The hotel was in average condition. Elevator was not working so we got lucky with a room un the 1st floor. Rooms could use and up date but overall it was ok for the one night stay!

This is an old Courtyard hotel, it still has the feel but not all the extras. For the price it was worth it, the rooms were clean, the bed felt safe. The location was perfect for me and I might stay again in the area. The treadmills worked and I was pleased to use the exercise room. No breakfast but a Denny’s across the street.

The property is. Little gem. Very clean lobby and rooms. Bathroom is outdated with the tub but it was very clean. TV not big but for the cost to stay it’s better than no tv. The staff were friendly and plenty of free parking. 24 hr Gas station and convenience store in walking distance from lot Will visit again. Swimming pool and fitness room very clean also.

The room was clean and spacious. I liked the smell of the hotel. Carpet needs to be updated. The staff were friendly. There’s a fridge in the room and a microwave near the front desk, which were useful for us. There’s also a gym and a swimming pool. Not much eating places in the area. There’s a Shell gas station nearby.

Been staying for years when it was a Marriott property. Disappointed that they don’t even have coffee in the lobby area in the morning, much less even continental breakfast. Used to have a restaurant but don’t have that either Beds, pillows and showers are decent. TV is about on last legs. Scratchy reception

The staff was kind. The hallways smell lovely. I had to move rooms three days into my vacation because the air conditioning went out. I had to wash my own bedding because it was dirty with yellow stains. The rooms smell. I was not offered any sort of compensation for having to move rooms or helped with moving my things to another worse smelling room with dirty bedding.

I was in town for 4 nights visiting relatives. I was very pleased with my room accomodation considering the nightly rate that I paid. The room was large and very clean. Bathroom was small but I was traveling solo so it wasn't an issue. No microwave in the room but there was a small refrigerator. Across the street was Juanita's; a mexican restaurant that served good food and drinks. Across the parking lot was a Shell gas & convenience store. I will definitely stay here again in the future. Very satisfied.

This has to be there oldest Marriott in the country. The mattresses were horrible and seem to cave in towards the middle. There was no microwave in the room. Everything just seemed out dated

People try to open my door at night time each day I stayed. The front staff lady was rude. I asked for a few necessities for the room and she replied " is that all you need! Because I dont want to keep making trips. " I will not be staying here again.

When I arrived there was nobody at the front desk, we waited over an hour and called every number possible and nobody showed up. Security showed up and they also weren’t any help, around 1 1/2 hr later someone finally showed up to check me in, when I checked out they did not return my deposit, it’s been over 2 weeks and I still haven’t received it after making it aware to the front desk person.

Not the best experience. The room had trash left over from the previous guest that had been missed, which could have been excused, but my wife called down about 10:30pm to ask for a few more pillows, and the man at the front desk informed her there were no more pillows available? As a person who worked at the Worthington Hotel in Ft. Worth, TX during my college years, I find it hard to believe there were no pillows available on the property. I assume this was the same person behind the desk wearing sunglasses when we walked in. Will definitely not be returning

We had a very nice overnight stay at Heritage Place. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. It was very quiet and the bed comfortable. We will stay here again.

On the positive side, the manager ran my card for the deposit and attached the pet fee to the deposit thus avoiding my card being charged for two amounts. The fee was for my two dogs. The room was adequate, however the toilet paper bar was missing on both which made it annoying. Now the bad part. The car parked next to mine got robbed of its four tires. The day of check out I was missing two lugs on my tire. I was given a partial refund of the pet fees for the inconveniences. Here’s my complaint, if the hotel knows that guests are getting stuff stolen, they nee to try to find a way, what that is, I don’t know? As much as I appreciate the partial refund which was a good gesture. I can’t in good conscience recommend this hotel.

Great place and location for the price, right on Loop 610 @ TC Jester. Super convenient to many places and yet still under $100. All I missed was any kind of breakfast. Please bring back breakfast, and this would be ideal.

The hotel is located in an unsafe neighborhood and is not gated. our car was a victim of an attempted car jack the window was broken open and the dash was broken into, fortunately, they didn't manage to steal the car away. we had a hard time driving back 6 hrs to our home in a car with a broken window and a broken dash. The staff were friendly during service. I chose the hotel looking at Expedia's review. I will not take Expedia's suggestion anymore. The experience was painful.
