Beautiful hotel. Getting close to needing renovation, Front doors need to be handicap accessible. This is completely inacceptable.

Great loved room we were in. Only compliant I have is I'm handicaped & we brought our own shower seat & non slip floor mat, But the shower had a fixed head instead of a sprayer with hose that is only way a handicap person can shower.

Staff was undertrained and rude, pool is being remodeled in middle of summer, sales staff is not informing 3rd party vendors of remodel to infrastructure, when asked to compensate for lack of amenities they offered to mark us as a no show to Orbitz and falsely stated we wouldn’t be charged for stay, really disappointing, property was at one point a good product.

I was pretty disappointed that the pool and hot tub were closed since ur property review had great pictures and the inclusion’s listed both pool and hot tub. I felt even more disappointed when the front desk clerk told me that the pool had been closed for some time. Really? U advertise these amenities knowing they aren’t available! That is false advertising! Sheets were also of poor quality. Coffee pot was also bin type and only cone filters were available. U can do better. On the positive side room was commodious and clean.

Horrible property. Rooms are tiny, the murphy bed is very uncomfortable, once down the room extremely crammed, our room was ice cold, no heat in bathroom. We booked the hotel for the hot tub, the front desk was unapologetic that the hot tub and pool were broken. So was the business center. Really?

Appreciated the free laundry, the filtered water dispenser to refill it water bottles. Great communal kitchen upstairs. Big suite and comfortable bed.

Very nice staff, nice place, not overly fancy, but had the amenities you need. The pool and hot tub were under construction.

We booked on a 2-night stay as part of our 20-day road trip. Here are the pros and cons we experienced during our stay. Pros: Apples, oranges, and cookies were available in the lobby at various times during the day. 10 washers and dryers were available for use at no additional cost. Clean and well-furnished room with a kitchenette, sofa, and murphy bed. Cons: 1. We had room 213 and the elevators were out of order for our entire stay. 2. WiFi was available at a cost of $9.95 per day in our room. Apparently, it is free for Wyndham Club members, but not for guests who are not Wyndham Club members. This was not conveyed to us when booking our stay at Worldmark Taos. Every lodging establishment we have used for the last 7 - 10 years has provided free WiFi. Wyndham management needs to understand that free WiFi is a must have for everyone staying at its properties. 3. We were unable to enjoy a glass of wine on the balcony outside our room. The table and two chairs were filled with debris (twigs and leaves) from the birch and pine trees right next to it. All of the surfaces (chairs, tables, railings, and floor) were filled with dirt and dust. It was clear that the balcony had not been cleaned for a long time......perhaps since the start of winter. It would have been nice to enjoy a happy hour on the balcony in the 72-degree afternoon temperature around 4:30pm. We provided feedback to the front desk in a constructive manner. Our stay was a mixed experience.

Stayed before. Really convenient for Big Barn Dance festival next to Kit Carson Park. Only annoying thing was they charge for internet service.

Good overall location. The Bed was OK, no internet access without paying extra, which was not what was advertised.

Courteous check in. Michael was very helpful. Appreciate the complimentary use of washer/dryer laundry detergent. Beautiful hotel, quiet and private. Plenty of parking. Walking distance to all shops and restaurants. Could use more lighting on path leading to hotel which is set back. Walking at dark very dark! Condo was dusty- more upkeep of shades, etc. Refrigerator was small hotel size and no way to cook meals unless ond uses communal kitchen which was clean. We were able to use communal fridge.

We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay at this location again. The property was clean, inviting and well-maintained. The room was inviting and clean with the exception of the carpeting, which seemed to need a high-quality vacuum.

This was a good place… Centrally located. When we arrived in our room, it had not been vacuumed… Lots of dog hair and things on the floor. They were not able to vacuum it that night, and offered us another room, but it did not have the nice little patio area so we stayed in the hairy room. I did Mention they could drop off the vacuum and I would vacuum but that didn’t happen.

Very good location. We had a small studio, facing north, so no sun and pretty dark. The window didn't open, I was told it's because it was original to the building and a plan was to replace them. The unit was small, but well equipped. Bed was comfortable. As the window didn't open, I turned on the vent- it was extremely dirty - I guess it was original to the building as well ;). Very nice staff! Pool and hot tub were drained as well.

Found my room with popcorn crumbs, front desk lended me a vacuum so i could clean the crumbs myself. Great location comfortable room. Last year stayed there it was much cleaner. Had to ask several times for extra towels as there are only 2 bath towels on room.

Our suite was perfect! Quite, clean, and up to date. It has all the amenities and it has a back patio. We will stay here again!!!

I've stayed here before and enjoyed those visits. This time, the room was very hot, the air conditioning very wimpy, and it never cooled off significantly in the two days I was there. Windows don't open--they've removed the handles. Very poor choice in handling folks who have smoked in room--we all suffer. Will not stay again unless have a balconey or patio with doors that open.

The studio suite was nice enough, it did have charm. But what it didn't have was a nightstand, a bedside lamp, a power outlet at the bed, or a TV that could be seen from the bed. It is my understanding the studio suites are all Murphy beds, doubles. It is a lovely place, but don't look for comfort or convenience. I pulled a dining chair next to the bed for a table for my things.

I enjoyed my studio room size when the Murphy bed was closed a lot. The bed was comfortable too.

Very classy. I enjoyed the hot tub and the free laundry. My room had a Murphy bed which is cool. Best breakfast in a 50 mile radius is across the street (Michaels kitchen).

The property was older but well maintained. It had a full kitchen that was just for guests and a very nice free laundry room. It was a bit hard to find with just tiny letterings near the street, but once found it was easy to locate again. Very near the popular Taos square, could not ask for any more convenience. Our room had a drop down Murphy bed which was unique and worked well. The pillows were smaller which was a bit annoying but hardly critical. Overall a very nice stay and far nicer than any standard motel.

Loved having a small balcony with chairs and table. Could open both the doors to it and get a lovely breeze in the room.

Loved the small kitchenette and access to dishes, cooking items etc. Loved the little patio area. Close to the square and everything we wanted to do. Very friendly staff at the front desk and very nice property. Very spacious room with the Murphy bed put up. The only issue was the mattress on the Murphy bed was not comfortable at all and offered no support. We got very little good rest and were very sore the next day after sleeping on it. An upgrade to memory foam mattresses really needs to be considered. Unless the mattresses were upgraded we would not stay here again.

Value for money. Stayed in studio suite and despite apprehension about Murphy bed - the room was fine and the bed was comfy. The room came with a balcony as well. Overall nice size room and good stay

We had a wonderful stay and the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.

The staff was nice and helpful. Its small compared to most Wyndham properties but is not lacking at all. Just a very sweet, New Mexico style location. We'll go back for sure

I have stayed at this property before. The woodwork and fixtures are beautiful. I keep hoping the pool will be fixed but not yet. Because it's a timeshare , the front desk can really do nothing to help you. No cash transactions. So when you book with Expedia you are on your own. Changes are a night mare. Most people at the front desk do their best but Della was very rude to me and hid behind timeshare policies. She locked me out of my room while my reservations were changing over. You cant add on to existing reservations once they are started. All the notes for me to keep my room appear to have been lost or were ignored. Total inconvenience.

I was just a little surprised by the clerk at the reception desk. When I spoke with someone the day before my trip, it seemed like they were indicating that they would be securing a room on the second floor with a patio. I was thrilled because I prefer the second floor and the customer service seemed exceptional. When I checked the next day however, I was advised my room was on the first floor. When I asked the person checking me in about being on the second floor, they said “Nope.” Just that. After putting my stuff down in my room, I returned to the counter and said, “I was just curious if there’s any way to switch if a room on the second floor opens up” and they replied, “I’m gonna be honest with you, you’re only here for two days so probably not.” I was kind of put off by how blunt and rude they seemed. Whether I’m there for two days or a week, I’m a guest and I paid $500 for just the two nights, so it’s not like I’m some cheapskate or something. It was my second stay there, but I think in the future I may look elsewhere.

We loved our stay at Worldmark Taos. If i could give it a 10 star i would. Great rooms, full community kitchen, great staff.

Great experience. Huge, comfortable room with all the amenities. Property includes lounge with pool table, community kitchen and library. Very quiet and peaceful. Friendly, helpful staff

The staff is very helpful and friendly. There were a few minor problems in the 3 rooms.

This is the second time we've stayed here. It is close proximity to Kit Carson Park and accessible to places in the Taos area.

I love this hotel. It’s a gorgeous place. Quiet location but central to town and a tremendous value. The price is great. It’s my go to now in Taos. I only wish I had found it sooner. I’ve been visiting there for years mini ski weekends.

It was fun but a fan blew the entire time in bathroom which was annoying The blinds on door did not work No recycle bin Computers at business office was difficult to log on No plain black tea or plain half and half Bed was disappointing in comfort

Beautiful resort. Mobile checkout was very convenient. Didn’t like having to pay $5 a day for WiFi, or only having one thin blanket on the Murphy bed. Who doesn’t have free wifi!? Also, no breakfast included, which isn’t a dealbreaker, but good to note.

Overall it was good. The hotel is comfortable and no issues except no cream for the coffee in the mornings. There was cream but it was sweetened. I would think that given that not everyone likes sweetened cream they would have regular cream. Also had to wait for the coffee to be prepared one of the mornings. Not a huge deal in the scheme of things but felt like a huge deal when I wanted the first morning cup!

The location was fantastic, walkable to shopping and restaurants.
