Stay went well. Elevator was down temporarily maybe for a few hours. The rooms above the main entry were not adequately cushioned for noise reduction. you could hear the sliding doors open and close as well as feel the vibration from their movement. Breakfast is 95% starch/carbs. Good location....not too noisy from interstate yet easily accessible to highway.

I have stayed here about once or twice a year for the last several years since it first opened. I choose this Sleep Inn because it is dependably clean, with good service and well maintained. This time, however, I noticed two maintenance issues: The side door was locked and not working--very inconvenient when you have to park on the side of the building and potentially a safety issue. In the breakfast room, one of the two waffle irons was not working according to the sign on it (I would have removed it, if it wasn't working). The lighting in the bathroom was only overhead. No lighting above the vanity mirror to illuminate your face. However, in general, the rooms and public spaces were clean and well maintained, and the service at the desk and in the breakfast area was very good. I enjoyed the full size refrigerator in my room, as I usually carry a cooler and I like to refreeze my ice packs and keep my cold food and beverages refrigerated at night. The full-size frig made this process very quick and easy

Easy access to/from highway. Plenty of restaurants in the area. Quick checkin, very friendly & helpful staff, large, clean room, and nice breakfast options. Fitness area & equipment worked well and in great condition.

You can’t beat the price for what you get here. Rooms are clean, quiet, and and comfortable. There’s an indoor pool, workout room, and a great hot breakfast selection as well as items to grab and go. Staff is friendly. It’s right off the interstate. What’s not to like?

Our room 119 was good except for the A/C is leaking and the carpet underneath was wet. The wall on the left side of A/C is wet and bubbling. I wouldn’t be surprised if there was black mold in that area. Definitely needs to be tended to. Was disappointed that the ‘guide’ onTV didn’t work and the bike in the rec room didn’t work. The the price it was an ok stay.

The entire hotel reeked of cow dung like smell. Rooms and breakfast were ok but the furnishings were old and frayed. The staff are barely at the front desk and hard to get a hold off, checking in and out was a challenge.

The staff was friendly. We stayed two nights and I realized late the second night that the trash can in the bathroom had trash in it that wasn’t ours and from I’m guessing the last people that had the room and then my daughter found a package of PEANUT M&Ms under the pillow on her bed. I’m assuming the sheets on that bed weren’t changed after the last people either, which is DISGUSTING! I’m also allergic to peanuts and if I was in that bed, it could’ve been deadly due to allergies. I did bring all of this up to the guy at the front desk and he apologized and said he would tell management, I’m not sure what they will do. The rest of the room and hotel did seem clean and the breakfast was good. This was our first time to visit Oklahoma City. When we come back, but we likely won’t stay here at this hotel again.

Friendly. Clean, comfortable beds. Spotless bathroom. Carpets need deep cleaning. Too much fragrance pumped in the air. Seems they are trying to mask old odors from smokong and pets. The bathroom door needed repair as it looked like a pet chewed it while it was closed in the bathroom. It is understandable that these things happen, but even a quick sand and paint would show some care.

There was a strong odor in the hallway and room. It smelled like a strong deodorizer trying to cover up urine or pet odors. We sprayed our room with fabreeze but the hallway odor never subsided. Hallways and rooms that allow pets should not be carpeted.

So glad I chose to stay here! The staff was friendly, the check-in was fast and efficient and the property was well-maintained. The room was quiet, which surprised me given the close proximity to I-35/44. I would definitely give 5 out of 5 stars for cleanliness and comfort. A nice touch was the larger refrigerator instead of the mini ("dorm room") fridge I normally see at even expensive hotels. The nearby dining options might be a little limited, but there's a nice Mexican restaurant right next door that was excellent. Breakfast had plenty of hot and cold options and the food was fresh and tasty. Plenty of seating as well. Overall, this was a nice place to relax, unwind and get a good night's sleep after a long day of driving.

All in all, our stay here was good. The room was modern and clean, with a very nice bathroom. Bed was comfortable. A few complaints though: the tub drain needs some Drano as it backed up shortly after I started my shower; the lights around the bathroom mirror flashed on and off (very migraine inducing) and this was the case the last time we stayed here; the bathroom faucet sprayed everywhere if turned on anywhere more than a dribble. But all in all, I would stay here again.

One bad apple ruined it for everyone. Guy that checked us in for night shift was awesome but morning guy was rude. Hotel though was really clean, comfortable and breakfast was great. Hotel is good with easy access to hwys i35 and i44. Close to the zoo and amusement park. It needs a little updating but was very clean and quiet. Check in was super quick and staff were friendly. Beds were comfy and good water pressure in the shower. Overall, not a bad place to stay for the price. Mexican restaurant next door has great food. Gas stations, Sonic and restaurants in close proximity.

Very quiet even tho it’s so close to the interstate which was great. My husband had breakfast 2 of the mornings it was ok he said. Very close to food & gas station which was nice. Didn’t utilize the pool as we were visiting friends & seeing the sights so got in late most nights.

The hotel was affordable and adequate for our stay. The lady at the front desk was very friendly at check in and again at check out. The breakfast was okay with bagels, eggs and sausage. Stay away from the “biscuits and Gravy”!

Very clean hotel. Check in went great and was seamless. Hallways are a little dark but not an issue. Room was clean. Beds were ehhhh... pillows about the same. Breakfast was put up earlier than we were told so thats kind of a deal breaker when it comes to my family. Hotel was decently quiet, but not in the greatest part of town. Good to stay at if youre in a pinch though

Clean. Quiet. Supplies were available for 4 people (doesn’t always happen so it’s nice to not have to ask for extra!). 4 stars only because we went down to breakfast at 845 & food was basically gone. Overall good enough for a nights sleep.
