wondeful again. Eva, Faith and Betty are wonderful staff. Will surely stay here again.

Easy check in, friendly staff, and better than expected breakfast. Room was spacious and comfortable enough, definitely a little dated. Big parking lot that made parking with a trailer easy. Was kinda disappointed the three closest restaurants were closed but not the hotel’s fault. Was good for a one night work stay, if I returned for a leisurely trip would stay closer to the square.

The clerk when we checked in was not helpful and when we asked her what was happening in town she just said "an event but i live 30 miles away and dont know." She took at least 15 minutes to check us in. I had registered online so that was unnecessary. Bathrooms in the lobby were locked. Oom was nice, ice machine unsightly but thats no big deal. We missed the local carnival and art fair. Breakfast was fantastic.
