Front desk was supportive, rooms were clean, nothing really to complain about. Interior decor could have been a little nicer and some of the workout equipment like the elliptical didn't seem to work properly. Can be a long walk to the Continental breakfast depending on where your room is, but there was a varied selection.

So this little hotel is a good value. Its nkt the Ritz-Carlton, but its priced accordingly. It does have a indoor pool and hot tub for colder times of the year, which is nice because most others just close their pools etc. The blue pig in the same parking lot is pretty good food, and its pretty close to everything in Moab.

The lobby and room were renovated but the breakfast room looked like a 70s bingo hall and the “gym” was 3 outdated machines. The breakfast offering was mediocre, offered oatmeal but there was no microwave. For $300/night, we expected much more.

Clean room, average breakfast, safe parking. Crappy desk chair, no other chair in room, dated furniture. Hot tub cool and shallow. Microwave kept turning on and off. No friendly greeting. ADA room was marginal.

This hotel is a bit older but super clean and well maintained. The rooms are spacious and so is the breakfast room. It has an indoor outdoor pool with hot tub and the kids in the hotel seemed to love it. Front seat staff was extremely nice and helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay, this was one of the only hotels in the area with a pool open in January. It's indoor/outdoor and the water is heated. There is a hot tub as well. Very enjoyable. The room was clean and quiet, very comfy beds and pillows. Breakfast was great! Hot eggs and sausage, multiple waffle machines, huge muffins. This is a great hotel in a beautiful area. We definitely recommend staying here in the off-season with kiddos who want to swim and parents looking for breakfast with lots of options!

Older building for sure. Our refrigerator hardly worked, our curtains were broken and we are on the first floor, are drained was clogged and we had some ants. Breakfast was good but definitely need some work.

Close access to restaurants, town shopping, and Arches National Park. Breakfast included with many options. All was good...with the exception of the air filters in the room's AC unit. Both AC filters in the two rooms in which we stayed were dirty/dusty. We alerted the cleaning staff and they said they would put in a request for someone to look at it. Given the nature of the rock/sand enviroment of Moab, those would best be cleaned on a more regular basis.

If you want to stay and sleep this is a good place to stay. The location is very good and close to attractions. When we got there, we even found a contact lens that was left from the previous customer. Cleaning is not the best attribute. Breakfast was acceptable. Compared to other hotels we have stayed in, it was lacking in variety.

It was a little dated but very clean. The beds were very comfortable. Our bathroom was very large but no hooks to hang towels or night clothes. The towel holder was across the room unable to reach from shower. A few hanging hooks would be nice. It was a nice stay.

Not a bad place to stay, particularly being a holiday weekend! Room was very clean ; only problem I had was that there was no partition between the bedroom and the vanity which disturbed my wife who was still sleeping while shaving, brushing teeth, etc.

It is a 2 star hotel. Ice maker out of service on 2nd floor. Maintenace were grinding with metal cutoff wheel on metal pool fencing after 6 pm and sparks showering on parked vehicles nearby. AC unit was weak but can keep up. Breakfast is basic with hot scrambled eggs and sausages, make your own waffles. Will return again.

Hotel is older and it shows. The room did not have new toilet paper on roll or had been changed. Two queen bed room is very tight. There is chair at desk but you can’t back the chair up at all because it hit bed. Very cramped and AC was lack. Breakfast was free but consisted of sausage links and egg beaters. Overall, for the money, did not feel like what I paid for went very far. Will be exploring other options next time.

Hotel was ok walls are paper thin and could hear guy snoring in room Below and people in room next to us talking. Traffic outside could Hear as well. We went to hot tub at 9 pm And the lights were off and kids running around in area and screaming and was so loud cause the doors were down. We lasted 10 minutes. TV’s are very small in the rooms. But clean hotel and friendly staff breakfast was average

Price was cheap. But this hotel is the loudest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Paper thin walls, road noise at all hours. Shower and sink had clogged drains, tv remote did not work. And the floor makes thumping noises when you walk on it. The temp is still controlled by a LOUD wall heater (think 1980s) The pool and hot tub were open but FLOODED with kids. Breakfast was ok. But closes at exactly 8:59. And you WILL be locked out of the room. So don’t show up at 9:01. If you just want a place to sleep and don’t care about hearing people cough next door, this hotel was adequate.

Breakfast was your typical continental breakfast. Eggs, sausage, waffle machines, toast, bagels, apples, oranges. The hotel itself is generic; it was clean but a little old. In my room, you could hear the people walking above and the water pipes when the toilet was flushed or the sink ran. Luckily, they went to bed early. The parking lot in front is fine, the back probably seems sketchy at night.

Nice sized room with comfy bed. Had MW and frig. Breakfast was much better than expected. Good location at southern end of Moab strip can walk to several nice restaurants including Moab brewery. Lovely pool but did not use. Definitely would stay again

Room was adequate, bed was somewhat uncomfortable. Front desk clerk was never present, had to wait for him for several minutes to check in as did every person I saw check in, he disapeared after every check in that evening. Didn't even look at my ID.

Not being a chain hotel, we weren't sure what to expect. We were pleasantly surprised by how clean and nicely kept the hotel is. Breakfast was great and more than expected as well. Staff was very nice and friendly. Rooms were clean and a good size. Love having a microwave in addition to the fridge. We definitely would stay here again and would recommend. Only two not so great things, but one is for sure not the fault of the hotel at all...trash pickup(two dumpsters) happened just after 6am the first morning and just after 5am the second. Our room was on the back of the hotel just over the dumpsters so it was very disturbing, especially at such an early hour. The other thing is minor and manageable but could be avoided by different room choices...our room was just above the hotel staff laundry room and when the washers were spinning, it rattled and shook our room, the beds, everything. My guess is that different rooms would not experience this so this is not a deal breaker at all.

Can’t believe the rating for the hotel as excellent! Only good thing was checking in was fast. However the man at the desk was rude. I asked for a quiet room, even if we had to down grade. Was told no, that I had issue to call the from desk. Got to our room, hair on the floor, black dots in the bathroom. The walls are paper thin. I could hear the whole conversation from the people next door. It was so bad that I had to turn on the bathroom fan. TV is super small, Breakfast attended was nice but the breakfast itself was lacking. No healthy options, it also ends at 9.a.m.

The room had enough space for us. The whole facility is clean and quiet. We stayed 2 nights. It's close to restaurants, breweries and the market. A good home base for Arches National Park and Dead Horse Point State Park. I would stay here again.

Great value for the price. It was clean, comfortable and quiet despite our room facing the busy road. The room had a fridge, with decent freezer, microwave, and coffee maker which are always a plus. They have a surprisingly big spread for breakfast that's included with the room price.

Room met our needs as far as having a bed to sleep in. The shower was broken and there were ants on the table. The pool was nice and pretty cool that it was heated and was indoor/outdoor. Continental breakfast was alright there was not a very large selection.

Explore national parks with family. Beds were good. Clean rooms. Breakfast was a complete let down. The only protein they provided was hard boiled eggs (which were disgusting and inedible) and sausage (also nasty). So we carb loaded off the bread and bagels. I like herbal tea and hot chocolate but they didn’t have those either.
